Only been a Resident for 9 days. Everything is good.

The place is unbelievable. I feel like I live in a 5 star hotel. I'm used to living in apartments where the trash can is across the street and where it is located here it is down the hallway. I have told all my friends and family this is my next to last resting place. I am not moving. They also feed us here.

Everything is fine at the facility. I have no complaints at all.

So far so good. Since moving in, my loved one's health is progressing, and we were even able to reassess, and lower his care needs. We have been pleased with it. We haven't had any concerns about maintenance or food at all. They were very comparable to others, and we had heard good things from friends who had lived here before.

So far it seems alright. No complaints, she seems happy for the most part. She likes the food and the staff is very nice. Sometimes the other people in there can be something else, but the staff is great. The apartment is a decent size.

It's going alright. They were having some internet issues. Mom was having some issues with slow internet, but that is resolved. She is happy there and likes it there. She is making new friends and we got her place fixed up nicely. Someone broke into her car, but all in all things are working out well.

I think the management of Brookdale Parmer Lane and the scope of the Assisted Living side was great. My experience with them was good. The Memory Ward section leaves of couple of things to be desired, however.

The woman that I contacted was just a blessing to our family. Within two hours Brookdale Overland Park Glenwood had accepted my loved one into the facility and I feel like they really saved my loved one's life.

It is a nice size. And it has a cozy and intimate atmosphere. They are lacking organizational skills but are improving. They need more staff.

The sales people were excellent and cared. The facilities needed some TLC. My mothers initial assessment was borderline assisted living so it did not work out for me as she was only there 10 days. During her short stay, most of the staff was pretty good. The refund of my fees and rent is taking a long time so this might indicate a problem. I hope the accounting dept. does not leave a bad taste in my mouth. Will post an update upon the conclusion of this issue.

The staff here is very nice and professional. It seems really quiet here. It is not very lively. I would like to see the residents doing more activities and walking around the building more. It is a nice, clean building though.

The night crew could do their part a little more. They could come in more at night.

I like it from the beginning, like every place there are little things that go wrong. But overall it's really nice. We haven't had any complaints or issues really come up at all. I thought it was very nice and comfortable feeling.

We used this facility for a brief respite stay, and I thought Brookdale Mountain View seemed like a nice enough place, overall. The facility was clean and well kept, and the staff was friendly. I also thought they did a great job with the food! However, there was a language barrier with the staff and it made it difficult to relay care instructions to them, which definitely made things harder.

I was pretty satisfied with them, they are pretty good. The food is pretty good, they give a good collection. It seems like a pretty clean place. Most of the caregivers are nice and capable. The staff is pretty good.

I think the people at Brookdale were very thorough and just all the situations that are involved, from care to financing to benefits that are available, they were very informative in what was out there for us.

Brookdale Marysville has done really well at everything. They could use a back up generator. The power went out recently and the elevators quit working. So that was hard to deal with for the residents. Really that is the only thing I would make mention of here. Everything else is going really well. The care is 100% better than the previous facility he was at.

Everything has gone reasonably well at Emeritus at Kenner. I know they offer plenty of activities but she does not really participate in any. So far things are going good at this facility. It is been a fairly decent experience thus far.

I think the biggest complaint at Brookdale Place at Harbor Crest is that he was move into the regular assisted living at the beginning. But after 2 days he was put in memory care. Well, when we visited we noticed the staff there all have accents and communication has been real difficult with them. Other than that it has been an overall pretty good experience.

We weren't here very long, the activities were never really something we explored. She complained about the food, but I have eaten there, and I thought it was great. I think the food would get a four. What I loved most about the place, was that she could take her little dog with her. That was so important.
