I toured this community for my father, and his needs. It is a pretty ideal community for a senior. I didn't meet many staff members, but the community looked nice. It had a lot space, and from what I saw everything looked nice. Everyone I did meet was kind, and friendly. There were many factors that played into where to move my father too, and this community was to expensive for our budget. I did find another community that met our needs better, but I had a nice tour of this facility.

Brookdale Sun City West Sandridge is a beautiful community. It's a lovely place and smells really nice. It's very convenient and close to me so I can visit often. Mom seems to be having a hard time settling in. But the staff members are very caring and trying to work with her the best that they can. She does eat a good breakfast, she is tiny and sometimes does not like to eat meat, but there is a lot of variety to choose from. The staff in the cafeteria take good care of her and like to pamper her. She has a very nice room with her own kitchenette with privacy on the first floor. There are so many activities for her to participate in and the staff tries to get her to participate. She does like to get her hair done there. They have LPN 24 hours on duty. We are hoping she will settle down and enjoy what they have to offer.

My loved one stay here a temporary resident under respite in the memory care side. No problems from what I understand and they told me they enjoyed them as a visitor. I used them because they were available for the time I needed. When picking them up, everything we sent in came back home with us.

I have no complaints about how things have been going for my mother since she has recently made the move into this community. The staff have been very helpful with the transition and have made my mom feel right at home in her new living environment. Every time I go and visit her she is always bragging about the meals and saying how great they always taste. She also has been enjoying participating in some of the activities they have available with the other residents. It has been the perfect fit so far and we are very happy with our selection.

I had recently taken a tour of this property for my loved one and I have no complaints and I have no complaints of how things had went. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I thought the staff did an excellent job with the presentation and really took there time with our visit. It was just not the right location for us in the end decision but I would recommend it to anyone.

This is a lovely community, and my tour of it was a nice one. Everything went well, and everyone was friendly. From what I saw the community is well-kept. The staff I met was kind, and helpful. My questions were answered, and it was a nice experience.

My friend is doing extremely well living here it was such a good move for him. He is loving it here he keeps very busy. He is always going to movie nights or playing bingo or taking the bus to the store. He is utilizing the van transportation to the doctor's appointments. The staff is very friendly and nice and helpful. He loves the food it is restaurant quality food.

My father is well in this community. I know he is safe, and receiving good care, and in good hands. This is a nice community, and I'am pleased with it.

We had a pleasant tour of this community. Everything went well overall. The staff was kind, and helpful. It was not the community for us, but overall our tour went well.

Mom had a good stay at this community. The food was not her favorite. They do seem to offer some nice activities. The community was clean and well maintained. Mom would go back there for another stay if needed.

My dad is getting the care he needs and the staff are doing a good job, we have no problems. They have some activities and interaction for the residents. I am not thrilled with the meals, it does not meet his diabetic needs. They do not cater to people with diabetes and special diet needs. I had a meeting about the issues and it was decided to give him insulin instead. After we agreed the nurse had a fit when we let him have coffee and a doughnut. According to them they do not have anybody with diabetic meal needs.

My tour of this community went well. Everyone was very kind, and friendly. From what I was shown the community was well maintained, and everything was nice, and clean. The staff I came across was cordial, and helpful. They were informative, answered my questions. The experience went well, and this is a pretty nice community.

nice atmosphere. not thrilled with the ala carte pricing of individual services-- this can quickly add up, and isn't an exact science, as people's needs change from month to month-- the monthly cost seems to be a variable, rather than a constant-- not very encouraging.

This is a nice community my mother seems to like it here a lot. The community is very clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and nice very interactive with the residents. My mom loves doing activities and enjoying the other residents. The food is fine taste food and is hot. I would recommend them to anyone.

The staff here did a nice job on my tour and they answered all my questions. The community was nice and clean and had a lot to offer, but the location was not a good fit for me.

Legacy at Forrest Ridge is a clean and well-kept environment for my dad. Dad is settling in nicely. The staff is friendly and caring and responsive to my dad's needs. I have dined there with my dad and the food is good. There are plenty of activities that the staff encourages the residents to participate. There are nice walkways to enjoy the outdoors, seating available to relax and enjoy the company of other residents, or sit quietly and enjoy the surroundings. I would recommend this community to others.

This facility was very attractive, spacious, and free of foul odor. Lunch was cooking and smelled great. Residents were involved in a large group activity in the main living area. My interest was the memory care unit which was a little more bare bones but very nice and clean. A few ladies were involve in folding napkins.The bedrooms are spacious. The staff I saw were friendly and engaged for the most part. My questions regarding staffing patterns and recent licensure survey were answered honestly I believe. I will consider this one.

I liked the open floor plan and thought they had a great activity selection for the residents. The property was clean and well maintained throughout the building. It was just not the right choice for us in the end decision but I would recommend it to anyone.
