My mom has been fighting cancer and with her treatments she has been struggling with getting to appointments and making her own food at night. We decided to get her some help. Montage Hills sales manager Sydney was contacted by A Place For Mom. [name removed] got us on a tour the next day. Found two choices within my mom’s price range!! Was able to evaluate my mom right away!!! They found her a room to stay in until her perm I ate room was available!!! Allowed my sister and I time to move her into her new room and downsize with no stress and worries about mom’s care!!! Took my mom to her cancer treatment, picked her up, brought her her dinner to her room!!! Everything was easy and stress free!!! Because of their great care my mom has transitioned easily and is already feeling more at home!!! [name removed] is amazing!!!?????? The entire team has a medical plan to help my mom with nutrition, pain management, cancer drugs and my mom doesn’t have to worrie about anything!!! THE BEST EXPERIENCE!!!

The activities are well rounded for all physical abilities. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The dining room offers soup daily and a vast variety of daily specials. They also have a menu for people who just want a cheeseburger! There are at least 5 activities every day which makes for an active, exciting community.

I am very happy living here for 4 years. The activities are wonderful and very enjoyable. The menu variety is very good and delicious. The care service is very good and dependable. The staff is very friendly and easily approachable. Best value!

I definitely would recommend this facility. It's a very nice place. The food is great, I've actually had lunch with my dad several times. The kitchen staff are all so nice and accommodating, you actually feel like you're in a restaurant getting great service. [Name removed] is probably one of the nicest employees there, if you can't get something done ask [Name removed]. She'll get it done right away, she's on the ball. The residents are all very nice. Our family feels very relieved to know that our dad is in a safe place and is fed very well and well taken care of.

[name removed] the sales manager was very helpful to me in trying to get my uncle moved in to Brookdale. She offered to personally help with moving him and make the process smoother. In the end, my uncle opted to stay at his current residence where they provide memory care should he need it in the future. [name removed] understood and canceled the contract without any issues. I really appreciated her for her understanding and kindness!

When to a Christmas party at the villa had a wonderful time. They make my mother feel very at home there. We live only 5.2 miles from the villa. So we visit about 2 times a week. Always clean always wonderful. The staff top-notch I would recommend them any given day..

The Brookdale Central Whittier facility is very nice. The staff listened to our concerns regarding our Mother, they are very kind and professional. If you are looking for a place for your Mother I highly recommend you arrange a tour at Brookdale Central Whittier.

I’m writing to recommend Brookdale as a potential assisted living home for seniors. The staff at Brookdale are very friendly, kind, and helpful to all the residents, all are greeted with a hello and smile. The caregivers are also helpful and attentive to all the current residents, they respond quickly to the residents needs for help, and they are also helpful and friendly. The facility is clean and neat and well taken care of.

I went for a tour of the facility to find placement for my mother. Brookdale has excellent amenities, it's clean, safe and the staff is helpful and kind. They go out of their way to provide information and assistance. They have a strong community with many events for the seniors. The court yard had beautiful lighting and plants. Large rooms with hardwood floors. Everything is up to date, very efficient and Senior friendly. I was extremely impressed with the facility.

When I arrived for my appointment I was surprised to see a welcome sign with my name on it, then [name removed] introduced her self and gave us the tour which I thought she was very welcoming and very informative. The facility was well kept and the residents looked very happy. If my ex-mother-in-law changes her mind and if the facility has space I would consider placing her there.

I am currently a resident at Brookdale Central Whittier and everything has been excellent for me here! The cleanliness, friendliness and staff are great. The care services, meals, activities and value for cost are excellent. I am very satisfied with everything here. I would definitely recommend Brookdale Central Whittier to others!

Brookdale Chatsworth feels like home. Not only is the staff caring and friendly, the residents reach out to each other. The meals are good and there is flexibility to order "off menu". A variety of activities and outings are available. Residents have input into what is offered. Thursday afternoon themed Happy Hour with live entertainment is quite popular. My mother was quite concerned about moving from her home of 67 years. In a very short time she felt at home at Brookdale Chatsworth.

I have seen such an improvement with my mom since she's been a resident. The staff is so helpful and nice I couldn't be more grateful to have my mom here.

I've been at Santa Anita Assisted Living for a little over a month and I can feel comfortable saying that I've been treated to feel at home here. The nurse and staff are all very kind and caring.
