The Brookdale Noth was nice, the lady that showed us around was friendly. The thing I did not like was the long hallways to the rooms, I feel that my mother would have gotten lost easily.

This community was on my list of places to consider. The tour was a great one and I was shown the apartment, dinning room and the whole facility. They were not dirty and nothing was wrong with it's community but I could not see us having my mom here.

So far everything is working out pretty well for my mother in law since her move to this community. I know she is safe, and receiving good care. They have a good staff at this community. They are caring for her, and her needs well. She has gotten involved in the activities they offer. Surprisingly she is satisfied with the meals they serve. It has been a good experience, and I would recommend this community.

They gave us a tour right at lunchtime with no notice, and everything looked clean and well maintained. Residents appeared confident and happy in their environment and engaged freely with our tour guide throughout the hour. Room is clean, safe, comfortable and easy to move through.

I have no complaints about the tour I had received at this community. All of the staff where friendly and made sure to give my loved one and I a detailed tour of there facility with lots of great information. The property was maintained very well and kept clean for all of there residents. It was just not the right fit for my mother.

My Mom moved here from a Brookdale community in Texas about 30 days ago. What was expected to be a trying transition turned into a wonderful experience. The staff and residents at Brookdale Dunwoody have welcomed her with open arms and treated her with incredible care.

The orientation could be a little better to make sure the person understands the process for housekeeping. For example my mother wasn't sure when her laundry and linens would be cleaned. It would have been helpful if someone had reminded her to remove your sheets today or put your clothes out today. She's independent but I'm thankful that someone checks in on her regularly. When she was under the weather someone checked on her and brought her breakfast which was nice. The food okay but they seem to serve the same everyday for breakfast, eggs, grits, sausage, and a biscuit or cereal. I'm not sure if my mother has asked for something else but they have given her alternate options for other meals. We chose this community because she liked the atmosphere. It's smaller and more intimate than some of the other communities we toured.

We toured this community when looking for my father.The staff was very friendly and it was a nice community. The reason we didn't choose them is they are not as affordable as other communities in the area.

I had a very nice tour of this community. This is a very nice community, I enjoyed my tour. This is also a very big community, even our tour guide got a confused during the tour. Everything looked neat, and tidy. The staff was courteous, and kind. Our tour went well, but I felt like it would be to overwhelming for my mother.

We really liked the Brookdale Broadway Mesa a lot when we toured it, but it was out of our price range. If it would not have been for the price factor, this community would have been my first choice.

Older facility that looks run down. People and staff were wonderful, especially [Removed]. Nice rooms and a screened in porch at the end of the halls was a nice touch. Good prices and incentives.

This was a great community when we visited. This was originally our first choice. The community we chose did have larger rooms and offered more for the price. The staff here were nice and the community is clean. The other community just offered more of a family feeling.

We did like this community. The staff is very caring carrying and attentive. They did offer activities that she did participate in. She liked the cleanliness of the community. I do like the care but this is a high costly community for the care. We would suggest to other families to check out the cost and the care for what they might be looking for.

This community offers straight assisted living. I liked this community it was clean and a little more upgraded than the community my loved ones chose. The food was fine and it seemed like an active community.

I didn't really care for this community to much. It wasn't the fit for my mother. and her needs. The facility is a high rise building, and I wasn't very comfortable with that. There were many factors that played into where to place my mother for her needs. Unfortunately this wasn't the place for her.

The staff that work at this facility have been absolutely phenomenal on the quality of care they have been providing to my mother. They are very good at helping her with her bedroom chores and the chef has done a great job at preparing her meals. She has been very pleased with her dinning experience and the nutrition she has been receiving. The only I thing I wish is that she could have some additional help on motivating her to get involved with the various activities they have available.

My uncle had a little bit of a tough transition into this community, but he is now in the memory care unit and I could not be more pleased with how amazing all of the staff have been to him. It is a smaller unit so there is lots of one on one time and lots of trust building exercises that they get to work on multiple times a week. The only complaint I have is the staff did not seem ready or organized with things when he moved in especially in his bedroom. That made things a little difficult for him to get adjusted.

They have a group of ladies that are the official new resident greeting group is what they call themselves. They are a group of residents that help new residents feel welcomed and have someone to eat with at meal times. I've sat with my mother while she was eating and the meals look good. She like breakfast and lunch but the dinners are kind of light. We had some issues with her medication and bathing that I hope will get resolved soon.

I am happy with the care that my mom is getting here. The community is very clean. We are happy with the choices with the meals and the variety. She loves the activities and the small field trips. We like that they come and bring her meals to her when she is wanting to be in her room. I was glad to find this community as soon as possible. They are allowing her to have to her her cat and that is so important. I highly recommend the value and the care to other families.

The Brookdale Ridgeland was our first choice! It's a beautiful facility and the lady that took me around the building was very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was maintained very well. The reason we did not chose it is because they did not have an opening.
