My experience with A Place for Mom was excellent. Our advisor was wonderful and we are very grateful for her recommendation of Brookdale Chatsworth. My mother is extremely happy here. The care and social activities are fabulous. The staff bend over backward to find her the perfect apartment. It is huge and brand new!

I liked the tour at this community. We were happy with the friendly staff who were able to answer the questions that we had. The community was not as big as we wanted. The menu was nice and the list of activities would have been helpful. We would recommend that families tour this community for the care of a family member.

The facility is very clean and the staff are doing what they can to take great care of my loved one! Though he doesn't talk to others too often, he is encouraged to socialize with other residents. This has been a bit of an adjustment for him, but we are very satisfied with his stay!

My dad is doing well here. When he first saw the community he liked it right away and did not want to see another community. It is a very nice community and the staff look after the residents very well. They are very good with all they do for them.

Everything is fine and all is good, I have no complaints. They are taking care of him. The room is much larger than the other communities we saw. I picked them because the extra care was flat rated and I know what the cost is going to be. There are no graduating scale for the extra care just a flat rate if it is needed. They also don't charge for food delivery. I also like that the community is local to us.

My mom is in this community for care. The community is clean and maintained. I am glad to know that she does like the staff who are attentive to her needs. She seems to like the menu. The environment is not what my mom is looking for. We would recommend that families tour this community for the options that are available.

Everything went just fine during my loved one's stay! The staff were very attentive and did what they could to make my loved one feel comfortable. I have no complaints about her experience!

I am happy with this community. The staff is very through with my mom's care. They were able to work with us in her care. My mom is very happy here. Mom's room is always clean and she has them bring her the meals. They are very caring. She is now happy with participating with the activities. My mom is able to have her dog with her, they are very accommodating to all of her needs. They keep me informed on her progress. We would recommend this wonderful communiy

My dad is doing really great and it took a while but he is in good hands. They have been great with everything thing they do here. The staff keep the facility really clean and stay on top of his laundry. All the staff have been sweet patient and understanding. I have recommend this community to others. We connected with the sales manger when we toured, he was great and the reason we picked them.

My mother came to Wildomar for respite and decided to extend her stay! She is very comfortable here. The staff is very attentive and welcoming. The billing is kind of antiquated as they do not offer electronic billing but that is certainly not a deal breaker.

My dear friend is just tickled to death about her new living environment in this community. All of the staff have been very friendly and she has made lots of new friends with all of the residents. Another thing she has been participating in a lot is all of the activities they have going on throughout the week, especially bingo. They provide her with three meals a day that are restaurant quality so she doesn't have to worry about dishes or the cooking. Overall she is very happy and I have a peace of mind with her living there.

Loved this tour. First class facility. Smells and look immaculate. Too many pluses to even list, but open dining, HUGE rooms, and friendly, professional staff topped my list.

I have no complaints so far about my fathers stay and am very pleased with the quality of care he has been receiving from the staff. He has had no complaints about the food and has really enjoyed the activities and events they have for the residents during the week. I also like how big his bedroom as well as the bathroom, it was one of the main factors he needed with finding a place to live. Overall it has seemed to be a great fit for my father.

I am very very happy with the care that my mom is getting here. The room is brand new and she enjoys the patio. This has been a great move for her. They have great church services for her. The meals are good and they offer a good variety. We are happy that she is active. We highly recommend the community with a great value. This community was recommended to me and I recommend it myself.

I have nothing negative to say about this company. My brother was taken care of better than I could have ever done by myself. They cared about what he cared about. They assured him when he had questions. They went out of the way to give us not only what he needed but special little perks too. He was never treated as if he didn't have an opinion. He LOVED the showers because they would wash his back and massage it at the same time... under the hot (not too hot) water. The facility NEVER had an odor of urine (or worse). I could go on and on. I would choose them again... and if I needed a place to live... it would be my first choice for myself too.

The staff are responsive and take good care of the residents. They offer daily activities. The food is good and they offer a variety of choices. The community is clean and I would recommend it.

Very nice patio areas,clean grounds,spacious residential rooms and a private bathroom. Well staffed, I seen employees everywhere I went. I snuck in prior to my appt. and spoke with several residents with regards to the care they recieved, the food, group activities and overall satification with the facility. They all were pleased very pleased their stay at Windchime.

As far as I know the staff seemed to be very nice and attentive to my mom's needs. Everything went well at this community. It seemed to be a clean place. We were happy with the respite stay and they were able to give us a better price than other communities.
