The staff is amazing! My dad fell and they were quick to call us and keep us up to date with what was happening...they were diligent about checking in on him during his hospital stay and when he was in rehab.

Just go and visit, and see for yourself. Recommendation yes.

Everything they told me about this place was NOT true. For permanent employees, contractors not so much. And there's a lot of contractors, this place is severely under staffed. ay shift ok, swing shift ok, night shift is awful. A lady was in the hall yelling for help for 20 minutes I went a told the nurse, I took 20 more minutes before she came. Unacceptable. Please, do not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!

Overall experience the staff was friendly, warm and accommodating to my grandmother needs. They made my grandmother feel at home. They were available to answer questions my family and I had and were very compassionate during my grandmother's transition.

There has not been an activities director since she moved in, so a lack of activities overall. The food is less than average. with sandwiches more often than not for dinner. Staff turnover is excessive. Local admin not responsive but corp office has been.

The staff was outstanding and very caring with our whole family The facility was very clean, no issues at all. Highly recommend.

I was impressed with the facilities at The Oaks. The studio apartments are very nice, and the residents I met were particularly content. Two friends separately recommended that I visit The Oaks when looking for a place for a family member. When we are ready to make the move, it is at the top of the list.

A 5 for all of them but in the last month they have had some staff turn over so not sure about 5. The staff know them by name and even knows what they drink with their meals ,so usually before mom is seated, her drink is ready. Little things like that mean a lot.

Great experience with [name removed], extremely thorough and responsive. Excellent community & price... I really enjoyed the rooms, very clean and efficient. I only toured the studio options, but they were great.

I really enjoyed my visit at Oaks. It has all the qualities our family look for in an assistant living facility to care for our mom: cozy vibe, friendly atmosphere/staffs and necessary amenities. [name removed] was a pleasure to work with. She's honest, friendly and professional. If our timing and their vacancy status aling, we would highly consider to take that next step with Oaks in the near future.

I felt welcomed by the staff and residents during my 2 day visit with my brother. He has only been at the Oaks for a few weeks but is settling in and adjusting nicely. The facility is clean and bright and staffed by kind and supportive personnel. I was a guest for 3 meals during my time in Atlanta and the food was hot and delicious. The staff was attentive and able to offer optional requests that were available. The Oaks is a nice place to call home when remaining in your home is no longer an option.

This place is incredible! My dad loved the tour and is excited about living here. [name removed] and the staff are friendly and professional. This is a caring place. They made us feel welcomed and were excited to have my father come to live there.

The in-home assessment is great, other places wanted us to come to their facility for them to assess prospective residents. The food is good and he does not complain about it but portions are a bit small if you go eat with them. Memory care staff do a good job but sometimes do not remember to do special things that you ask them to do. Probably is best to leave notes for staff if something special needs to be done. Cleanliness is great, no odors as you go through the facility.

I really enjoy living at Oaks at Tucker. It is wonderful. It is the best place I have ever lived and I have lived at a lot of other communities. The food here is the best I have ever had. The staff is also wonderful. They always check on me and make sure I have everything I need. They are really nice.

It's a lovely setting with salt of the earth country folk on staff. I would recommend to others!!

The experience at had at Oaks at Tucker was wonderful! The facility was clean, inviting and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and fun! [name removed] and [name removed] were so caring, understanding, kind and full of laughs. I feel so comfortable leaving my mom here and at peace that she will be well looked after and taken care of.

The staff and facilities make you feel like family and they treat Mom like family. She is at home there. She has people her age to talk to and interact with. I think it fits her well.

Very much liked all the people we met on our tour. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable. No sales gimmicks or hype, just honest people who have been through the experience and shoot straight. Nice change

The staff seems very attentive and caring to the people. They try to meet the needs of everyone on a personal basis. The place is clean. My husband seems to enjoy the activities. People there seem to be well fed. So far, I am glad that I chose this place for my husband.
