Independent living is available at The Villas by Regency Park, a senior housing complex in Pasadena, California. I enjoy the range of activities, the excellent cuisine, the friendliness of the personnel, and so much more. We've been preparing to move dad out of [removed]soon.

Tour before signing on, it was very thorough. Friendly staff, very helpful. Several types of activities to keep residents. Busy and happy, and they can decide what they want.

If you want a friendly place for your mom or dad, Brookdale Chatsworth is where they should come. Nicer people you couldn't find, which includes staff and residents. Active lifestyle includes arts and crafts, shopping days, eating out in restaurants, and trips. Come on down and join the fun.

There is always somebody to talk to. When I'm in my room and starting to feel lonely, I come down and there's always somebody around. The staff makes me feel like they know me and my needs. I feel well cared for.

Paramount House seemed like a great place from what I gathered on my tour. The facility was clean and nice. If anything were to happen with where my loved one is at now, this would definitely be where we move her. The staff were extremely informative and helpful. The only downfall was the billing, everything was an add on so it was "al a carte". We did not like that we would not know what we would be paying each month.

Nice and homey feel. Super helpful Staff with helpful advice to help my Mom with her changes in life. The main doors were wide open, letting in fresh air. Great 80's music playing, staff at desk gave a smiling, friendly greeting. Everything smells and looks very clean. Cheerful residents and cheerful staff talking to residents. (This was an easy and casual interaction.) Mailboxes are easily accessible in main area. I could see the big open courtyard when I walked in the entrance. I was given a full tour and a couple of the Staff and I went to a room like my Mom would have. We sat in there and they answered all of my questions and gave me lots of other helpful information. Very upfront. They asked questions about my Mom too. I never felt rushed.

I'm satisfied with the care at Paramount House Senior Living. It checks all the boxes at this time for the care my dad requires and is attentive to any concerns we have. Right now my dad is in the highest functioning or lowest level of care, so his needs aren't as great at this time.

The staff members are very helpful, and front desk are helpful as well. Although, they are somewhat short of staff, they find a way to provide the services needed. My neighbors are wonderful. I am thankful to have Brookdale Chatsworth.

The people are so nice. Residents and atff. So many activities for us. Our chef makes sure our meals are healthy and taste good. I really enjoy the special outings we have and happy hour.

It's a small town setting. Love the company store for things. I need like toothpaste or cookies. Lots of special programs.

Our family had an in person tour and even though this was early on in our search the tour experience was fine and we liked what we saw

It was a nice pleasant experience for our loved one and our family. Staff was very helpful and caring making it easier for everyone.

Covid restrictions have prevented most of the visitations. They have been very helpful with arrangements, very polite and helpful when working through the Covid situation.

I toured with my friend. we loved the tour, loved the place and really liked our guide and everyone there. the food was great as well. my only draw back is that there are not full kitchens and I still like to bake and cook. when I get older and cannot cook, I will be ready to move here.

I would tell others that this is a good place to go. This worth the money and seems to be about the same price as other communities in the area. The director is very good and has strict guidelines about the pandemic in the community. They have activities available; however, I couldn't judge them due to my loved one doesn't participate in them. There is a person that is in charge of decorating for the holidays and celebrations. The food is good, and they have a chef that will make the residents something they will enjoy to eat, if it is not on the menu.

We had a lovely tour with Astoria Park and thought the facility was extremely nice. For us there were really no downfalls, we just had to think about the convenience for the whole family and there was another place that worked out better location wise for us.

We chose Montage Ridge because he was already here for skilled nursing and had a good experience so it made it an easier transfer. The administrative staff has been super kind and helpful. We would recommend the facility to others.

Extremely nice staff, and an older community. It was a bit further from family and parking was a problem during the tour.

My loved one loves it here and the socialization opportunity with other other residents. The food portions are small and the taste could be improved upon. The residents and staff are very nice. Some of the activities include games, outings, entertainment, and more for the residents to choose from.
