I had a friend ask me to tour the facility for their mom. I was very impressed. The facility was beautiful already and they are improving it more with updates throughout the facility. The gathering areas were very tastefully done, and plenty of room. And so many outdoor spaces enclosed and in the open. One area had a lovely veranda and every entry/exit has a covered porch with plenty of seating and benches out in the garden areas. Everyone that I encountered were very friendly. So many activity areas inside. If and when I would ever need to stay in a facility, I would choose this one. So many things to compliment but not enough time and space.

We were looking for respite care, however our family member ended up not needing it. The community is clean, welcoming and the staff was very nice and helpful. Would recommend to others and use in the future if needed.

I placed my father here about a month ago, and I visit him two to three times a week. The staff are always kind, attentive, and welcoming. Everyone is so sweet, and the atmosphere truly feels like one big blended family. My father especially loves the activities and outings. They offer church services, many indoor activities, outdoor seating, and daily walks. There are so many accommodations provided, which brings me great comfort knowing that my dad remains active and engaged every day. Three meals are provided daily, and if a resident does not like what is served or is unable to eat it, there are alternative meal options available to accommodate their needs. The staff consistently checks in on the residents, which gives me tremendous peace of mind. The facility is always very clean and smells wonderful when you enter. My experience was very positive exactly what I’m looking for very clean and spacious. The seniors were interacting with each other. It was explained to me that they have lots of different activities for the seniors. I was also impressed with the dining room they let the seniors order from a menu they have listed on the board. I must say that the person that toured me was very informative and knowledgeable about how she explained everything, she was wonderful. Presently I would love for my aunt to be in the facility I’m working on the affordability. Overall the Oaks is great.

The renovated space makes an immediate positive impression. The staff is very engaged and appears to have good continuity. The memory space is easily accessed and promotes residents being out of their rooms to the extent possible. It's a point an emphasis for Oaks. And I've had a positive experience with Curana, their health care provider. The Director of Sales is so nice. She's very responsive and engaged. Her daughter also works there - from time to time I think. She isn't always there, but it speaks to the family's attitude about the job.

What we like the most about the community is that the residents and employees are friendly and the employees are very helpful and seem to care about making life better for the residents.

We enjoyed the serenity, and calm. Not overly fussy. And our meal was excellent in there lovely dining area. The facility is very manageable without having to walk a longer distance than necessary for meals, or activities. Everyone was extremely helpful. There are plenty of activities for residents to take part in.

They have gone over and beyond helping us settle mother into her new apartment room. [name removed] is the director and she is such a joy to work with. I highly recommend Oaks at Conyers.

The facility is clean and appropriately furnished for the residents. The atmosphere is calming and inviting. There are many activities scheduled each day for residents. The residents are friendly. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They provided me with the information I needed to make an informed decision for my mother. They always respond to my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I appreciate that physical Therapy and speech-language pathology services are on site. Resident rooms are an appropriate size for my mother's needs with a rollator walker. My mother has frequently said, "The people here are nice and I like the food. When I first walked in the building for an initial site visit, I thought, "I could live here". When I brought a friend to visit my mother, she said the same thing.

The food is excellent and the staff is great. I would recommend it to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

We toured the facility for our sister. [name removed] was fantastic, responsive and informative. The facility is nice and charming. The rooms are spacious, updated and clean. The atmosphere is very homey. We are looking forward to moving our sister in very soon.

Overall the experience is a 5; we have my sister in memory care, a special area of the assisted living. They have been great, providing for dementia patients mental stimulation, games and other activities. Food is very good as well. Rooms are spacious and everything is very clean. Staff is very good as well.

My mother was a resident in the memory care unit of the Oaks at Hampton for the last 2+ years until her recent passing. The care and attention she received during her time at the Oaks was beyond my expectations. The staff was attentive and caring to my mom, and as best as I could determine, equally caring and attentive to the needs of all of the residents. I almost never had to ask a question as the staff would provide updates for me on nearly every visit. From the Director on down, the Oaks is truly committed to the care of its residents.

Having been a caregiver for almost 20 years and working in other facilities this is hands down the best experience yet. I'm on the other side right now assisting friends with transitioning their loved one from home to the facility. Being able to see this from both sides has been refreshing. Everyone from the Executive director to the caregivers, Physical therapist, nurses, kitchen workers, maintenance, volunteers and so many others have been wonderful. All working together as a team. Everyone getting along with each other and treating residents with warmth and kindness, never raising their voices or being demanding or hateful. I can say from experience that this is highly unusual in a facility. They have ongoing renovations going on around the facility, making it even more beautiful. But it's being done in a way that you really don't notice it much because they're doing small areas at a time. It's so considerate and another example of how they care. Bravo Highly recommend

Such caring people. They go above and beyond for there residents. My uncle has had alot of health issues since moving in and they make sure to keep an eye on him and keep me informed

From the first person that we met with, her name is [name removed]. We knew that this was the right place for my ex-husband. The staff has been so kind and so loving and the place is always clean. It never smells of urine and is difficult as ex-husband is they are so respectful and kind to him And I could not be more grateful for each of them.
