Brookdale was a very nice facility as well; I met with Stacey and feel like she really listened to me as I explained my Mom's situation and needs. Brookdale is significantly more expensive than [Removed], but may be possible if my Mom is able to receive benefits as a survivor of a veteran. However, I don't feel Brookdale had any advantages over [Removed] and I actually think [Removed] may be a better fit for my Mom.

My mom is thriving at Brookdale Ridgmar. The first time she entered her new apartment, she was overwhelmed with thankfulness. This is the first time my mom has not lived in a house and she loves the space. One bedroom, living area and full kitchen. The staff were incredibly supportive and helpful in her transition from the rehab facility. The friendly environment has assisted her to navigate throughout the facility on a regular basis. The facility has undergone a tremendous remodel which leads to challenges but the renovation has paid off in the benefits of fresh paint, upgraded carpet and very clean feel. Coordinating all the care my mom required from her surgery was perhaps the biggest challenge but everyone worked together to insure the best care.

This community was a big place and nice looking. It was clean when touring around. I was able to sample the meals, it was good. I was given enough information about the community and the tour guide kept focus on us. This was in an area that my mom was not familiar with.

I had first taken a tour of the community and i really liked it. My loved one would be with great staff and under wonderful care. Unfortunately, things didn't work out and he didn't move here. I would recommend this place they have many helpful services available. The rooms are clean and organized. The staff are all attentive and most importantly my loved one would be in a safe place.

I am very happy with this community for my mom. She loves the staff and the cleanliness here. Her meals are good and she likes the variety. I would recommend this to other families.

The community at Brookdale Parmer Lane was very attractive. The community has many windows that let in a lot of light. It felt very welcoming and bright. The dining room is always open and if you want a snack in the middle of the night you can get something. We did not like that the closet was in the kitchenette instead of the bedroom. They have small dorm room type refrigerators that are low to the ground making it difficult to use.

As you may know, my mother Lois Watson was a patient there 7 or 8 years ago. Our family was pleased with care that was provided to her and from our visit it this will be a great place for our father. Dad has no complaints and has enjoyed his stay, the bus rides to the country and the music concerts.

This community is clean and well taken care of. The staff are excellent and answered all our questions. They have gone out of their way to be helpful. The food is good. I do think that they could use a few more activities. I would recommend this community.

My mother is still adjusting to this community, it has been a hard process for the both of us. They do have a lovely staff here, they are caring for her pretty well so far. It is a very nice and clean community, it doesn't have a bad odor. A place for mom was great with helping me find a community. So far I feel like she is in good hands, and being cared for well.

If you have to move into a community, this is a lovely community to live. I did enjoy my time here. The staff was kind and friendly. I didn't need much care, but I did enjoy their company. Overall it was a nice experience.

I really enjoyed my tour of this facility, it was one of my top picks for my mother. The location of the community was very convenient for our family. From what I saw everything looked well maintained and very clean. The staff was kind and helpful. It was just a little more expensive for our budget. I loved the decor and my tour went very well.

My friend is settling in nicely at Brookdale Stockton. The staff have been nice and helpful with getting her settled in. The food is good and I would recommend this community. I have not been in the community a lot but they were doing some remodeling and it seemed clean.

Beautiful community, just not the right fit.

They seem like a caring staff. They pay attention to the residents and know them all by name. It feels very comfortable and safe. The outside landscaping looks like it could use a little work, but everything inside is well maintained. The food is pretty good as well. It's a restaurant atmosphere and they can get food 7 AM - 7 PM, and there's a nice variety, and the portions are good.

My mother is doing well at this community. I'am very pleased with everything they have done for us. The community looks great, they do a very good job of keeping everything nice and clean. The staff is nice, but there are time when they do not follow through with what they promised. She is trying a few new activities, but there are many for her to choose from. The food is great, the meals are wonderful. I'am very confident with the type of care she is getting. I would recommend it.

The facility is spotless, staff is very friendly and helpful, food is decent and varied. Seems to be lots of activities available and enough staff to carry out duties, look after the tenants and provide adequate services. Situated on several lovely acres, almost all rooms have a pleasant view with ample access to outdoor seating and walking.

Very nice, clean well lit. staff was very helpful and friendly. The were in the process of remodeling, but what wasn't under construction was very clean. The rooms seem to be nice, a little small but not too bad, balconies off each room. All in all very nice

We really liked this facility. Both the people and the facility itself were notably nice. Joan our tour guide was great and the residents responded to her very well. The staff we encountered was friendly and nice. The effort put into making residents feel at home was apparent. It was nicely decorated and very clean throughout. Though were not quite ready to admit our loved one Brookdale Kenner has the qualities for which we are looking.
