[name removed] was very nice and has agreed to meet me outside and let us look through the windows at the places they have available. Again unless we can make his finances work it is more than he can pay per month.

Our loved one moved in right before COVID, and we have been very impressed with how they have kept COVID out of the facility. The rooms are adequate, her room was completely refreshed right before she moved in which was nice.

I can only review the relationship my family member has with the staff at Sweetgrass Court. Because of Covid-19, we have not been allowed inside the building for health safety reasons so I cannot review or rate the facility. But I can testify to the fact that my family member finds the staff very kind and helpful. She had a period of adjustment when she moved in and the staff were very patient and understanding. They are helpful in setting up Zoom so we can see each other and also getting her on the phone when I call. She likes the food and when I ask her if she likes it there, she has always said yes.

I have been impressed with what I have seen. The facility is open and sunny and is well maintained. [Name removed] is always painting something to keep it nice. The only smells are good smells. All of the staff I have met or worked with have been helpful with great attitudes. There are some who are exceptional -- really outstanding, and to them, I say a special thank you! The activities are well-planned and easily available. They don't accommodate those with significant vision problems easily but the staff has offered to help with that as well. The food is outstanding and the aromas are enticing when you are there near mealtime. There is always water available in the public area downstairs, although getting seniors to drink sufficient water is a chore. Despite that, the offers are often made by the staff.

Mom has lived there 7 months. She's adjusted well and has alot of lady friends. Mom likes the onsite beauty salon. She says the food is good and there is plenty of it at mealtime and snacks. The management is great and always available to discuss any concerns. The staff is friendly and efficient. Mom often compliments the ladies that clean her room and wash her linens. Facility is well appointed, always clean, has many different outdoor patios (shade and sun) and indoor sitting areas. The landscaping is well maintained, Mom loves the birdfeeder outside her window and the fountain in the courtyard. There are various activities thru the month. I stop in several times a week, everything is in harmony.

The community is kept very clean and the grounds are well maintained. The food looks presentable. The caregivers treat dad very well and encourage him to participate in some of the daily activities. This community is close to family and dad seems content. I would recommend this community.

When I was there the community was in the process of updating the building so I couldn't judge my opinion on the appearance due to the construction. The staff seemed friendly and helpful and considering it was in the middle of being updated the overall place was extremely clean.

Nice place but over my budget & no vacancies

We went to East Side Gardens, and [Removed] she was great. The home was nice and everyone was very friendly, but they could not offer the care that my mother needed.

From what I can tell, the staff is taking good care of my loved one. She is in the Alzheimer unit, and it is a little dark and the rooms are cold. The rest of the facility is very nice. It has been a good experience.

We loved this community it was clean and the people we met were nice. They seem to offer plenty of daily activities. They offer dental and podiatrist services. This community was just a little out of our price range.

I liked them because it is a new facility. i walked around the community to see what they have. The apartment looked suitable. I was not offered a meal to sample. It was a good tour from a knowledgeable staff member.

When my mother first moved in, there were a few misunderstandings. There were things that were not getting done but for the most part, they have gotten them squared away. Other than that, the staff have been encouraging and tending to her needs.

My mother seems to be doing well at this community. There are a few issues we are still working out with the community, but overall it has been good experience. One of my main issues has been the meal experience. She is on a restricted diet. At first there was a problem with the chef adding salt to the meals, which she wasn't supposed to have. They have gotten better with the salt issue, but now it seems like she eats the same things all the time. It is a brand new facility, and they are still working out a few problems. She does have a nice room, and they do a good job with the cleanliness of the community. The staff is extremely nice, and attentive. They have nice activities available. It is a good community overall, and I would recommend it.

My tour of this community was a good one. It is a nice and clean community. From what I saw the community appeared to be well maintained. The staff was very nice and friendly. It was a nice experience, but it just wasn't the place for my father.

I helped my friend's mother find a community. A Place for Mom was a big help for us. My friend's mother has adjusted well to the community. She really likes it and the people are very kind. My friend is pleased with the type of care her mother is getting. Her mother is starting to come out her shell and try new activities. She is happy and that is the most important thing.

My mother has Dementia and we therefore moved her to Dogwood Forest of Stockbridge. It has been an adjustment for her, but she is getting used to being there. The community does meet her physical needs. If I didn't like it there or didn't trust them, or if I wasn't satisfied with the community at all, my mother would not be there.
