I have nothing negative to say about this company. My brother was taken care of better than I could have ever done by myself. They cared about what he cared about. They assured him when he had questions. They went out of the way to give us not only what he needed but special little perks too. He was never treated as if he didn't have an opinion. He LOVED the showers because they would wash his back and massage it at the same time... under the hot (not too hot) water. The facility NEVER had an odor of urine (or worse). I could go on and on. I would choose them again... and if I needed a place to live... it would be my first choice for myself too.

From my first phone call to A Place for Mom to present has been extremely perfect. Everyone is friendly and professional. This is my first time having to deal with placing my mother in an assisted facility. When I made the first call I have been guided through every step, actually everyone held my hand through the whole process. When I call my mom I can hear the difference of improvement in her voice.

The staff are responsive and take good care of the residents. They offer daily activities. The food is good and they offer a variety of choices. The community is clean and I would recommend it.

My dad is a diabetic and has lived here for years. The food is phenomenal and they always have healthy options for his condition-even giving him a sugar free cake for his birthday. The place just got a facelift with new furniture, which has added to his charm. Nothing too fancy or done up- but clean and comfortable. Thank you Brookdale central Whittier for your hospitality

This community is charming and comfortable! My loved one is safe & healthy here but most importantly happy! The transition from home to the community was not easy but the staff here made every effort to assist with the process. Live musical impersonators and great food - plus happy hours. Lastly it always smells great here like cookies fresh from the oven. We love it !!

My loved one stays here and our family has really enjoyed the experience. Great food and attentive, caring staff! They constantly have events, activities and they work really hard to keep the residents happy. Thank you central whittier for all you have done for my beloved family member.

This community is great. I cannot say enough about how amazing this community is. The staff and the food are great. I wish we could afford to keep my mom here. The cost of the care she needs is a little out of our price range. The community is very clean. The activities are great and I would recommend this community.

Very nice patio areas,clean grounds,spacious residential rooms and a private bathroom. Well staffed, I seen employees everywhere I went. I snuck in prior to my appt. and spoke with several residents with regards to the care they recieved, the food, group activities and overall satification with the facility. They all were pleased very pleased their stay at Windchime.

As far as I know the staff seemed to be very nice and attentive to my mom's needs. Everything went well at this community. It seemed to be a clean place. We were happy with the respite stay and they were able to give us a better price than other communities.

The staff are amazing they communicate very well with my mother. Any concerns that i have they will make sure they fix the problem and they also do follow up as well. My mother likes listening to music, painting, and has gone on a couple of the lunch out dates that they offer. Overall, i feel like this is a wonderful place for her and would recommend it.

I am happy with the care that my mom. The food was nice there and my mom. enjoyed the meals and the variety. She was busy with the activities while she was there for not too long. We would recommend this for excellent care for anyone needing assistance.

My mom is doing fine since living here. The community is very nice and the staff are very good people. We have had no issues so far. If we did have a concern, they responded very well.

I love the environment. Friendly staff, polite, helpful, quick in responding to my questions, cozy, comfortable environment. It's not a crowded environment, so living here, you could bet your loved one will get plenty of personalized care. Staff seems compassionate, and capable of handling any concerns, by making accommodations. They have just enough stimulation for social well being. Keeping our loved ones in their best interest. I was very excited after the tour. Very pleased with the atmosphere. Thank you Erica, Terri, and Pat for working with me in helping to find placement for my elderly best friend.

My mother is so happy at Brookdale, the staff are so caring, ALL areas of staffing very nice, the transition from home to assisted living, was especially smooth due to this facility..my family and I will be forever grateful.

I was at Brookdale Roslyn for over five weeks. I'd had major surgeries and needed a sub-acute rehab. The staff are amazing, the nurses, cna's, the physical and occupational therapists encouraging, while keeping to Medicare rehab standards. I entered on a stretcher and left in a wheelchair - having learned to sit up, stand and begin to walk again. I gained enough strength to move to an acute rehab for three hours of therapy a day. The only thing I didn't like was the food - too soft, mushy and processed for a raw food type person. The kitchen staff were great, and they tried to accommodate. I believe Brookdale Roslyn is the platinium standard for rehab and nursing care.

I love The Regency Astoria??. Our Family was devistated to have to make the decision to place our Mom in a home. I visited several homes, But the Regency Astoria met all my needs and wants for Mom. The Caretakers are so loving to our Mom which means the world to us. They also offer activities and Field trips for Mom which definitely was a plus. It has been a tough road, But knowing our Mom is well cared for and getting out is the best. Thank you "A place for Mom" especially Gina , you guided me through this whole process and went above and beyond in guiding me through it all. I will forever be grateful for your help. I recommend your service to all who are in need of Senior care??

They're wonderful! They take care of my Father-in-law, do his laundry, he gets regular meals, he loves the meals, he's healthier, and he seems to be happier there. They welcomed us like family. They have a lot of parties, ice cream socials, he likes playing bingo. He is still mobile and can drive. He feels safe there.

Mom is loving her time here at Wildomar Senior Living and I am very happy with my choice to move her here. The community looks very clean and nice no problems with that. The activities they offer are good and she enjoys playing bingo with the other residents and she has even made a few new friends. This community has a homey feel and very nice and warm caring staff. The owner take great pride in their community. It is a small community, so it not to overwhelming for your loved one. I have already recommend this community to my friends.

I've been doing wonderful since moving to Brookdale Chatsworth. It's going as good as can be. I would rate them higher than a five all around. They offer a lot of activities, sometimes I can't decide which one I want to do when more than one is going on at a time. The offer great activities to stimulate your brain and keep your busy, word games, rather than sit and watch TV. They do several exercise classes. One thing I would suggest is being able to go to a swimming pool for exercise as well. The food is good, they give you choices, I wish they used more seasonings, but that is my taste. They allow cats and small dogs. I would tell others to be prepared to involve themselves in activities. And also if they have hobbies etc, to not be afraid to bring that stuff here to work on.
