Where do I start. This place is amazing and very welcoming. The lady that toured us answered every question we had. She was a complete pleasure to work with. The facility was clean and all the residents seemed so happy. I did not feel like a number I felt like a part of the a family.

The staff has been AMAZING! It's been a difficult time trying to navigate my mom's health issues, so it was helpful to have people that understood what we were going through with her and made the process simple. They've also been great with her and have been attempting to make her feel more at ease with the transition. They've also activities and food seem great so far! The only negative so far is the room did not appear to have been cleaned when we moved in. We requested to have someone clean it but they did not take care of it so we cleaned it ourselves.

The facility was clean and offered bright lighting. The staff was welcoming and answered all of my questions. The residents seemed to be happy and content.

I am Guardian for my best friend of over 60 years. When I first visited the facility and was shown around by [Name removed] i knew this was the place for my friend. Over a 2 month period, [Name Removed]worked tirelessly to get her placed! I cannot express my appreciation for [Name removed] and her staff. She went above and beyond anything i would have expected! Her professionalism and caring were unmatched! The Oaks at Oakland is truly blessed to have her on staff. I was able to move my friend in this past week. She is in a beautiful facility with a caring staff! I am beyond pleased with the Oaks at Oakland!

From the moment we arrivrd we were greeted with smiles. We came without an appointment and were quickly welcomed for a tour. This facility is beautiful and lots of happy staff and residents. We have chosen this as my mother's new home. I cannot wait to see her thrive with new friends and activities.

The Oaks at Grove Park is one of the best communities Columbus has to offer. [name removed] is amazing - high energy, compassionate, and always ready to help. The other staff members are also pretty incredible. The food is superb and the facility itself is well maintained. It's always bright and clean and feels like home!

What sticks out most is the quality of facilities and staff

They seem to really care about their residents. I would recommend them.

Great place. My wife is getting the physical therapy she needed. Very clean, welcoming facility, food is good and presented well. Staff is great. However the administrative staff is slow about returning text messages or emails. That being our only complaint. The residents there are very friendly. We have been very pleased with our experience there. My wife is happy, our daughter is happy and I'm happy. We initially thought it would be out of our price range but is half the cost of the nursing home my wife was previously at.

From the top down, the staff is caring, attentive, and flexible; they focus on making the community welcoming, comfortable, and safe while empowering the residents to live their best lives. The physical facility is attractive, recently renovated, and includes multiple well-furnished outdoor spaces.

This is a really nice facility. It is clean and well decorated. A very calm and soothing environment. The staff as friendly and knowledgeable and the cost is reasonable.

Staff here are amazing! This community is run on human connection not just policy manuals. It's an active community always something for the residents to do. I would definitely recommend this community for a loved one.

The staff was courteous with us and was gentle with my sister, despite that she sometimes was difficult. They explained to us about things to do to calm her as well. [name removed] in the memory unit was great in dealing with the issues she had, both stage 4 cancer and dementia, and she and hospice prepared us well with what would come as she declined. We were very pleased with their patience and knowledge.

[name removed] toured us and she is absolutely amazing. She took her time to answer all our questions and understood that it was a hard decision for our family to make the facility was very clean and recently updated there seem to be a lot of activities going on in resident very happy.

Excellent in every way! We had a great tour with [name removed]. She was extremely knowledgeable and was obviously very dedicated to the needs of those of us trying to do the right thing for our loved ones. The facility is clean and well lit and all on one floor! The residents appeared very happy and a few residents volunteered positive information without being prodded by us.

The facility and staff were fantastic. They took great care of mom leading up to her final days making her very comfortable. They were very accommodating during a very difficult time.

She is so content. The level of care is expert and compassionate. The food is delicious. The apartment is roomy and clean. She really enjoys the activities and the Sunday service.

Everyone at this facility has went over the top to take care of my mother -n-law she has frontal temporal dementia and can be a real handful and the way they talk and take care of her like it is their own mother just warms my heart ??. Thank you to everyone at the Oaks at Stockbridge for being who yall are

The community is extremely clean. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable - they demonstrate real care. Yes, I would recommend this community to others.

The location is very clean, and the residents from what I could see was very comfortable. Everyone on staff that I observed is knowledgeable in their position.
