Brookdale Leawood has a wide variety of activities for all interests. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. The dining room is bright and beautiful. Everyone that works there is friendly and caring. We looked at many places for our mom, and found Brookdale, Leawood to be the best. Mom is very happy living there. The only improvement that I could suggest is that they need to hire more wait staff, to work in the dining room. This has been a constant issue, that needs to be improved upon. The wait staff needs more help in the dining room. Overall, our family is very impressed with Brookdale, Leawood.

Found Brookdale Kenner clean, a pleasant atmosphere and the attending staff very helpful and friendly. At this point it is our first week at Brookdale and our only criticism is that a meal or two was missed and one issue of medication was missed. At this point, we remain satisfied with the experience and expect these issues to be resolved.

I had a good tour of Brookside Ridgemar. It was a nice facility and the person that took me around was fantastic. The only reason we did not choose them was that we had to go with the least expensive place, but other than that, this was a very good option for anyone.

I went today because my schedule changed again. I still need pricing and insensitives. I loved everything about it but it may be too much money.

Six months ago, this would have been a perfect fit for Mom. However, she needs a lower caregiver to resident ratio and closer monitoring now. It is a lovely facility with lots of amenities for more able residents than Mom is now. I was impressed with the level of technology to communicate among staff and monitor residents.

My mom likes the community. She has assistance from the staff. She is safe and doing very good. I visit her daily I see the community is pretty clean. Once after church we stopped by and the staff showed us my mom, she was playing a game with the residents. We were happy to see her engaging. I wish the food could be better. The community needs balance, more active physical programs. They don't have a gym area to exercise. Since my mom is very close, I can be there in minutes. I would recommend them to family in need.

We toured this community for the care of my father. This was a nice tour and the staff was nice and pleasant. They offer the variety of health meals on the menu. The activities would have been helpful for my father. We would recommend families tour this community for care for a loved one.

When I toured Brookdale, everyone there was very nice. The facility itself was older, though. We were already looking into another community that was newer.
