My aunt has passed, and she wasn't there for very long, but we have nothing but the highest regard for Emeritus. We loved the place. For the time that she was there, I cannot express,.. I love those people. They were caring, considerate, truly compassionate always helping us through difficult times with words of wisdom, All of my brothers agreed. The activities director is phenomenal, so dedicated and so caring. The marketing rep there, I almost felt like I've known her for years. We had corresponded since summer. None of us ever experienced anything negative. It was just wonderful. We were so happy that we picked Emeritus.

My experience with Emeritus at Roslyn had been good. The staff is very caring, and attentive to my father; his needs are met. The facility is very clean, and the food is pretty good too.

The staff is incredibly friendly and caring, they are what sets Emeritus apart from the other places we saw. I will say that we have had to engage our loved one more in the activities than we had anticipated. The first month that the resident is there, they are not quite as hands on as they typically say in the sales process. We have had to do a lot more of the making sure he is getting signed up for things and getting involved than we thought we would have to.

It was fabulous. I felt that she had wonderful care and attention. The food was wonderful. They have a great staff, they are all really positive, and up. Everyone was happy, just wonderful. They got her settled and got her orientated very quickly. We were only here as a short stay, but when she is ready, I think we will be back.

It’s very nice. They helped me prepare for my loved one for this transition. They had very concrete suggestions helping my loved one make this transition successfully. The food is great. We haven’t had any trouble with the laundry service or the parking. We looked at twelve places and this was the only one with a wait list.

So far they've done an excellent job here! We had a bad experience with another Emeritus facility in another state, but our experience with Emeritus at Chatsworth has been very good. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the facility itself is clean and well kept.

Overall, I am happy with this choice! This is where my loved one wanted to be, since she is familiar with the area and this is where all of her friends are. The activities are very good here. I think the food is great! It's not so great if you need a low salt diet, since they can't really accomodate to those needs, but they can give you alternatives, like sandwiches.

We toured this location when we were looking into care options for my loved one. It was a beautiful place, very clean, and the population looked happy and active. Unfortunately they wouldn't be able to handle my loved one's care needs.

We are really happy with the choice to move our loved one to Emeritus! She hasn't really participated in any of the activities, but I see that other people are doing them. We really just picked Emeritus because it was the full package and exactly what we were looking for! Very nice place!

The food is probably about a three. I think it's a good idea to visit and meet the people. See the operation to really get a feel for it. It stood head and shoulders above everything else that was in the same price range.

I didn't go there personally, but researched a lot of places for my Dad who lives in CA. The people I spoke with on the phone were most helpful with answering my questions and concerns. When my Dad went to visit, he really liked what he saw. He said the room was spacious and has a balcony and the lunch was wonderful. He said they have a salad bar which really impressed him. After that first visit, he knew that was the place for him!

It was very nice. Very clean. She was only there for a short period of time, but they are very cordial and very efficient.

We are very happy with the care my mom has received at Emeritus Chatsworth. She is very happy with her room, the food and the caregivers. It's been a real relief to know that she is being well cared for.

This is a nice place place, and more affordable than places in Santa Clarita

I felt They provided excellent care for my parents. They were only there for a month because they moved in with anotherfamily member. They both needed full care and probably their condition was too advanced for assisted living.

The value is a little bit subjective. Mom does need a level of care and it's kind of hard to gauge the value but I think that the scale that Windchime is charging is fair for what is offered. All in all I think that Windchime is a very good value. It is set up in such a fashion that there is just a set dollar amount placed on it and it's all inclusive. There is no nit-picking about charging if you need a bandaid or you need your meal taken up to your room. This happens to work really well for my mom. There are no hidden charges and the care is fantastic. It's similar to a hotel with a drive up area and there is a drop off area that is covered so it's out of the elements. This is a good facility, flat out. They are good people all the way around. The directory there is incredible, she really is. They care about what they do and that makes a difference. The marketing director said to me, "I don't mind where your mom ends up, just get her out of Arizona. It doesn't seem like she's good situation and we don't want to see her in a bad place whether we get the contract or not." I thought that was huge. They genuinely care.

My dad and step mom really appreciate this assisted living community. Their room is comfortable and a good size. They like the food (and they are both very particular about their food). I have found the staff and directors to be helpful and kind. I think they have very fair price points for the room and services.

Very friendly, professional, and clean. Looks to be well run institution with caring attitude. Appreciated the range of care available to residents and their families.

Regency Park Astoria is a lovely place for assisted living. Everything was pleasant and friendly from the start. Everyone who works there is helpful and friendly. We feel very fortunate to have found such a nice place for our family member. The interior is newly remodeled and looks very fresh and pretty. There are no unpleasant smells or sights. The residents with whom I've visited seem very happy with the way the facility is run.

I just really like them. it's convenient and the staff is very nice. My mom is being very well taken care of. I like the fact that they can take her to doctor and if she wants they'll take her shopping. She's got activities that she likes and everybody's really nice and friendly. I've heard no complaints about the food either. We looked at quite a few places and we liked Emeritus the best. We liked their answers to our questions, the facilities, and everything they had going on.
