It has been a wonderful fit for our loved one. Based on the experience so far, we would recommend Montage Ridge to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

As a volunteer at Wildomar Senior I have be treated with the utmost respect by both residents and staff. I have never seen staff or residents unhappy, unkempt, or in any other disturbing capacity. My teams and I regularly visit many other facilities. This facility is our favorite. I visit the facility as a part of a pet therapy team. We are always warmly welcomed. Most often we spend time visiting with the residents in the community areas. The residents and staff laugh and chat with us; greeting the dogs with kindness and respect since 2018. Occasionally, we are asked to visit a resident’s room or two. The halls, community areas, rooms, dining room, elevator, stairs, the building, site, and pool are always impeccably clean and well maintained. This facility is located in a peaceful setting. I would be proud to have my mom live there and I would not be averse to living there myself whether it be in the assisted living areas or in the independent living apartments.

We came to tour this facility for my aunt and you could just feel the warmth walking in the front doors. We were greeted by the receptionist, who then called for [name removed] to give us a tour. The building was very well-kept. All staff members we passed, greeted us with a smile. we were very impressed overall. My aunt now lives there and is very happy. She enjoys the activities and has made new friends. She even raves about the food. It is an older building, they had water trouble last week, but it is all fixed now. Administration is very approachable and seasoned [name removed] the head nurse handles all of my aunts medical issues(she’s got plenty),[name removed]the administrator has been there over 15 years, I believe [name removed] in billing has also been there over 15 years. All in all if you’re looking for a place for your loved one, you won’t be disappointed here, you’ll be part of the family! Thank you Wildomar Senior!

We are very pleased with Brookdale in Chatsworth. All staff is very kind, helpful, and friendly. My dad being a people person and therefore friendly himself, has met many people and is happy being there. The medical program, Caremore, that they offer there, along with his personal health insurance, is a great service where he has a primary physician and a wonderful nurse practitioner. Also a podiatrist and physical therapist. They all come right to his room where he doesn't even need to leave the building to go to their offices. They have scheduled activities throughout the day that are offered, besides a mini movie theatre. The nursing team on site is also great. We're very pleased!

My 89 year old mother was in need of an assisted living facility. I visited no less than 13 facilities in the Pasadena area. The visits included a tour of the facility and interaction with the staff. The process was daunting as everything was completely new to me. While there were a few facilities that I considered, Astoria Park Senior Living and Villas stood head and shoulders above the rest. Their Family Resource/Community Partner and the staff I interacted with were friendly, informative and very professional. Thankfully, a room became available late last year and my husband and I immediately jumped on the opportunity. We had my mom comfortably in her room by the day after Christmas. It's been 5 months and my mom is very happy there. She has made friends with her neighbors and the friendly staff. I cannot thank Astoria Park Senior Living and Villas enough! I am very happy that my mother is in a comfortable, safe and caring community. I strongly recommend them!

After I retired for LA Valley College, I looked all over Southern California for a place where I could get along without a car. This place is ideal. It's an easy walk to restaurants and shopping.

Our loved one passed in January but we thought it was a really nice facility. The reason the value for cost gets 4 stars our of 5, is because the cost of all assisted living in the USA is outrageous. However based on the experience we had, we would definitely recommend Brookdale Chatsworth to other families.

I have good things to say about Astoria Park. My mom is really happy there. She is loving her place, and the independent living in their villas building was exactly what we needed for her. It will be easy to move her to the other building when she needs more care.

Villas at San Bernardino looked to much like a hospital, and didn't feel homey.

Westminster Terrace is a beautiful community with excellent staff and a vibrant resident population. Their Marketing Director is very welcoming and, during my tour, the residents greeted me warmly and were happily engaged in activities.

They are fabulous. My friend loves the food. It's like a restaurant, and they offer twelve other food options, if the residents don't see something off the regular menu, that they like. It's a beautiful facility. They always have something going on with the activities. They clean once per week, along with the laundry, which is included in the base pay. The value for the money is good. They huge outdoor spaces, like a park like setting, it's really beautiful.

I recently had the pleasure of having a family member stay at Westminster Terrace for their assisted living needs. The level of care and attention given to the resident was of the highest standards. From day one, the staff showed exemplary kindness and empathy, providing a safe and secure environment for the resident to call home. Their facility includes a wide variety of activities, tailored meals and beautiful spacious grounds that all add to the high quality of living. The staff are professional and in tune with the needs of the residents. I am very thankful to the Westminster Terrace team!

I toured this Community in [date removed] (I cant remember the exact date) My experience was very positive. There is a new management team run by [name removed]. They are super professional and were able to answer all my questions. Its obvious they truly care about there residents and are running the community very efficiently. The building is beautiful and just fully renovated. I didn't taste any of the food as I'm on a strict diet but I must say it looked delicious!.

Independent living is available at The Villas by Regency Park, a senior housing complex in Pasadena, California. I enjoy the range of activities, the excellent cuisine, the friendliness of the personnel, and so much more. We've been preparing to move dad out of [removed]soon.

If you want a friendly place for your mom or dad, Brookdale Chatsworth is where they should come. Nicer people you couldn't find, which includes staff and residents. Active lifestyle includes arts and crafts, shopping days, eating out in restaurants, and trips. Come on down and join the fun.

There is always somebody to talk to. When I'm in my room and starting to feel lonely, I come down and there's always somebody around. The staff makes me feel like they know me and my needs. I feel well cared for.

Paramount House seemed like a great place from what I gathered on my tour. The facility was clean and nice. If anything were to happen with where my loved one is at now, this would definitely be where we move her. The staff were extremely informative and helpful. The only downfall was the billing, everything was an add on so it was "al a carte". We did not like that we would not know what we would be paying each month.
