The staff is amazing! My dad fell and they were quick to call us and keep us up to date with what was happening...they were diligent about checking in on him during his hospital stay and when he was in rehab.

Just go and visit, and see for yourself. Recommendation yes.

Everything they told me about this place was NOT true. For permanent employees, contractors not so much. And there's a lot of contractors, this place is severely under staffed. ay shift ok, swing shift ok, night shift is awful. A lady was in the hall yelling for help for 20 minutes I went a told the nurse, I took 20 more minutes before she came. Unacceptable. Please, do not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!

There has not been an activities director since she moved in, so a lack of activities overall. The food is less than average. with sandwiches more often than not for dinner. Staff turnover is excessive. Local admin not responsive but corp office has been.

Great experience with [name removed], extremely thorough and responsive. Excellent community & price... I really enjoyed the rooms, very clean and efficient. I only toured the studio options, but they were great.

The in-home assessment is great, other places wanted us to come to their facility for them to assess prospective residents. The food is good and he does not complain about it but portions are a bit small if you go eat with them. Memory care staff do a good job but sometimes do not remember to do special things that you ask them to do. Probably is best to leave notes for staff if something special needs to be done. Cleanliness is great, no odors as you go through the facility.

The oaks at eagles landing. The memory care staff and caretakers were wonderful. If I had any concerns or questions about mom the staff was right on top of it. they encouraged families to speak up. They even held an Alzheimer's support group meeting once a month. It help me to have some understanding about the disease and that I was not alone. I have no regrets with the decision I made moving mother there. I know the assisted living has a wonderful food choice but the activities the special things they do for both memory care and assisted living are wonderful mom and I took part in several of the activities the daily activities they have for the memory care I was told mother participated in all.

The staff is so friendly and so fantastic The facility is always clean and free of tell tell odors of incontinence. Yes, we would absolutely yes recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

What I thought was most important...the staff had good tenure... very professional and worked well with each other...Oaks at Braselton was a great choice!

I toured The Oaks recently and I was impressed with the facility as well as the care the residents receive. It is definitely a place I will consider for my loved one when the time comes. The price is reasonable and the location is convenient to our home which would make visiting easy.

We have been pleased with the care mother has received at Oaks Braselton. [name removed] is wonderful. She did an excellent job orienting us to the procedures of getting mother settled in. She is available for questions and takes care of whatever needs we have. The staff in memory care work hard to keep her comfortable and safe. They are also welcoming to the family when we come for visits. They are patient with all the residents always reassuring them and comforting them when they’re distressed. The facilities are bright cheerful and always clean. They have daily activities for the residents who are able to enjoy. I would recommend Oaks to anyone. We are very satisfied with Mother’s care.

My mom lives here and besides the fact that she isn't completely independent anymore, The Oaks at Gracemont gives her as much independence as she can handle. The apartment is nice, the only real complaint is there is no counter space in the bathroom. The staff are all very pleasant and caring and call me if there is ever a concern. Moms diet is very different and there is a struggle with this part, however i feel like everyone is trying to work with it.

What we like the most about Lakes at Gainesville Assisted Living is that the workers are friendly. They adapt to the patients changing needs. Cheerful atmosphere with enjoyable activities, and yes we would recommend this community to other families!

The facility is clean, pleasant and the staff is very courteous! Room sizes are adequate and the meals are good. My father doesn't really participate in the activities, but they do keep a vigorous calendar of activities.

I was pleased with the attention the caregivers were giving to the residents, the cleanliness of the facility, and the security in place for the residents. The staff was friendly and helpful. Oaks at Eagles Landing has a great activities director. My mom always has something she can participate in during the week. My mom needed the socialization that assisted living offers, as well as balanced meals. She is really happy in her new home.
