Dad is still settling into Saddle Brook. Some of the staff members are better than others when it comes to interacting with my dad. The food and the activities are decent. They do keep the community clean and I would recommend it.

We are getting recommendation from my mom's therapist that she may need more care. In the meantime the staff have been accommodating and do their best to give the care she needs. The house keeping has done much better since moving in. I seen the apartment and it looks nice and not seeing any lost or misplaced items. She likes the activities that she is able to attend. She enjoys the musical activities. The involvement from the caregiver and housekeeping was addressed and improved for the better.

I like the care that is being received here. The community is beautiful. There have been times that the staff is short staffed.They are always very responsive if there is something wrong, The staff I very nice. The meals need some improvements. She does like to socialize with others. They do offer a few activities. They need more staff most of the time. I recommend families to this community to see if it would meet the needs of a loved one.

I like the care that my father is getting with the great staff. The community is very clean and well taken care of. The food is good and he is happy with the variety. They have offered him activities for participation with others. I would recommend this for a good value and the great care that is given to other families.

Very close to me (5 mi) - Lovely common areas and great finishes on the apartments - but small (especially living area of 2 BR). Pricing is 'all in one'. Patti was great! Staff was friendly and engaging. Liked the 'feel' of this community but grounds not inspiring.

This is a lovely community, and so far everything is working out pretty well for my mother since her move here. She is safe and getting the care she needs. They have a great staff, they have been very attentive and helpful. There are activities available for her when she ready to participate. She seems to be pleased with the meals, and they have a good selection of food too choose from. They also do a good job with keeping the community nice and clean. This is a community I would recommend.

[Removed] was nice. Place was very clean and nice. I would like more info. on memory/Alzheimer's care as my dad seems to be having more problems than we originally thought.

This community is really good at keeping the place clean and smelling good. My mom is doing fine with their help. Even though activities are available she prefers to stay in her apartment. Everything is set up and good for her. As for her meals, it tastes fine but she has to wait a long time to be seated. This is because the community does not have enough staff. Overall, I would recommend them to my family and friends.

My mom is getting great care here with the nice staff. They are helpful and my mom likes that the community is clean. She appears to like the food and the variety. This is a smaller community and what we were looking for. I feel better knowing that this was a good fit for her needs to be taken care of till we move. I do recommend this community for others who want a good value and good care for a loved one.

I am very happy for the care that I am getting here at this community. I like that they have alot of activities for me to enjoy. Bingo and the trips that we are able to take have been very enjoyable for me. The food is wonderful and i love the variety of the meals. I love this community and recommend the great care that I receive here.

I toured this community. It felt like a smaller community and my father wanted a large community. I was not able to see the memory care unit at the time of the tour. I did like the staff who were able to answer all of our questions. They do offer activities to everyone who is able to participate. I think families would like the care that is given here.

I must say that the staff here has been wonderful to me and my loved one. I was able to tour and they were very knowledgeable about the community and I really liked the layout of the place. There were residents out and they seemed happy to be there.

This facility has a nice memory care unit for serious dementia residents. The staff answered all of our questions. They have a Memory Care Manager. We will keep their info., but have decided to use a Tennessee facility.

There seem to be some communication difficulties between the caregivers and the nurses. My mother went in with a small bedsore, and within a month it was horrible! They were apologetic, but surely one of the girls putting my mother to bed must have seen how bad it was getting and should have reported it! I am giving them one more chance.

My mother has enjoyed all of the activities offered at the Brookdale Tanglewood Oaks. The meals are decent but don't have a very good taste sometimes. The maintenance of the community over all is good but could use some improvement. The paperwork to get into the community is a little confusing.

Mom is still adjusting to living at Brookdale. I am impressed with the friendly staff and the good care my mother is receiving. They make an effort to get the residents to participate in the daily activities. Mom seems fine with the food. The community is clean.

We had a great tour of this community. I was very impressed, and it was no of my top picks. The community looked great, everything was very well maintained. The staff was very kind and friendly. They were also informative and knowledgeable. They had great monthly specials. This is a very good community with kind people.

The community is very clean and well taken care of. We are happy with the care from the staff members. He is pleased with the food and the activities. We would recommend this community to other families.

My mother is doing great here at this community. He likes it so far, and I am please with all they have done for us. They have good resourcing available for the residents, she enjoys the beauty salon. She enjoys playing bingo, and the other activities available. It is a been lovely experience and I'am pleased.

We had a very pleasant tour of this community. Everybody was very kind and helpful. From what we saw everything looked very neat and tidy. The staff was friendly and informative. They answered all our questions, it was a lovely experience. Our tour went very well, and this is a good community.
