Everything would be a 5. There are some great caregivers and some of them have left due to being unhappy with management. I spend at least 5 days a week there so I see it all. The grounds are beautiful. Most other homes are all cement. No outside beauty. They have rose gardens and a lot of greenery which is very peaceful and encourages the resident to get out and get fresh air. Additionally, it is off the freeway far enough to where you don't hear the stinking freeway noise.

I was looking for a place in a very short period of time to rehome my mother from her house in Henderson Nevada. I only had about a week and they came through for me! They were very helpful with all the paperwork and for finding the perfect room for her. She’s not an easy personality to deal with and I appreciate that they take that into consideration. I highly recommend.

Mom is now in memory care/hospice in the Evergreen section of Ivy Park. I would recommend this facility highly. All the staff have been extremely helpful in transitioning from assisted living to memory care. The caregivers are terrific. Mom didn't participate in any activities, but there is an abundance to choose from.

I would give all a 5 for Westmont of Milpitas . Unfortunately, my father passed away last July. The staff and the other people living there. They really looked out for my dad.

The staff is very welcoming when we visit. They encourage us to visit at anytime. We see the staff being nice to other residents as well. Staff seems to like their jobs. We've been there about a year now. They were very helpful throughout the move in process. We felt they were honest, professional and kind during a very stressful time for our family. They do a good job of encouraging residents to engage in the many activities they offer.

Wonderful personnel. I absolutely love Wendy and the attention to detail I have witnessed from the very caring staff every time I have visited. The front desk has a warm and welcoming demeanor and residents can be seen enjoying events or taking a walk with their pups. Truly a place to consider for your loved ones.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Palms of San Lauren. It is very light inside and there is a happy mood. The staff is very patient with the people that they take care of. The communication with the family is good. The move in was easy. I would highly recommend this place to others.

It is the best place for the price in Santa Ross. The staff, food, activities, location - all excellent. It was light and laid out well. A creek is next to the walking path. Very clean and friendly staff.

My loved one was previously a resident at Ivy Park at Bradford and everything about the experience was great. Ivy Park was outstanding. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The staff, care services and meals were also great. I would recommend this facility to others. Any family who wants to do right for a loved one...this is the place.

I am currently a resident at Ivy Park at Burbank and things have been mostly great for me here, so far. I don't know much about the assisted living part of Ivy Park since I am an independent living resident. And there are not many independents. So, most of the activities are geared to assisted and memory care.

It is a great facility. I would recommend to others.

The food is well prepared and my mother enjoys it. The staff responds to my questions and concerns right away. The staff is kind and friendly. The facility sometimes does not smell very clean.

Ivy Park at Cathedral Hill is a wonderful place! The facility is attractive and very clean. The staff is very caring.

My dad was previously a resident at Oakmont of Pacific Beach for a short time. I can't say enough how good the experience was. I am an emergency room physician and I have a lot of experience with Assisted Living facilities. This was definitely a positive experience. I would absolutely recommend Oakmont of Pacific Beach.

My loved one was previously a resident at Ivy Park at Simi Valley. The department heads there are very responsive and communicative. So, at no point, did I feel like I wasn't heard or responded to. I would recommend this facility to others.

We visited 5 Memory Care programs, staff at Ivy park listened were knowledgeable, patient, answered all of our questions. Our friend was happy with the facility, they answered her questions and she is now residing at Ivy Park. Our thanks to the staff at Ivy Park.
