I have, a few times, recommended The Oaks, and A Place for Mom. It was a great experience, even though it was short.

There are not enough words to adequately express how pleased I am with Hampton. The staff, the residents and the managers. All make you feel like you are apart of a family. There is always something for them to do activity wise. The food is also delicious (rare in assisted livings). If you’re looking for a place for a loved one, look no further

We moved my now 96 year old father into The Oaks going on 2 years ago. The facility was recommended to me by a friend whose mother was there. When asked how he likes it at The Oaks, Daddy will be the first to tell you that he has died and gone to Heaven. He loves it here! The staff treats the residents with care, respect, and love. The activities offer something for everyone; residents can do as many or as few as they want. Daddy and other residents enjoyed planting tomatoes in raised gardens last summer. The garden is a very popular place in warm weather. He also uses the garden as a place to get a tan! Daddy loves the food! If one doesn’t like what is being served, he/she can ask for something else. It’s a great place! I love that my daddy is so happy!

I have been to the Oaks at Ellijay multiple times now for special events and tours, and I am in love with the entire atmosphere of the place. The staff is amazing and you can tell by talking to any of the residents that they love it there. Definitely highly recommend this facility!

As a caretaker for an elderly relative, I have visited many facilities, searching for the perfect one. I found it right here at The Oaks! Everyone is so kind and caring and the home and grounds are immaculate! Food, activities, social functions are all so wonderful here. The residents are obviously happy and well cared for! I would recommend The Oaks to any and everyone looking for the perfect home for their elderly loved ones. It really is HOME!

My mother is a resident at the oaks and absolutely loves it. They are amazing to her and makes her feel like home. She loves the atmosphere and the employees that work there. My loved one was a resident at Oaks at Post Road. This facility was great! I would recommend the facility to others.

In an effort to look at the Oaks for my mom, I have visited a couple of times. The staff is very friendly and helpful. One evening (after 8:00) when I was dropping things off at our future room, some staff was in the hall working. they were smiling and curious. Everyone has welcomed mom, and after one week, mom has tried to meet as many as she can get to. Staff has also been very patient with mom while learning how she does things. The food is good, activities are plentiful, things are going well!

My husband Larry in memory care is well taken care of overall. I picked the right place for him, they treat you like family and I can rest assured that he is taken care of in every way. The Oakes are very good and I couldn't have found a better place for him. He is well taken care of in every way. It's also a great value compared to others I found that were way out of my budget.

I was searching for a facility for my Dad. Everyone who I spoke with and met on the tour were very friendly and answered all of my questions. [name removed] was especially helpful. Due to other circumstances my dad was placed in another city but I would place him at the Oaks if the opportunity arises.

My family toured the community for my grandmother and I must say I was very I was very impressed with the marketer and director they both are knowledgeable and the staff was welcoming and we will be back.

I had to recently move my dad to a new memory care facility, and we are having a great experience with the Oaks of Conyers. [name removed] and [name removed] were great in providing a nice tour and accommodating our quick move in date. My dad has been there for a couple of weeks and is doing great and adjusting to his new environment very well. They have a great team of employees are my health care She-ros!

Oaks at Hampton is the best of the best. The staff is equal to none with their attention to detail and care of everyone who walks in the doors. I cannot say enough good things about this place. From the care to genuine happiness you feel when walking in, I can’t think of a better place.

We recently toured the community based on a friends positive experience they had with their mother. It was clean and bright from the moment you walk inside. You can hear a lot of laughter and we were thrilled to see so many active residents. Staff was very friendly as we walked through, and the residents even offered to show us their apartments. The environment was so warm and inviting. It’s definitely our top choice.

Had the pleasure of meeting [name removed] in July of 2023 when looking for placement for my elderly father. Unfortunately, he ended up needing total care and was moved to a rehab facility instead. [name removed]’s love for elderly patients knows no bounds and she stops by to visit with my father every time she is out marketing for the Oaks. He has become accustomed to and looks forward to these visits. Her caring demeanor and loving heart is evident when you watch her interact with these patients. She is a true asset to any organization!

My mother has been a resident for six months, and in that time I’ve watched her become more active and involved due to the staff encouraging and loving on her. They have been attentive since day one. [name removed] actually was the first person we met as she did the evaluation to see if The Oaks would be a good fit for her, and since then [names removed] and many others have been a wonderful encouragement to her!

I do not have a loved one at The Oaks but have had the pleasure of collaborating with [name removed], Community Relations Director. As an experienced professional in the field of senior care myself, I find her to be knowledgeable, genuine and committed to supporting families in finding resources to meet their needs. I admire hers consistently upbeat attitude, her creativity, responsiveness and the effort she puts forth to create positive experiences for the residents of The Oaks. She is multi-talented and an asset in the field of senior care! If I were seeking an assisted living or memory care option, I would consider The Oaks as a potential home for my loved one based on my positive experience with [name removed] because genuine and committed people are the key ingredient to a quality residential community.

We are blessed with the care our father is receiving at the Oaks of Eagles Landing. The staff/care givers give daddy the attention he needs while balancing his need for independence. They keep the family posted on daddy’s daily activities and any incidents that occur within minutes. We know this is a 25-hour job balancing not only our father but the other 25 or so residents in the Memory Care unit.

Yes ,overall The Oaks at Braselton with the exception of a few hiccups here and there has been a good experience. Much better than [community name removed]. I really appreciate the array of activities and the FACEBOOK updates.
