I really like this facility. The people who work here are lovely and my Mother is enjoying the care. I know that she is safe here and they have a really good nursing staff. It's a very clean facility, but the only problem I have is with the food and staff. The food is always cold even if you go down to the cafeteria and eat. Then the staff, it seems like they have a hard time keeping employees. Don't get me wrong, all the staff members that are here are really nice. I just think the care is compromised and they are having a hard time with the staff to resident workload. I would recommend this community.

This is a larger community that what we wanted for my dad. It was nice and clean the staff answered all of my questions. They just didn't meet my needs. It was a 2 story building with dining room upstairs. We needed a type B facility for my dad's age (99). It was a bit more expensive as well.

I was touring different communities when I was trying to find a place for my parents to go because they needed to be moved from independent to assisted living. This facility is a bit older but the rooms are a decent size and are slightly bigger than some of the other facilities I've seen. They only have 1 bedrooms though, from what I was shown. Other than that, the staff seemed pretty nice.

I moved to Solana community on September 19th, the day they opened. Over the past year, I have had the opportunity to look over all aspects of the operation here. As I inspected the building, I was very pleased. My apartment is a beautiful one bedroom, bath and a half, study, laundry , large living area, large bedroom with walk in closet. Two sides of my apartment, located on the southeast corner of the building, on the fourth floor, are practically all windows. The facility includes lobby, bar, large dining room. Library , game room , theater, craft room , swimming pool, putting green, workout room, therapy room and salon. I believe the operation of this beautiful facility reflects the personality of the Executive Director. She is talented, a hard worker, very friendly and possesses a wonderful personality, a great communicator and very experienced in operating a Senior Living Community. The employees in all areas seem to be well trained. When my wife passed away, it was necessary for me to move to a senior care facility. I have found my home at Solana Preserve.

A bright and (one) year old residence where all types of people come together and join the social and Happy Hour fun. The staff are helpful and ready to assist the residence needs. I see many changes this 1st year at The Solana and they seem to be trying to make the residents quite comfortable.

Great community in West El Paso. Lots of activities for my uncle to do. Beautiful, clean, still smells new.

Toured with [Removed]. Lovely grounds. Apts are dated, but can be upgraded. 95% full. There was a one bedroom on 1st floor available, we asked for an estimate to upgrade.

We had to place my wife in this community and she loves it here. The caregivers are nice and caring. It stays clean and tidy. The grounds stay maintained. She feels safe here. The food is great and all the activities are wonderful such as bingo and painting.

I love this place for my mother, she is in the memory care part of the community and the caregivers are great and responsive to mom's needs. They have lots of activities like cards, arts and crafts. The courtyard is small but nice. They have wonderful food and she feels safe here.

I really wanted mom to come live here. But she had her sights on something else at the time of the decision. But this place was very new and beautiful. Everyone looked cheerful and healthy. This also had an assisted living part if Mom were to ever need that. They had a huge 2nd floor balcony that had a sports bar on it and mom loves sports she just had friends at the place she chose to live and chose that community.

This community was very lovely very clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and very nice. This community had a designated smoking area that was little ways from the apartments and that wouldn't have worked for my mom. She was looking for something she would be able to step outside and be able to smoke.

Brookdale Big Creek Roswell was a nice community. The director was very knowledgeable and helped me with all of my questions. We really enjoyed the tour. My parents ended up choosing a community that was closer to their home.

Our tour of this community went well. It was a good experience. Everyone was kind, and friendly to my family, and I. From what we saw the community looked nice, and everything appeared to be clean. Our questions were answered, and the staff was nice. We did find another community that met our budget needs better, but our tour of this facility was just fine.

Mom is doing fine at this community. The staff are friendly. We did have some minor glitches in the beginning, however these have been resolved. She likes the food. The residents are nice and she has started making friends. I would recommend this community.

This is a beautiful community with a lot of amenities for the residents. The staff did an impressive job showing all around their community, answering all my questions and making me feel welcome. I would definitely recommend taking the tour here and this would have been one of my top choices for myself but the pricing was not what I had set for my budget.

Mom and I found this a friendly community with many benefits for independent living. She is very interested in Brookdale.

My father is in this apartment community. The staff is understaffed. The staff that is to come and clean are not coming when they are scheduled to come and assist in the cleaning for my father. They do offer meals that my father does enjoy. They do offer activities for those who want to participate. I would suggest that families tour this community for the care of a loved one

The facility is brand new and very nice. Master bedroom was on the border of not fitting a kind bed. We needed 3 meals a day, a huge bedroom for a king size bed, and at a reasonable price. We did have a first-rate tour and everybody we met was nice. They were professional and they were able to give me answers I needed. When I was shown around the community the bedroom was not large enough.

I have no complaints of how things had went during my tour of this community. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I liked the open floor plan and thought they had a great selection of amenities for the residents. It was just not the right fit for us in the end decision.
