We chose Montage Ridge because he was already here for skilled nursing and had a good experience so it made it an easier transfer. The administrative staff has been super kind and helpful. We would recommend the facility to others.

Extremely nice staff, and an older community. It was a bit further from family and parking was a problem during the tour.

My loved one loves it here and the socialization opportunity with other other residents. The food portions are small and the taste could be improved upon. The residents and staff are very nice. Some of the activities include games, outings, entertainment, and more for the residents to choose from.

Regency Park Astoria is a great place. We've very happy with it. The staff is caring and friendly. It takes a minute for everyone to adjust, from the patient, to the staff, to the family. But in about 30-45 days, everybody kind of finds their rhythm and figures out how everything works. They don't have quite as many activities right now as they normally would due to Covid, but the patients seem to like the activities they do have.

Our tour at Windchime of Chico was really nice. The people were very friendly and welcoming. They just didn't have what my mother needed (option for her to be in independent/assisted living and still have accessibility to a significant other in memory care).

This is a wonderful place for people to continue in life. Everybody has been wonderful. The staff are as helpful and positive as can be.. the activities are amazing and keep the people busy and happy. This is jut a wonderful place.

This is a great place to live, I can't imagine finding another community. The people are friendly here. There is a new Activities Director and are amping up the activities available. There is plenty of help around if you need it.

This was a wonderful facility and Marina is a wealth of information to help place your family member based on the care they need.

Administ is very involved With helping Residents. Residents and caregivers are very nice. I love that we have Residents meetings.

They have everything we need! They always make sure we have activities throughout the day.

Our experience has been during the pandemic. The staff are very accommodating and willing to work with the family. They have been very communicative. The community has delivered on everything they promised.

Westminster Terrace is a little outdated, so they are doing some remodeling but they do a great job keeping it very clean. The friendliness of the staff members would be a 5+, and the lady who runs the places runs a smooth operation. The food is really good, and they have activities going on all the time every day, they even have happy hour on Fridays. Our loved one feels safe there which was our number 1 thing. They allow visitors and even during the lock down they would attend to the residents very well and deliver their food. This place is truly a blessing.
