My loved one has been a resident at Oaks at Gracemont for quite some time. Overall, our experience with this facility has been great. I've eaten there with my mom and the meals have been good. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The quality of care and the staff are also great. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

The staff at this facility are welcoming and have great customer service. The Director and CRD also exemplify great customer service. The facility is very clean as well. This would be a place I recommend for my elderly parent.

I am very pleased with my experience at The Oaks at Conyers. [name removed] is really sweet and very knowledgeable about the facility and the residents. The staff are also very friendly. My mom and I also meant [name removed], the nurse whom is also very knowledgeable about what she does. Thank you both for your patience and kindness. My mom will be moving in next week.

It's a very family like feel, the staff is amazing and takes my mom's care seriously and goes above and beyond to ensure she is engaged and happy. She loves it at The Oaks at Hampton! My mom slightly complained about the food and that her and some of the other residents feel for the money they pay, the food should be better. But she said she hadn't had a meal that she couldn't eat, but that they should evaluate their chef staff. Please note my mom was an excellent cook back in her day! So she is picky. I feel very blessed and comfortable that she is happy there.

I just wanted to say that we loved all the staff at the Oaks! We moved our parents there (not at same time) and they treated us like family and are very caring. They provide the care needed and keep the residents entertained. Would choose them all over again!

Oaks at Alpharetta has been amazing to my Mom. All the staff, nurses, care givers and volunteers took care of her with love and compassion. My Mom spent 8 months with them before her recent passing and developed a special bond with so many of them as well as the dear friends she made among the residents. My Mom loved the people, activities, field trips and playing cards with friends. I highly recommend Oaks at Alpharetta for anyone that requires assisted living or memory care.

Oaks at Hampton is wonderful. They have an awesome team, everyone is very friendly caring, loving and professional.

My grandmother has been a resident at The Oaks at Hampton’s memory care facility; Horizons, for a little over two years now. She enjoys all of the activities and bible studies. They always send our family photos of her enjoying her time and the many activities she takes part in. The staff is always very pleasant, kind and Patient with the residents and visitors alike. They have become a second family to my grandmother and our family. Both my mother and father are/were residents in the Horizons unit at The Oaks at Hampton. I can honestly say I don’t know what I would’ve done without the love, support and expertise of the lovely people that work there. The Oaks encourages family members to visit and offers activities that are both fun and stimulating to the families as well as the residents. It is a happy, positive environment in which residents thrive. From Christmas and Thanksgiving dinners to “beach parties” and Mother’s Day teas, there are so many opportunities offered that are not heard of other places. The Oaks at Hampton is simply the best??

My mom has been living in the Oaks at Hampton’s memory care community for 5,5 years. She is well taken care of and shown love by all of the caregivers and management. I do not worry at all for her safety. She enjoys many of the activities and is very content in her room.

Hampton Assisted Living has exceeded all expectations in providing an exceptional experience for my loved one. The staff is truly top notch, combining professionalism with genuine care. The facilities are thoughtfully designed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The range of activities offered is impressive, catering to various interests and abilities. The dining experience is outstanding, with delicious and nutritious meals. Security and safety measures are exemplary. The sense of community is strong, fostering connections among residents. Hampton shines brightly in every aspect, making it a remarkable assisted living choice.

Oaks at Hampton is truly a blessing. The staff are top notch, caring and loving to residents, the truly treat them like their own grandparents. The activities are some of the best I've ever seen, the keep the residents active and going. The food is wonderful with daily fresh soups.

We toured Oaks at Conyers during our search for Assisted Living/Memory Care for our loved one. The facility was beautiful and clean. All of the staff and residents were friendly. It just wasn't the right fit for our loved one.

We toured Oaks at Eagles Landing during our search for Assisted Living/Memory Care for our loved one. This was a great facility. It's beautiful and clean. Everyone here was very friendly and polite. It just wasn't the right fit for our needs.

My Mom (90 years old) moved in almost 2 years ago and it was the right call for us. This facility is warm and has a cozy feel to it as soon as you walk in. It is not one of the larger facilities that are being built now, however, that is what our family likes about it, more intimate. The staff is very open to conversations regarding my mom's care needs which is comforting since her needs have changed over the last 2 years. She has had many falls and knowing that she can push her safety button around her neck and get help has given me peace of mind which I did not have when she lived alone in her home. Fortunately, I can visit quite often at different times of day and it is always clean and personnel are always available if we need anything. Honestly, my mom can get a little grumpy with the staff at times because she is frustrated she can't do what she used to be able to do on her own, but they understand their resident's feelings and don't take it personally which is appreciated.

Oaks at Shiloh Point is a happy place. I like the way that the staff interact with the residents. And there are always activities going on.

The staff is REALLY friendly. The food is excellent. The only issue we had is that we did our loved one's laundry ourselves, but items would still routinely come up missing - shirts, blankets, towels. When he died, all of his bedding went missing for good, never to be found, and they didn't seem to care to find them. But I don't want to knock them too hard over some blankets and sheets. Other than that very last day, we had a great experience. And I would highly recommend them to other families.

They do alot with the activities. We picked this community, because of the location, and overall feeling of the first phone.It gives a warm-friendly feel. They could improve, and add more activities on the weekend. I would recommend to other famileis. We have been very pleased. The staff goes above and beyond, to make sure that the residents are happy and well cared for.
