Everything is working out great since my mothers move to this community. It is a very nice facility, and I'am pleased with all they have done for us. I know she is safe, and in good hands. The activities director is great, but the meals could use some improvement. They are trying to improve the meals. The community, and her room are neat, and tidy when I come to visit. This community has worked out well for us, and I would highly recommend it.

The facility was beautiful and well thought out.i really liked the concept that the facility is wanting to instill with the Six dimensions of wellness. I feel they are very important to senior care. The only down side to my visit was that I was not able to see how staff interacts with residents and the level of activity in the residents since the facility is not open yet. This will make my decision a bit harder.

The director at this community was very friendly and I could have not picked a better person to give my loved one and I a tour. She was attentive to my questions and make sure to give us a detailed look at there facility. They had a beautiful property with lots of great amenities for the residents. It was just not the right location in the end decision.

We toured this community for care. I liked the staff who were friendly and able to assist us. This is a bigger community and has several floors. The meals seemed to be appealing. They offer a variety of activities. We would recommend this community to other families.

So far, my mother likes it. It's hard for her to some things and they don't have the help because it is assisted living, but I will be moving closer to her to help out. She loved the social aspect of it, she has joined activities. My mother's apartment is comfortable, though she is not used to living in such a small space. They clean her apartment once a week and she likes the staff. They sometimes forget ton tell her she has packages. Overall it has been a good experience for her, she even found someone that lives there that she graduated high school with!

So far I'am pleased with my mother move to this community. She is adjusting to her move here, but I know she is in good hands. The staff is kind, and they have been friendly when I visit. The meals are overall well balanced. They do have activities offered for the residents. I know she is safe, and this is nice community. I would recommend it.

This community seemed nice and clean when we visited. They have a nice courtyard and garden. This community was a little more expensive than what we were looking for.

This is a nice facility, and my tour of it went pretty well. The community was nice, and clean from what I saw. The staff was friendly, and kind. My questions were answered. Our issue was the room they showed us was too small for my parents. It was good experience overall, and my tour went well.

We toured this community for my mom's care. This community was very far for us to visit often. The community was clean and maintained. We liked the menu and the list of nice activities. We would recommend this community.

We really liked this community when we looked at it. The staff were nice and they offered some nice amenities. My loved one however was wanting to live in another city.

This facility is just fine! It is very clean and the staff were friendly and answered our questions. In the end, my family decided not to go with this location because it was a bit pricey, but overall, the facility was very nice!

My father has recently moved into this community and so far everything is going well for him. I am comfortable with the quality of care that he is receiving from the staff and I have a peace of mind with him being in this facility. He has had no complaints about the meals and enjoys participating in activities from time to time. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone interested.

They have been great keeping us inform about my mother. There are plenty of activities available for the residents. She cleans her plate every time she eats, the food is good. This is a community I would recommend, it is a nice facility.

I liked the fact that residents were sitting in the open lobby, reading newspapers, when we arrived. Very open area up front. One bedroom room (the small one) was ample for Dad and had a lot of closet space plus a pass-thru for privacy things.

I had a very good tour of Brookdale Broadway Mesa. The facility was clean and everything was in good shape. The person that took me around was friendly and helpful. It was a nice place but not the best fit for my loved one moment.

When I toured Brookdale, I got the impression that they tell you the lowest price to get you in the door and then it goes up. Everything is a la carte. The one good thing I got out of the tour was I got a list of movers. I ended up with good information. The facility was just too large, there was no way she could have made it to the dining room from the rooms they had available.

We visited every senior community in Northwest AL and decided on Brookdale Florence. Space was very important to mom so she could carry her things from home. Her apartment looks beautiful. The staff is wonderful and caring. Activities director has been there for years and loves her job and the people. Mom is looking forward to planting in the beautiful gardens. Selecting a community can be a difficult but I think we made a good choice.

My dad was only at this community for a short period of time, but while he was there I was pleased with the quality of care he had received. The staff where understanding and helped him be as comfortable as he could be. He had no complaints about the meals and really enjoyed his surroundings while he was there.

I am very pleased with the tour I had received at this community for my father. The staff where all very friendly and made sure to give my loved one and I a great look of there facility. They had a lot of great amenities that they offered to all of there residents and a great food menu as well. It was just not the right fit for my dad in the end decision.
