Oaks Senior Living

Their admin team is great. The care givers are fantastic. My mother didn't want to go into assisted living but quickly got excited about everything and the entire staff. They treat my mom like their mom.

I have had 3 friends ask me about the oaks 2 of them have put there love ones there. I picked this community because they always had there life safety issues done and I told myself when I have to put my mom somewhere it would be there

My family member has been chronically ill for the past 3 years. He has been in the hospital or rehabilitation facility the better part of 2 years. They have all been terrible and in my opinion was guilty of elder abuse. When we made the decision that he could no longer live completely alone, we toured, interviewed, talked to residents at each facility and staff from the top down to the cleaning crew. But when we went to The Oaks, we knew that was an amazing fit. They are kind and attentive, it’s clean and comfortable throughout the entire facility but the main thing is that they treat him with incredible respect and dignity. He has been there for a month now and is happy and thriving!! [name removed] and every single staff member have stood behind every single word they promised and I can now sleep peacefully knowing he is in the best place with people that actually love what they do

Overall it's a nice place. The facilities have not been kept up like it should have been, but they do have a new maintenance lead now. Hopefully that will help. Most of the staff are very courteous and friendly, and do a great job. In my opinion, the administrator is not a great manager. I managed people for over 30 years, and this administrator leaves a lot to be desired.

The Oaks at Conyers was excellent!!! They did an awesome job and were very accommodating for us. The food was excellent. They feed her well. They did many daily activities that kept them engaged and they kept everyone clean. I visited a lot unannounced and never was upset about what I found. We truly loved this place!

5 for all categories. The Oaks at Braselton was an all around positive experience for my mother and the family. My FIL is at a much newer and more modern facility but his care has not been as good. The staff are not as helpful or as emphatic as the staff at The Oaks.

5 across the board They were wonderful with mom She was very content and loved. They were very affectionate with her. She loved them. We had some hospital trips for various things... nothing to do with her care there. But the hospital staff always made comment about what a great place it was and how well taken care of the patients that came from there were. Always clean, no bed sores, etc. The oaks made a horrible time in our lives so much easier than it was before she went there. They were also so kind and helpful when she passed. Several of the staff came to my mom's funeral... traveling over an hour to get there.

I am very happy with their care at Oaks at Conyers, and it is available at a reasonable cost.

My parents have been at Oaks for 5 years. The facilities are clean, well maintained, and there are so many activities for the residents. the staff truly care for my parents and give them the most personal and professional care possible.

The staff was fantastic and the food was very good. There are places that look better and that are newer, but when it comes to care for the patient, I think they're wonderful, and yes I would recommend Oaks at Beaufort to other families

Overall, my 87 YO Aunt is doing better than usual since moving into Oaks at Tucker. Great staff that is happy to report on her condition. She is getting great care that has really improved her quality of life. My mom likes it so much she is considering it if she needs care and wants to be near family. Highly recommend their care for their loved ones and family.

They were amazing to my family! A true blessing. Dad loved it there. The staff are friendly and responsive. He really enjoyed the food and the other residents.

Nice people. Very clean and no smell. Keep them busy. It's a very nice place.

Facility was very nice and staff was friendly. But, I felt there was some inflexibility in regards to Mother's needs. Activities were not adapted for someone with limited eye sight. We made a couple of requests which we felt were reasonable and were told they didn't have the staff to accommodate those requests. One was simply to have someone spend 5 minutes with her after dinner to make sure her TV was working and on the station for her shows. We ended up pulling her out after about 2 months because she was so unhappy there.

5 for all, it was a short stay for my dad but it was a great experience All staff were extremely attentive. I would absolutely recommend Oaks at Charleston to others looking.

Welcoming to both Mother and us (two daughters). Families are included in special occasions and parties. Residents look out for one another! Food looks good and is presented with flowers on the table. Helpful and kind staff. We are very happy with The Oaks and are comfortable with leaving Mother in their care.

I highly recommend Oaks at Pooler. The staff is compassionate, loving, and caring. I'm very pleased with how they are caring for my 82 year old Mother. My mother is happy there, and for that I am very grateful.

I would tell a friend that after living in three other facilities this is the best one by far and even cost less than the others.

Unfortunately my mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer March and passed away [date removed]. The people at the Oaks were amazing and we were very happy with the help we received from A Place for Mom. Staff were very friendly, they were great with communication and the facility was very clean.
