We toured this community and it was nice. The staff was helpful and they answered all of my questions. The apartments were dark it depresses us if it's dark. They were very friendly here it just didn't fit our needs.

I toured here when looking for a place for my mom to go. It was a bigger facility and my mom didn’t really like how many people there were. I didn’t get much of an interaction with the staff but the person that gave me the tour was easy to talk to and was able to answer all of my questions and she seemed like she knew a lot about what was going on at the facility. I chose a different community for my mom to go to but this one was nice.

I toured this community, and thought it was very nice. It's a rather new community, and the place itself is very beautiful. The issue is that the views are not very good. My loved one would either have a highway or a store parking lot to look at outside her window, which is not something I wanted for her.

When I toured this community the staff was friendly and helpful. It was just to much of a nursing home feeling. Where people needed more care than my parents. They are still very independent. It was a nice community but we chose a different one.

The staff and facility are very good. The food is poor and my dad is losing weight so we are having to take him out to eat. Disappointing given how much he is paying.

My dad has been here 3 months and overall we are happy with the staff and the facility. The food however is not very good and my dad is losing weight pretty rapidly. We’ve been taking him out a lot lately to supplement and he’s gained 4 lbs. For as much as he is paying, they should have better food.

We toured a few different communities and although this wasn't our first choice it was the best choice. The location is perfect my dad has friends in the area that can come and see him which is important. They have nursing staff onsite which most communities don't have. The staff here is great very nice and friendly they take excellent care of my dad.He is really liking the food.I would recommend this community

We toured the Brookdale North Spokane. It seemed like a nice community. When we entered the front lobby it reminded me of a hotel. It wasn't as inviting as what we were looking for.

I have no complaints of how things are going for my loved one since he recently made the move into this community. The staff have been kind to him and I know he is being well taken care of while I am away. The food is absolutely excellent and he has been enjoying all of the great activities with the other residents. I would highly recommend this place to anyone interested, it has been the perfect fit for my dear friend.

Brookdale Puyallup was a nice and clean community that we toured. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We chose another community for our current needs and they also accepted Medicaid.

My parents have both recently moved into this community and so far we have no complaints of how things are going for them. The staff are helpful and I am comfortable with the care they have been providing them. I think the food could use some improvement would be my only suggestion. They have a great activity program as well as other amenities available to all of the residents. Overall we are happy with this placement and would recommend it to anyone.

This was a great tour. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered all of my family's questions. They took their time and did not make us feel rushed. The floor plan is beautifully laid out so that nobody gets lost. This was where I was educated in the points system of how the rates are evaluated and charged accordingly. We would have chosen this place but they did not have any openings at the time of our visit.

I guess I went into this tour with high expectations of getting a sales pitch to entice me to sign on the dotted line but to my surprise that didn't happen. Granted it was a little late in the day but the women I am not sure of what position she held but she gave the impression that she was tired and really not engaged to do the tour. I must say that she did do a follow-up phone call with me a few days later which I thought was good. The overall appearance of the inside left little to be desired it is in desperate need of a paint job you can tell the walls haven't been touch in quite some time. After touring the facility and speaking to people there I came back with a feeling that they really didn't care if I signed a contract with them or not.

THE LIVING APTS WERE JUST TOO SMALL TO SUIT ME, THEREFORE I ELECTED NOT TO MOVE IN.

The staff at this community were friendly. The caregivers were nice and took good care of my loved one. The food was not very good. They did keep the community clean and they offered some daily activities.

They were not newer, and not as appealing to me. They were not a good fit for my mom. The representative was knowledgeable about they community for an assisted living facility. There was nothing that was really negative about the community from what I saw.

I thought this community was very classy and had a high end feeling throughout the building. They had a luxury theme with lots of great amenities available to all of the residents. I just did not like the fact when I was on my tour I realized that when you where on the balcony of the apartments you could hear all of the street traffic. It was very noisy and not very peaceful.

Personnell very kind and helpful. However it would be helpful to have a way to leave specific questions about patient in an email, rather than the translation of someone taking a verbal message. I know RN staff very busy - sometimes a few word answer in an email would be quite helpl so that I would know how to follow through.

I feel the staff could do better with their communication. The admission process, what they share for their service, and following through with their services provided. I have had a long conversation about the benefit she qualifies for from what I was told but the community, now we are being denied and going through an appeal process. They are providing services that is need but they didn't do the paperwork for insurance. The meals are good and the facility is kept clean.

My mother in law was at the Brookdale Stockton for a short period of time while there was an opening at another community. While she was there, the place was okay. They took care of her and the meals were okay as well.
