My mother is doing well here at community. They are caring for her and needs pretty well. It is a very well maintained community. The staff have been very good to work with. They do offer activities for their residents. The food is fair, they do serve well balanced meals. I'am comfortable with the care they provided. I would recommend this facility.

Things are going fine. My Stepfather and now my Mother are there. Things are going really good and they are really happy with the place. As far as I know, there are no complaints with the staff or the facility.

Although our father was only there for a short period of time due to his passing, the time he was there was really great and I really wish that he had been able to have been there longer. The staff were very nice and everyone knew his name even though he hadn't been there very long. My dad had lots of needs like incontinence care, escort service, help with getting dressed & undressed, taking his meds, showering & going to the bathroom, and the Regency Park Astoria staff were able to help him with all of these needs...with a smile. The facility is clean. The residents seem to be really happy. And the pricing was very affordable. I actually work for a competitor in the Pasadena area, so I speak from experience when I say that RPA is a very well run assisted-living community.

No management involvement . very small activity room with not much activity at all. They serve melted ice cream since some confused patients can't complain. and offer cold meals. We left after 1 month

The staff are caring and friendly. I don't have any complaints as far as care and food. They have activities and the halls and grounds are clean I would recommend Regency to some one who doesn't require alot of care and is mostly independent.

The first visit and impressions were very inviting. Most of the staff acknowledged us even though we not residents. We have visited Paramount House several times and felt this is the environment for mom

Overall we had a good experience with Emeritus at Chatsworth! The staff were all very friendly, caring, and very efficient when it came to helping out their residents! The facility itself is always clean and well kept, and the individual rooms are attractive. The medication service was very accessible, and for the most part very reliable as well. The only disappointment ended up being the food. They talked it up quite a bit, and while the presentation and menu selection were good, the quality itself could have used improvement.

My mother was diagnosed with vascular dementia last year and after having in home health care, we decided to move her to an assisted living facility to increase her activities. I spent the first 4 days and nights with her (they were very nice for letting me stay for so many days in a row). I thought everyone was very helpful and patient with my mother and knowledgeable on how to handle her moments of confusion. When I called to have something fixed in her room, they were quick to come and very friendly and helpful. The activities were good but I found out quickly that my mother didn't have the ability to concentrate as well as some of the other residents, so it was difficult for her to be involved in some of the activities. Unfortunately, we also decided that my mom was more advanced in her dementia and would be better suited in a retirement home with less residents so she could get more ongoing care. But for residents with physical limitations, this is a great place and they have great staff working to try and make the experience the best it could be. I would like to go there once I need to move!!

We really liked this one. Athina, the head person who shows you around, really let us see all the rooms. It was a two story building. My sister, who is a retired social worker, said that was just too much navigating for Helen. Athina really worked to find us a room that would make Helen's world smaller and more manageable there in the end we just felt it was too large.

I had a bad experience at first. Once I changed roommates, I had a much better experience. Also everything seemed flowery, calm, and clean.

The things we like the most about the community are the helpers who are all very nice. We also like the cleanliness and the library. Yes, we would recommend Astoria Park Senior Living to other families, however the only thing is there isn't enough staff.

We loved over a year. My sister felt the love and compassion from Day 1 and was excited to come here and try it. The first coupe of weeks were rough for her. But the staff was very patient and attentive and I think she has acceptive that this is her new home. The pace its clean bright and the staff knows how treat the guest.

Caring staff, nice place

Everyone was very nice and my brother as far as I could tell had very good care. He went down very quickly and was in memory care. He seemed happy there. I had lunch a few times with him at the facility, but the food was not very good. Other than the food, I thought it was great.

I got my brother in Brookdale Chatsworth last year. It was clean ,safe and friendly. He enjoyed it. The staff was supportive and helpful. Sadly one bad person stole my paintings or they magically disappeared from his room. Mystery unsolved. He enjoyed his time there before he moved on.

I like that the staff is the best the lead med tech is the best and the community relations director always been expecting to talk to my kids about Minecraft.

My first impression here was the genuine love and concern shown by the staff for people they serve. the quality of service is excellent. The care-staff comes in on a regular basis to check and care for my wife and I appreciate that. I also appreciate it when the staff involves me and my wife in the care needs and care plans. The quality of their won't great!

So far they are doing a really good job taking care of her and keeping us informed etc. so it was more just the onboarding that was a bit difficult.

She is an asset to our residents facility. She is confident in what she does and has great communication skills with us residents. She is a "joy" distribution for our facility. She is tremendously a care and giver. Compassionate should empathy understanding and heart felt care for her residents.
