As a resident at Highland Manor, I have been here for 8 months. I enjoyed all the different meals that the kitchen has prepared. When you are looking for something fun to do then you should attend [name removed] recreational activity groups. We play bingo, arts and crafts, have movie days, sometimes we exercise. One time a week, on Fridays we have Karaoke.

Thus far all is very good.

Quite a lot of turnover but I think that is fairly typical in these facilities. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

The wonderful variety of activities and outings is one of the key reasons we chose Westminster Terrace. The activities director is amazing! With decorations for every hours/season she keeps the community looking festive and cheerful. The celebration and parties that she organizes are very popular and help contributes to the vibrant so cute environment within the community. I used visit my mother 6 days a week but when I have to go our of town, I let the activities director know, and she bring activity sheets to my mom to give something fun to do in my absence. I'm grateful that my mom lives in a community with such an engaging and caring activities director.

The facility kept mom safe and the nursing staff was quite friendly, but the administration left something to be desired. They were unorganized, we had billing problems every month, and our move in was chaotic due to someone leaving the company. For a last minute place it was acceptable, but if your loved one needs long term care I would not recommend.

The staff are very helpful, the foods good. Loves happy hour Fridays with live music and overall enjoys activities that wishes to participate with.

This place is a warm, friendly and safe environment. The fact that animals are allowed to come lends a feeling of comfort and love. The staff are friendly, caring and fun.

Woodland is a great place with friendly residents and workers. The dining room staff do a great job serving all of the residents.

I have always found Brookdale staff very responsive It is very homey feeling. My mother has found that many people have been there for years and have tried other places and are happier at this particular Brookdale.

I don't give 5's cause always room for improvement. I'm in a unique situation sense I moved from another state. Medical has being a headache but this isn't on them. They are doing everything in their power to connect it. Their going above and beyond. Sure there are other things that they can improve on but they aren't ignoring them. It is not perfect never will be highly recommend.

My parents have been living at Astoria Park Senior Living for 10 months. Although there were some staff changes throughout this period, key management staff remained. My father went through a medical emergency last year and was discovered by the staff on the floor during breakfast check. He was transferred to the hospital promptly and he has since recovered from the illness. We appreciate the care services and the staff at the facility. My recent visit at the facility was pleasant, especially the new van driver. My father had a clinic visit for blood draw and the driver determined that we should be done fairly quick, so she waited for us at the clinic. It was an excellent experience.

I miss my home so this place is close to being like home because of the nice staff. I enjoy Elvis and the dancing activities.
