Windchime is a very nice and clean community. The staff was really friendly and they offered a lot of activities. It really would have been a very good choice for our situation but it was not within the area we were looking for. We wanted something closer to Paradise. The community is very bright and open which makes it very warm and welcoming. Overall it was a very good community it was just out of the area.

This place was very elegant inside. Upon entering I felt like I was in a hotel. Saw both Living Assistance/Independent rooms. Studio apts was just the right size. No kitchette in the Living Assistance room though, but for the price was adequate. Could see my mom live in the small studio. Close by that I could see her. Alot of activities which is good

Like it a lot, good room sizes are more expensive, across from shopping, on bus line. Impressed with director and the activities director.

We're still deciding between Regency Park Astoria and Emeritus of San Dimas.

This is a very nice and well kept facility. My wife and I visited there on Saturday. We feel this is a place where my Mom would be happy.

Clean, Friendly, Informative, Willingness to help.

For the most part the staff members there are super friendly, they are very attentive when it comes to our loved ones medication and if something is not going correctly they will immediately call us and notify us and discuss what needs to be done. They have activities to keep them busy and give them the sense of community with one another. They do give the residents a buzzer button to wear around their necks to push when they need assistance, it is nice but a lot of times it does take them quite awhile to respond. They also do not have any medical personnel's on sight (no doctors or nurses). They do have people there on sight to take care of their hygiene, and cleaning but not medical staff - families would have to higher outside help or go to another community that has medical staff on sight.

We chose Brookdale Chatsworth because the price of the room was really good and we compared it to at least 6 places and we thought this was the best value for the money. His room is huge, we did not find one in any of the facilities that was this big, it is about 3 times the size of a normal room in an assisted living place. It would be easier if they would be able to tell you the accurate monthly price you will pay before you move in. I would absolutely recommend them and already have.

We looked at 4 different facilities and we chose Windchime because of the location, it is warm and inviting when you walk in, and I really liked their memory care unit as well as the units director. I would tell others that when your loved one goes on hospice as ours did, they were extremely caring and worked well with the hospice workers and we were able to go in at any time. I would absolutely recommend them.

I checked many places for mom and I found myself comparing them to Brookdale Chatsworth. So I finally went back to Brookdale and signed the paperwork. Everyone from the Executive Director to the secretary at the door treated me like a long time friend. Two months later, they still greet me with smile and ask about mom. I think Brookdale Chatsworth is the best choice for mom.

The staff is great and listen/respond quickly when I have a concern. The memory care unit is a good fit for my mom where most of the people are ambulatory as she is. I like the lay out of the memory care unit. The management has worked with me on reassessing her care levels. They are very understanding of the costs involved.

When we first toured at Brookdale, Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. We also met some of the other residents there and got a really good feeling about the community. This is the place we decided upon for our loved ones. Their room is very spacious, the food is good, the activities are fun, and the place looks like a hotel in a good way. My loved ones are very happy.

I used to live at Brookdale, and I loved it. It's a smaller community, but it is really nice. I was an ambassador here, and I loved meeting the new residents and taking them around to the dining room and the activities. It was just such a friendly, lively community. Definitely recommended.

My sister had fallen several times in the past, and finally fell one more time, and as she lived alone, it took her 1 1/2 days to get to her phone to call somebody! She fell on a Thursday, and on Saturday my wife and I went to Brookdale in Chatsworth and got a grand tour. Later that day, took another Grand Tour with my other sisters and by the end of the tour, we had placed a deposit down for my sister that was in the hospital after that fall! Senior Advisor kept in touch with me for over a year and three falls later and helped a great deal in locating a reasonable place for my sister.

This is a very nice facility! It is a newer facility, so it is very clean. I only got to meet a few staff members, and they seemed to be competent and knowledgeable in the industry. Though I did not end up choosing this facility for my loved one, I would have no problem placing her here!

I've lived here seven months and have no complaints. The food is good and the other residents are pleasant. The staff is very helpful. My room is large and everything works. I'm not crazy about being in an assisted living facility but this one is decent.

It has been somewhat up and down for my mother right now, but the Regency Park has been great. It is a great place and all of the people are very nice.

My mom is happy here and likes the staff and they love her a lot. I selected this community because it was available and closer to my home. I feel they could do a little better at cleaning, it seems that not much is done. They accommodate her meals with moist food and mom says it's good. The staff bring meals to her room sometimes and ice cream at night. They are on top of her medication too. She has made a lot of friends and she likes getting her hair done from the stylist.

The reason my loved one and I had chosen this community was how helpful and generous the staff where during our visit. My dad has really enjoyed participating in the variety of activities and the interaction with the other residents. The studio my dad has is perfect for him and has lots of natural light throughout the bedroom. I have no complaints and would highly recommend this place to anyone.
