The Retreat at Loganville overall has been a really good community and she loves her apartment. The staff members are very responsive and she has been very pleased with her house keeping. She loves going to all the activities especially the bible study and enjoys eating the dinners. Based on our experience so far we would absolutely recommend The Retreat at Loganville to other families .

Bayport is a nice community but definitely VERY expensive and puts a burden on the family member if they have to pay. When it comes to the activities they could have more.

I am a caregiver for friend that I moved here about 6 months ago. She had been in a fully assisted facility with her husband who has passed. She was able to start walking instead of using a wheel chair. The place is far cleaner, better food, better surroundings and staff is outstanding and always nice and easy to work with.

The Phoenix at Hammond has been a great community so far and we are very happy with our choice. The staff members are very good, the community is always very very clean we have never seen a mess anywhere. The rooms are very nice and our loved one is very happy there. The staff have been very supportive and understanding of our families situation and have been helpful everyday since the move in day.

I was continuously impressed with the positive attitude, customer, service, and attention they provided to my father. I feel like everyone went out of their way to ensure his needs were addressed, he had a positive environment around him, and that they made it feel like home to him. I can't really think of any area where I feel like they need to improve. They definitely provide a fantastic environment for their residents.

According to our loved one the options with the meals could be improved - sometimes it is a small sandwich and a bag of chips and that may be the only choice.

Our family had an in person tour and we had a great tour experience with this community but unfortunately the location was just to far away for us

The Bungalows is a very nice community, its a great place and we would recommend them to other families. The staff members are very nice. However when it comes to the meals we think they could step it up a notch - sometimes its really good others not so much. Also the activities could be improved - there could be more of a variety to participate in and be more frequent.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought the tour experience was fantastic but because of the level our loved one was at, Lakeview was just not the place at the moment but it very well could be in the future.

Not only is my dad a resident here, but I also worked here as a nurse in 2005. I can't thank the staff enough! I can sleep at night knowing that my dad is in a clean n safe and Caring place. Lots of great activities and AWESOME people!!

Suddenly we realized our parents needed a community to care for their daily needs. The staff at the Bungalows are tremendous! They worked with us and for us to make our parents feel welcomed and cared for.

My mom seems to be happy here. They offer activities and it's nice to see her get involved. The food looks good that I have seen and my mom comments that it is. The staff is welcoming and very nice.

This facility is clean, very homey feel. I loved the seasonal decorrations. The staff and residents are friendly/happy people. I am so at peace knowing mom is here and well taken care of.

When my mom became unable to live on her own, my siblings and I researched visited every assisted living facility in the area. The Bungalows was our favorite hands-down. Friendly, compassionate, engaging....can't say enough good things about the community.

food not always hot enough, appears to be canned veggies a lot and not very appealing. However based on our families experience we would recommend them to them families.

The Neighborhood at Madison may be a small facility compared to others, but the care, concern & love for their residents are monumental. This is truly home for them & I am so grateful to have my Mom here. If you are looking for that perfect place for your family member & have not visited The Neighborhood at Madison, plan a visit soon. Additionally, the staff not only knows their residents well, but the families as well. They are now my extended family in the care of my Mom & I am thankful to every staff member there! As a nurse I know what caring & not caring looks like. The Neighborhood at Madison is all about caring!

This place is great. My sister is no angel and tends to give them a hard time, but somehow they're able to roll with the punches. Even the Executive Director has helped. Any other place would have probably asked her to leave. I visit twice a week, my sister seems very content here. The staff is fantastic. They're very nice. They have activities all the time. My sister is not usually one to participate, but has done so here and enjoyed it. She's even made a couple friends. The food seems to be good quality and variety. Housekeeping is often and they do a great job. I would recommend them to family and friends.

It really is a great facility. They are very attentive. They may have more activities than my mom tells me, but I don't know. She likes bingo and the monthly entertainment. I would definitely recommend The Neighborhood at Cullman to others.

The staff is extraordinary friendly and respectful. The staff also treats the residents like family. The community offer different activities like games, trivia, happy hour, exercise groups, and they do parties and have guest come in, and field trips for the residents and so much more to keep them busy.

I highly recommend the community. They have been wonderful and caring towards our loved one. This has been a great fit for our loved one. The staff communication with the family has been very open, and responsive to our questions to make sure the family is comfortable. There are three meals a day served to the residents and there are choices for the residents to choose from. Some of the activities available include games, arts and crafts, and more for the residents to choose from as well.
