Broadway Mesa Village was the first place and the only place I checked out. The staff is friendly and I feel like I am home. I came here because I needed to and after a tour of the community it was like I was home.

The staff always go above and beyond with decorations for the holidays. The staff also incorporate the food with the holidays. My mom has been at Greenhaven Place for five years and we are very happy with the staff, the food, activities, housekeeping. Thank you, Greenhaven Place

We chose Ridgeland Place because it was the best value for the money out of the places that we were looking at. What I liked most was the fact that they also offer memory care meaning that she is able to transition into a higher level of care if she declines. I would absolutely recommend this facility to other families.

As a volunteer, I associate with a wide variety of residents in which our activity director does awesome events to include everyone! My father enjoys his meals and activities with fellow residents. He is very happy here.

I'm very pleased we found Laketown Village. They have a great staff. Everybody is very friendly. The facility is clean - I always see people cleaning. The nurses are kind of hidden away, so I have to track them down, and it's hard for me to tell how well they're doing with limited report from my loved one. Organizational and administrative aspects are a little bit all over the place, and I feel the administrators are not communicating as well as they could be. But the marketing director I give 5+ stars. She is just excellent. She's still a great point of contact and answers my questions even though we're well past the admissions process. Overall I think they run a nice place. I really like the building. It has wonderful, wide hallways. The concierge setup is really good at the front desk. The resident rooms are very nice. I love the dining room. It's nice and big with high ceilings and is very attractive and very accessible. As far as I know the food is good, and the residents can choose what they want at each meal. Having that choice is nice. They post a monthly and weekly activities calendar for those who want to participate. The cost is more than we were expecting, but I think it's a good value overall.

It's been really good. My loved one loves it here. It's really clean, and they do a good job of keeping my loved ones room clean. They have been very helpful. The interaction with the staff is pretty good. They really do care. The price is pretty decent, for the care that you get. My loved one seems to like the food, is happy at this community. We picked this community, because they were very welcoming, and they have assisted living/memory care, and it's a smaller community.

In my profession I visit many Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing facilities. I can genuinely say that the residents at Legacy are well cared for and happy. The staff know residents by name and stop what they are doing to give one on one time.

This facility is awesome. I worked in the hospice field for years and have a good idea of what things should be and this place is wonderful. They're very nice here. Housekeeping keeps things very nice and clean. Overall, I'm totally satisfied with the care my wife is getting here. She's had no complaints about the food. Communication with the family is good. They don't hesitate to call and are always eager to answer my questions. Her progress here has been great, she's adapting well. My wife is a natural helper and they embrace that here. They give her little jobs to do and she loves it. She's really prospering here. I was so taken with this place I didn't have to look any further. I struggled with the adjustment at first and the staff has been so understanding and good about helping me with it. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.

I checked out about 7 or 8 places and I chose Broadway Mesa Village for my mom because it had a cozy feel to it and they had units on the first level. It does not have that nursing home smell to it and it does not feel like a nursing home either - it feels more like a hotel. She is a very picky eater and she loves the food so that says a lot. They do have a lot of activities provided, although she is not able to participate in many of them since she is blind. I met with 2 residents before we moved mom in and they seemed to be thriving and were happy. The location of the facility is very nice, it is a little bit more quiet and peaceful and feels very safe.

In comparison to a lot of other assisted facilities, I'd give them a gold star, just from the ones I happened to visit. The sales person was amazing, the people there are really kind and have been nothing but nice to my mom. Every place has their things they need to work on, but I appreciate that they listen and try to work on things instead of just brushing it off. They make sure there's church services anywhere from nondenominational to catholic. When they can, they offer outings; they've gone to nice restaurants and they've taken them grocery shopping. They had a wonderful talent show they did last month with all the residents, and that was fun. They have lots of crafts to keep busy, mind games, and socials where they have movies. They have a busy activity group and I would recommend Laketown Village to others!

The fact that all amenities are included is great. I don't have to worry if my dad has paid his Comcast or electric bill it's all included.

Everything is going great for our loved one at The Legacy at Cimarron. We think it is an amazing facility.

I truly enjoy myself here at Whispering Winds. Everyone is so nice and does a great job of taking care of us.

I moved to Broadway Mesa with my wife six years ago due to her health issues. We lived happily together for five years here until she passed away last year. Since then, all of the staff have embraced me and continue to look after me to keep me safe and well taken care of.

Good variety - lots of options for meals. Taste is good - so good I scrape my plate. Always hot food. Service is helpful, kind and they always smile.
