What we like the most about Oaks at Alpharetta is the cleanliness of the place, how friendly and attentive the staff are and how they always follow up and meet their commitments.

I give them a five in all categories. I can't say enough about the kindness of the staff. They recently got a new management company for which they work. There has been some turnover in leadership positions. There also been some lower level staffing issues. However, I attribute this to being part of the transition to a new management group. They are working their way through it. The bottom line is that my friend [name removed] is happy there.

I have been very pleased with the caregivers and management. Many caregivers have been there for years, which is impressive. They are very friendly and let you know if your loved one has been doing well that day or has been in a bad mood. Makes your visit easier when you know what to expect from them.

My parents are enjoying the community there. They love having the extras of some physical therapy and help when they need it. I have enjoyed the staff and other residents as well! The food is good most days, but there are some salt issues. It is a very beautiful and homey place for my parents to live.

The Horizons memory care staff at The Oaks were outstanding and very hard working. There is always a learning curve in a new setting, and they were able to quickly overcome. My mother was there for 17 months, until she passed, and I truly felt she was treated and cared for as well as family by every caregiver. She frequently expressed to me how safe and cared for she felt there. I would highly recommend this facility for care of any loved one needing memory care

Amazing place, beautiful, SWEET, CARING staff!!! My daddy has not been here long but we feel like family. They are not only taking GREAT care of my daddy but they have helped me mentally explaining and helping me understand my daddy’s condition (dementia) which has been hard for me to understand. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. The meals are amazing - my daddy is hard to please but he talks about how good the food is….which is a great thing.

My sister complains about the meals sometimes, and I've had to ask a few times for them to clean her bathroom. I was glad to get rid of Guardian Pharmacy. I canceled them last year. They were horrible & very expensive. You should seriously consider offering to new residents Pill Pack by Amazon vs Gaudian. I have been very happy with them. Overall it is a good community, and I would recommend it. My sister also complained about not enough activities but she forgets a lot too so...

The Oaks at Eagle's Landing is a beautiful facility. Every staff member I have encountered are attentive to our loved one, professional, and responsive.

Speak frequently with staff. They only want what's best. Really share about your loved one. Remember that they need the knowledge to be the best for your LO. And like any facility-visiting frequently lets them know you're on top of it all. You and the center are a team of caregivers. Your stress is released a good deal but you know them best. They have an amazing staff! I truly care about them all. This isn't a stretch. They also have GREAT monthly events.

My dad has been at The Oaks for 9 months. The staff members are very kind. The environment is clean and peaceful. I am thankful that my dad is part of this community. It’s been a very positive experience. Amy has been a huge help! She made this process easy. She is very knowledgeable with senior care and resources.

While my father in law passed away in [date removed] I have continued to volunteer and keep in contact with the staff at Oaks at Alpharetta. They still reach out and check on how we are doing if I haven't been by for awhile.

I visited to possibly secure a place for my mother one day. The staff was outstanding and as if they were all old friends. Amy showed ke around and introduced me to many of the residents. They all had rave reviews on the facility as well. It was so neat and clean. The design is very well done.

The Oaks at Oakland plantation has been an amazing resource and guide for my family when learning how to care for my loved one. Clean and friendly environment where you can feel comfortable asking all questions. [name removed] not only made me feel like family but was extremely knowledgeable about the care and the process. I was able to understand the unimaginable decisions i was having to make because of the caring staff at the Oaks at Oakland plantation. I highly recommend making them a part of your family when you are needing a safe place for your loved one.

My loved one is currently a resident at Oaks at Hampton and most everything has been great so far. Overall, we have had no issues and our family has been very satisfied. I would recommend this facility to others.

Great environment for providing memory care. Excellent support and response from administrative staff, activities director and on duty nurse practitioner. Food is very good and housekeeping is on top of keeping the unit clean. As with most senior facilities, there have been some adjustment and transitional snags and lapses, but staff is quick to remedy any issues. My husband has adapted well which is so important to making life for him as normal as possible. Thank you Camellia Place!??

My husband had a stroke on [date removed]. I had no clue what I should do. After his stay in intensive care at [name removed] he went to a nursing/physical therapy facility. He is getting better and [name removed] has been so informative as to what the next steps will be. I am grateful that there is someone like her to help people like me.

Wonderful facility. provided lots of information and resources to help find a good solution. Would recommend visiting to anyone considering elder IL, AL or MC placement. Residents seem to have a great sense of community.

The staff is very warm, caring, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. They treat my Mom very well. The staff communicates well with the family In addition, my mom’s health has vastly improved since her arrival. She’s happily adjusting. My family is happy too.

We've been very happy with the Oaks. The staff is very caring and attentive. Almost too attentive as my mother takes advantage of that. I get regular texts on how my mom is doing for if she needs me to bring anything to her. We were able to move her to a room on the first floor near the dining room so she is happier. My mother complains some about the meals but she's pretty much a fast food queen. The meals look ok and there is a variety and she is eating better. They do special meals for holidays and invite family and friends. There are several activities throughout the day. Overall, the experience has been very good. We were fortunate that they had a room available and at a discount so we were able to move her in quickly.

The staff is good and they love my mom and treat her like their own grandma. A few are better than others but you are always going to have favorites. The food is not good. It's crazy expensive.
