My dad is doing great! [Name removed] is amazing at her job. I believe she is the director of memory care. She is a great leader for her staff and very helpful and supportive to me and my family during this transition. They have been kind and caring.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Lobby is large and residents are always present during the day. I like the 12 hour dining availability. It helps when there are appointments to go to. There is always someone at the lobby desk to sign a resident in or out.

The staffing is welcoming, considerate and maintains a watchful concern for my sister-in-law. When I visit, I notice that she is comfortably dressed and well groomed. I've had the opportunity to eat with her I the dining room and enjoy a tasty meal in a comfortable setting. I take her to her doctor and PT appointments because I want to hear what is being said, watch her performance at physical therapy and take note of what the doctor or PT recommends between appointments. The staff always has her ready to leave her facility at the time for pickup that was provided by me. Her room is cozy. She has many familiar items in her room that came from her home. This helped her transition to Ivy Park. When I have a question, staffing takes the time to answer. I feel comfortable asking anyone for help at Ivy Park because they are patient and want to help.

I am happy to provide a positive reference for Crescent Landing in Garden Grove. I placed my 66 year old husband who was sadly diagnosed with a degenerative brain disease 4 years earlier in the facility three months ago. I have found the staff to be very caring and responsive. We were able to secure a private room for my husband and I like that there’s a population of 40 residents-one quarter of whom are men. The facility is always clean and well-maintained and in fact is going through several upgrades at this time. The caregiving staff and activities Director [name removed] are really terrific people. You can tell they have a passion for their work and the residents are treated with dignity and respect. Placing my husband in a facility is one of the hardest decisions I’ve had to make, but my relief outweighs my grief, knowing that he is in a safe and caring environment.

My mother has lived at Sea Bluffs for two months. It has been an excellent choice as I toured five different memory care communities. Since moving in my mom has become very engaged with the several activities offered daily. She also appears a much healthier frame & weight thanks to regular meals. My interactions with the staff have been exceptional. I am grateful for them all - from the front office to the care givers. Most importantly my mom is safe and well cared for. She really likes the staff and residents.

We’re happy. The place is like a resort, friendly staff, nice rooms. I was relieved to see how staff knew how to engage with my Mom. She needs physical touch and clear communication. It’s expensive but the quality is worth it.

There is a lot of activity options for the residents to participate in and the staff have quick response times to requests. I would recommend this community to other families, I toured all other similar options in area and this was hands down the best one.

The staff are incredibly friendly and caring and we would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far. This is for their memory care program called "Evergreen"

Staff is very caring and genuinely care about their guests, especially in the memory care unit. Room sizes are small for those in memory care because they don't want them isolating. Good sizes for those in assisted living.

It's all 5s it would be nice if there wasn't so many extra little charges but so far all 5s and we would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Highly recommended. We picked this community because of the location, and single occupancy rooms available .

Did a tour of the cottages , talk to a lovely lady named [name removed], she was very knowledgeable and help answer all Our questions , we are looking for a very near future place for our mother , the cottages are on the top Of our list .

Please don’t steal my mom’s space on the waiting list! Joking aside, this is a gem for Asian seniors since 75% are Asian in this community that isn’t too big, too small, but just right. I’ve seen sons and daughters coming here and witness the love they have for their parent and no judgment since not all of our ethnicity can care for our parents in our own homes. This place seems to respect and honor the ethnic traditions and mores that the second generation is trying to uphold.

After visiting several facilities in south Orange County, we felt that Ivy Park of Wellington was the best fit for my parents. The size of the apartments were larger than others, and having a kitchenette was a big selling point. Having a memory care section was also very important to us, to ensure a smoother transition in later life stages. The staff is very accommodating and they care about each resident individually.

[names removed] were all extremely helpful in getting my mom settled into the Cottages. They made the admissions process go as smoothly as possible. It has been a huge relief for my sister and I to know that mom has great care and has a beautiful newly renovated place to live. The staff is friendly, kind and caring. Mom is very happy living at the Cottages. That brings my sister and I much peace of mind.

We are happy with Ivy Park's memory care. The environment is cheerful, friendly and clean. The we are thankful for the one on one communication we have with staff and management. They are quick to answer our questions and to offer help and suggestions. The new director sends regular updates to the resident's families is available by phone and email. They do their best to keep the residents engaged in activities. We really like that the facility is like a cottage and the residents can walk the grounds safely in a confined garden area. They are free to read or visit in a comfortable patio.
