I am waiting to see how much they are raising my rent. I have heard it will be over 10% which I think will be too high. I picked this community because it was close to my daughter.

The Rivers is great! Only problem is cost, she may not be able to live there too much longer. However, we love the food, the activities, and loved her studio, outings, staff. She was gaining weight(which she desperately needed) I really didn't see anything negative about it. Would have been 5 overall except for the price it's a great place

They are currently on self isolation due to RSV virus. The health aides at Village at Rancho Solano are personable, patient and kind.

I would recommend it. We picked it because of location and services.

This is a pleasant, attractive, welcoming place. The staff is friendly and helpful. I am very comfortable with my decision to come here.

I find that the people make the place. They care and help us so willingly. They also treat their coworkers so helpfully.

Its a beautiful facility. Walking in there is like walking into a high end hotel. It's warm and welcoming. My aunt seems to be happy there. Moving from another state has been difficult for her, but she seems to be settling in with her daily routine. Communication is getting better with staff and myself.

Great place to live. Someone is always there to help you and very friendly. Independent living is like living in your own home. Cottages are spacious with an attached garage. Nutritious meals served every day.

I think they have a high staff turnover that affects the consistency of things like making the bed and laundry service. It has improved in the last week. I love the way they treat the residents, very kind and caring. They all seem to know my dad's name and greet him when they see him, that means a lot.

Bridgewood Gardens was very quick to address our families needs. We needed to move our mom from rehab to assisted living within a week. The staff took action and helped making this happen, worry free for my family. Thank you, that means so much!

I think they need quicker food services. I personally would like a combination of easy living and more lively music and entertainment.

Staff seems good. The housekeeping is good. Communication with the family- fair. The meals are good. I would possibly recommend this facility to others, but we are still pretty new to the facility so its too soon to say for sure.

The move in process was all you might expect. Difficult communicating with Xfinity regarding getting TV service. Plan on more time than you think it will physically take. The meals are good quality, but I do wonder if they could use more variety. After doing a thorough study and understanding all, you would probably be very satisfied here. They have a lot of planned activities. Excellent staff all around, for the most part. Cleaning is usually good in unit. Maintenance is quick to address needs/repairs. The dining room staff are good, but seem a little short of help. The Director spent an unusual amount of time answering family members' questions and concerns.

Staff is warm and inviting, individual resident needs are taken into consideration to provide an optimal living experience. Food is nutritious, and delicious and tailored to the individual resident's needs. A very welcoming overall experience.

Overall we are mostly pleased with my mother’s care. The staff works hard and are very caring on the whole. They should be paid more; especially since the cost to live there went up quite a bit recently. Also, it would be nice if the memory care residents were included in more activities.

Our mom is very happy at Evergreen Place in Brockport! She feels her room is very cozy, and the housekeeping staff very accommodating to any needs she has. The food is delicious and she especially likes their chicken, turkey and pasta dishes. Her interaction with most of the CNA‘s is positive and uplifting. She has two aids that she feels love her like a mom. When you walk in you are greeted warmly and they always feel welcome. Emails are answered promptly by the Director [name removed]Mom loves the music activities, and the sense of belonging to a community. Overall, it has been a positive experience with a few bumps in the road but they have been minimal. We are happy.

Most of the staff were great. I picked ot becuase the cost and location were great. I would recommend to others but watch the billing. Twice they tried to bill me for the entire month when dad wasn't there.

I am happy with my father there just sad that the staffing shortage is an issue. But not evergreens fault.

The staff at The Legacy at Forest Ridge are very helpful, but on the Memory Care side, it is not always easy to get in and out of the locked area. I recommend that they use a door code or some other way to allow the families of Memory Care residents to visit their loved ones more easily. In addition, this facility does not include personal hygiene items, which others may. Housekeeping is weekly and they do a good job, but laundry tends to get mixed up a little. I would recommend The Legacy of Forest Ridge if you live in the area.

Overall I would say if the resident has ANY care needs it is tough there. Geared 100% to independent living only. Lots of hidden fees. Location is outstanding. We would say the person needs to be entirely independent and if that person is showing any signs of debilitating or memory loss they need to go to a community with steps to the community to avoid another BIG move. We picked this community because of the location and the way we were treated when we toured.
