Oaks Senior Living

When it comes to the meals and dining I haven't tried it but my Dad has not complained. I am extremely pleased. Everyone is very accommodating and friendly both for resident and family members. They are always available to help. The facility is always clean and fresh. I would highly recommend The Oaks at Charleston. My Dad is a resident here and I am glad that I chose them.

The administrative staff are always open to meeting with family members to discuss concerns. In addition they will proactively address concerns with family members that concern them. The residents as a whole seem happy and content. There are many staff members that are very good and caring towards the residents. They take their job's seriously and genuinely care for the residents. Overall we have been very pleased.

Oaks at Eagles Landing has a great activities director. My mom always has something she can participate in during the week. My mom needed the socialization that assisted living offers, as well as balanced meals. She is really happy in her new home.

I have been mostly pleased with the care she is receiving but am aware that staffing is not all that we would want. I am aware that his is a continual issue for most assisted living facilities. However, everyone is friendly and the interaction with residents is good. The facility is a little older and could do with some basic maintenance and renovation to not appear shabby, but it is kept clean & neat in the public areas and is arranged to be welcoming.

We decided to tour Oaks at Snellville based on the need for a higher level of care regarding my mother-in-law. We were recommended by another senior facility in the area where she is currently staying and decided to check it out. Although we didn't get a chance to interact with anyone other than the Director of Sales during our time there, we did enjoy walking around the facility (which was extremely clean) and of course the value of cost for care was excellent especially with many of the others places that we visited where it was outrageously high.

I moved Mom to Oaks Tucker a few months ago and am very happy. The staff is so loving, gentle and kind with my Mom. She is happy and enjoys her studio and getting out and visiting with others. I would recommend Oaks Tucker!

My father lives here. He was welcomed by many residents and made good friends. He loves the many groups and their lunches.

The Administration and staff members were helpful with my mother-in-law's transition from assisted living to memory care to hospice care, all within the facility. All staff members were warm and caring for our loved one and for her family. I highly recommend Oaks at Eagle's Landing.

Closer to home. Appearance of residents-grooming. Activities offered. Variety of food. Cleanliness and upkeep of property. A holiday special, iec. No changes for LOC.

The staff has been outstanding, very caring, loving and concerned about helping my brother settle in. They do spoil him which has been a blessing! Two other Memory Care Units we have visited have offered a separate menu each day to order for example, a hamburger, hot dog, or grilled cheese if they didn't care for the lunch or supper each day. They also just hired a new cook so that may also help. Re: activities, my brother only has been at the Oaks since the end of December, so maybe he hasn't been willing to leave his room and participate. He is 71 and a bachelor his whole life, that may be part of the problem too. Also he seems to be at this time the only patient that can speak and right now is at a slightly higher functioning level, I know this can change at any time as more patients arrive and as my brother's skills deteriorate.

My husband lives here. They are wonderful.

They mom lives here and she loves it. The stuff are very nice and helpful. She has made so many friends. She loves the activities person and the fun things they do!

The staff was always available to assist the residents no matter what was needed. Also, I was impressed by the ability of the staff to know all the residents first names almost from the beginning of their residence

A very nice place. If my mom ever needs to live in a facility. We will certainly consider this place. Their stuff are very nice, the place is clean. Residents are happy. Their dinning time are arranged at reasonable schedules. Anyway, they also have different level of care.

We were attracted to them because of the cost. I would recommend to others.

Courtenay, and her team were absolutely fantastic through the whole process of finding my mom a new home. Every question I might have had, was answered before I could asked it. She made The Oaks so appealing I contemplated moving in myself. I thank her for all her continuing help and I whole heartedly give The Oaks and Courtenay a 5-star review!

Had a wonderful experience, it's not too large just the right sizes, the rates were very reasonable compared to other locations. And it's close to family, plus I love that family can visit whenever th we y want no curfew.

I recently visited Oaks at Tucker as a consideration, for my mom suffering with Alzheimer's. I was impressed with the facility, staff and overall comfortable feeling. It may be the perfect place for her.
