Very helpful staff. They put in extra effort, especially in these difficult times. Because of the corona lockdown of visitors, I had to rate activities on what I saw on the tour prior to shutdown, and not on personal experience. The facilities are very nice, and at a good price.

I came to visit my grandma over Christmas and was amazed at how friendly her sales person was. My grandma just moved in a few weeks ago and she said she loves it here and loved it from the minute she met [name removed] the sales person.

Staff was very friendly and worked with me to take care of my father as he was in Hospice. I would recommend this community to others.

I loved this place on first impression. It was as homey as assisted living can be. It’s nestled among homes with a neighborhood feel. It was clean and smelled good. The layout inside and out was easy to navigate.I Would live here and feel like my Mom would be safe and well cared for. Hopefully she will agree!????

I cannot thank the staff enough for the care they took for my dad. It was a very emotional time and they made the transition so much easier. Their communication was phenomenal. Karen went above and beyond in partnering with me. Ed, Angela and Diana too, helped make this whole process much easier. I knew he was in good hands.

Clean; residents appear content, everything in one building

My Mother has been living at Regency Park Astoria memory care unit for about 5 months. The staff is caring and is very attentive to her needs. I live 2 hours away and feel confident that she is safe and well cared for. I call to check on her and the staff always knows how she is doing. The staff works with her doctor, who makes house calls to check on Mom and they do an excellent job controlling her medications. The facility is clean and bright with an amazing patio that the residents can enjoy. I visit once or twice a month now that she has settled in. I would recommend Regency Park Astoria, to top it off the staff has provided much need support to my family as we navigate though the tough road which is Alzheimer's disease.

I looked for a year and half for the right place for my husband. I could tell from the layout/rooms, food, and people (residents and staff) that Brookdale Chatsworth was what I wanted for his next place to live. He wouldn't move at the holidays, but fell at Easter and it became essential that he no longer stay in the house alone. The move was complicated based upon the paperwork and the doctor approvals (that is a week I won't get back) but the location, the great room, and even the permanent discount on the room/board rate based upon his employment with NBC/GE was great. He is settling in, has people who keep an eye on him, is eating better food (no more re-heated takeout) and is starting to get to be friends with people. There are still more activities for him to investigate, but he enjoys his room, the great light, layout and hibernating while streaming Netflix! But I know he is safe, and that people will find him right away if he falls again.

Amazing! Mom has been here for 1 year and the staff and residents have been nothing short of wonderful. I rest easier knowing Mom is safe and cared for.

Pleasant surrounding, nice people/employees

I've never felt compelled to write a review before, but after what I've experienced here lately I had to let everyone know how amazing their staff is. My Mom feels so loved and cared for here. She lived at three other communities and was very unhappy with the level of service. At Brookdale Denver she feels her voice is heard, and most importantly safe. Highly recommended.

My mother is approaching her one year anniversary at Regency Park Astoria. The kind and loving assistance she has received, combined with many activities as well as excellent care and excellent food in the Dining Room have made her stay there a blessing to us all.

We are likely to choose this facility for a number of reasons. It is warm, homey, friendly and our family member will likely enjoy the residents at this facility. It is located in a quiet, peaceful area which he will also appreciate.

I toured 8 to 9 facilities before choosing Westminster Terrace for my dad and mom. The staff work to get us in and continue to work to make life easier for my parents. I am appreciative and thankful for the care they receive.

The staff is tops! [Name removed] made us feel immediately welcome and her caring commitment to the residents is so genuine. Same applies to [Name removed], [Name removed], [Name removed], [Name removed]& the entire Wellness staff. Wm Terrace is a smaller, cozy very family feeling facility, that really goes the extra mile to accomodate the whole family as well as the residents with any special needs. We love Wm. T. and will always be glad we chose this place for our loved ones. [Name removed]

The tour was great, I was shown all the main facilities, the different bedrooms and their prices. I was given the cost of most of my husbands requirements. [name removed] and assistant were most helpful. This is the place my husband would like to stay. We are checking out our situation, and hope to hear from you soon. Thanks again.

One of the best if not the best Skilled Nursing Centers in Denver Area. Especially Amy Bernard, the social worker there. They took very good of our mom especially after she passed, Amy played her soft music, washed her and spread lavender oil on her, wrapped her in a quilt, prayed over her and accompanied her to the door. I would highly recommend them. The CNA's had to feed her and they gave her a lot of attention. Thanks for all that you did

This is one of the best if not the best Skilled Nursing Centers in the Denver Area. They took very good care of our mom, especially [Name removed] the social worker there. They have a beautiful facility and wonderful staff. We highly recommend them and want to thank them for all that did.

We liked the facility a lot. Unfortunately, we feel it is too far from our home.
