It was a good stay. He did real well with the food. Their personnel were did really well with him. He ended up being more adventuresome than we expected, and got involved in some of the events. The billing went smoothly. We liked the location, which is the reason we chose them.

They're doing some repair on the building. They offered my mother in law counseling. She participates in the activities which include bingo and sing along.

We are very pleased with the care that our mother is getting. All personnel are extremely frinendly and caring. Since coming to this facility, her health has stabilized and improved. It is a comfort to know she is so well cared for and comfortable.

This place has nothing but angels, they have been by our side the whole time. My aunt is close to passing and they have bent over backwards for her and my family and have gone way beyond what they are suppose to do and I have nothing but good things to say about the place. The people are so compassionate and experienced.

I love this community! It is truly simple living. The pace of this community is very conducive to my moms needs. The care team is always on point. The activities are good. I wish they had a bus to take residents out in a group.

The Morningside Of Conyers facility is very nice. It has nice rooms. The staff is pretty nice. The only thing about the kitchen is they only know how to fix certain things. The Italian cook only cooks the eggs one way. I would like them sunny side up but they only offer scrambled. Everything is fine. They take you out on outings.

Visited this facility at 2 pm on 9/22/15. Great place. They are willing to work with us on a semi-privite room rate.

The Oaks at Post Road is very family oriented. You really feel like part of the family from the moment you arrive. If there is any concern the staff is always quick to help us out. It is just so lovely here. Dad loves it and we just cannot say enough good things about it here. We are extremely pleased.

My friend, whom I am medically and financially responsible for, has been in an Assisted Living environment for the past year. And, while good where he was, his family and I felt he needed more pleasant surroundings. We felt he needed more options available to him, and that he needed to be with more people closer to his age. I began my search and within a short period of time I knew Dogwood Forest would be perfect for him. The staff is so kind to him and made him feel welcome from the moment they met him. He has flourished there! He has met new people, many of whom in his age group, and is socializing more. That is new for him. And, financially speaking, he is getting much more for his money and has realized a savings of almost $1,000/MO. He couldn't be happier! And his family and I couldn't be happier for him. I wish I had found Dogwood Forest a year ago! It's all that was promised and MORE!

The strongest quality that Morningside of Athens has is that they are so friendly and accommodating to the residents that live there. They really think about how things are going to affect them. For example, my dad had a lot of his family come to visit. When they left, someone from Morningside called me planning to do something special for my dad that afternoon, as he was feeling a little low and lonely after they left. So they just do things like that to go the extra mile, think of how things are affecting the residents, and proactively think of ways to make them happy.

I recently toured this facility. The management team was very knowledgeable and understanding!! I was impressed by how welcome they made me feel. I felt as if I was part of there family, and by that I mean you can truly tell that the staff are one big family and care for each other as well as the residents. So many smiling and happy faces made the decision so easy. I am do impressed and glad that I decided to go with The Oaks Hampton. The director Gail is so caring and loving. I met several others while at the facility, the young man at the front desk was friendly and courteous and Janet and Angela were so pleasant. THANK YOU OAKS AT HAMPTON!! We are do pleased with your service!!

I love the stafff and the residents here are to die for. Not only have I visited this community in Athens, Ga I have also visited one of their sister companies as well. They both are great places for wonderful residents to live and enjoy wonderful food, fun and so much more.

I am the POA for my brother who has been a resident at The Haven for the past year and a half. I mange this remotely and with a visit every couple of months and have found the staff helpful, encouraging, honest and demonstrate genuine caring for him. He is well taken care of with compassion and understanding of the residents needs. They are worth a visit when you need a place for a loved one.

They do a fantastic job at Morningside of Conyers, I'd give them 20 out of 5 if I could, they're off the scale! The people here are so friendly and so caring, they took wonderful care of my loved one while she was here. The facility itself is lovely, and the people are friendly and professional, I can't recommend them highly enough!

My mother has been at the Haven for almost 7 months now. I was hesitant to place my mother anywhere but I was at the place where I could just not take care of her at home anymore. She wanders and had walked away from home during the night. The staff have been wonderful and helped me to calm my fears overtime. I can relax knowing she is cared for and someone is looking out for her. Although no one can ever care for mom like I do, I can honestly say they try. The building is clean, the food is good, the laundry is done and there is always something going on. I would recommend the Haven to anyone who finds themselves needing a place for their love one. I had never been to Morningside before last year, and I have no connection to it other than my mother's 9-month stay there. I did a lot of research when looking for a safe, dependable place for my mother as she was approaching her 100th birthday. I asked several of my Dalton friends for recommendations, then I looked at four different facilities in the Dalton area and visited all four several months in advance so the transition would be smooth. I was worried that my mother would rebel when I took her for a temporary stay following a fall. Within three days in Morningside's "respite room" she was already telling me she loved it there! The following month we moved her into a permanent room and she quickly made friends and felt right at home. The staff was wonderful and seemed to genuinely care about all their residents. They were very patient with my mother and I witnessed the same with other residents who were much less self-sufficient than Mom was. It was clean, the food service was very good and the front lobby/visiting area was very nice. It is a relatively small facility, so the residents get great personal attention. Lots of activities and scenic bus rides available. It's located at the foot of Dug Gap Mountain with immaculately manicured landscaping. Ken is a great director and Toni, the activities director can't be beat. Easy to understand base rates with no surprise fees. I highly recommend Morningside!

Mom was in beginning stages of Alzheimer's & dad was there to gain strength after an extended hospital & rehab stay. Mom has transitioned to the Bridge group for Alzheimer's patients. Dad was able to transition home. Dad will be returning to NLG in a few days due to a fall & broken hip. We had no reason to look for another facility since we are happy with the care they provide.

I moved my Mother to Morningside over 2 years ago. I am one of 3 children, but the only care giver. Yes Morningside is a bit pricey, but I do not know what I would do without them. I want my Mother in a premium care facility where she receives the utmost in care. This facility has never...not once...let me down. With my work schedule I may pop in at 2 pm or 2 am...never announced. Not once have I discovered anything questionable or out of line regarding her care and well being. Expensive, but worth every penny. You get what you pay for.
