The staff I met at this community during my tour was nice. The community looked beautiful. This community was located a little farther away than what we were looking for. This community was a little more expensive than the community we chose.

We toured this community for care. It is expensive but if you have the cash it looks like a good place.

I toured many communities and one of them was Brookdale Round Rock. It was a good experience and everyone there was very friendly. The facility was clean and seemed to be maintained well. I did not notice anything negative.

My loved ones are doing okay since their move to Brookdale Ridgemar. They are still adjusting but their apartment is comfortable and it has been a good experience.

So far everything is working out great for my mother at this community. She is doing great, and I'am satisfied with her move to this community. This is a nice community. At the moment they are in a transition with the staff. I do feel they are under staffed, and our move-in process would had gone smoother if they had more staff. Other than that issue things are working in the right direction, and this is a community I would recommend.

I was not totally happy with some of the health care dad received while he lived here. He had a medical issue and we did not know who to talk to help with this. It took about four days before they tried to help him. They accommodated his dietary needs. The community is clean and his room was beautiful. They offer daily activities and the residents seem happy. The staff was nice and encouraging. I would recommend this community for a more active person.

Clean, Bright, has railings on all floor walls for stability and safety. Prices for extra care, e.g. handling medication and meal delivery seem a bit high. e.g.-- $30 per day for scheduled delivery of medication.

I had a good tour of this community. Everyone was very kind to my family, and I. The community looked clean, and well-kept. The staff was friendly, and courteous. It was a good experience, but the location was too far for our families to travel too.

I liked that this community offers independent and assisted living. The community is beautiful and all of the apartments face a garden. This community was one of our top two. The cost to live her was a little out of our budget.

This looked like a nice active community. The people I met were friendly. Mom is not very active so this community did not seem like it would be the right fit for her.

This Brookdale was actually my second choice. It was clean and everyone was friendly. The reason we did not choose it was because of the layout of the facility. It was not the traditional L-shape or multiple stories. I feel that my mother would have gotten lost.

When I toured Brookdale Tanglewood, I thought it was very nice but it was not what I was looking for. Also, to be fair when I toured it I did not know that my mother needed memory care.

I was looking for a community that would be able to provide care if it would change down the road. I had a good time seeing this place and it was not a bad place. I just found that it was not the right place for the long term care I wanted.

I had a good tour of Brookdale Arlington. During my tour, the tour guide was able to answer any questions that I had and provide me with good information. The facility was clean and organized. It was a good experience.

My father was at Brookdale Pecan Park for respite, and they did a good job. I feel that I would recommend them because when you walk in, there is a lightness to the facility. It is sizable and airy. It is a very nice place.

It's difficult to rate the facility since Mom hasn't moved in yet. So far, we're impressed with the staff and their helpfulness.

I had a great tour of this place and have no complaints about the experience I had with my mother. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to give us lots of great information on there facility. It just was not the right fit for my mother but I would recommend that anyone take a tour of this place who is interested in an assisted living.

The food has been really good at this community. My mother likes the food at the restaurant a little better than the bistro. The people are nice and the ambassador has been great with helping her meet people. They offer activities including an exercise class and playing mexican train. They keep the community clean and are quick at helping to improve things in her apartment.

The staff at this community were excellent with my friend during her stay here. The food is really good. The community is clean and well maintained. This is a really nice beautiful community. I would recommend this community.

This is a great community, and my father is doing very well with his move to this community. They have a super staff at this community. They have been very attentive, and helpful. He really enjoys the staff. There are activities offered, and he gets a schedule a before of all the activities they are going to have available. He is pleased with the meals. I do feel he is safe, and good hands at this facility. This is a community I would probably recommend.
