When I walked through the front door I got a feeling I was walking through the door for my mothers final home.During my interview I knew I was home. The staff was so welcoming and made me feel welcomed. When I found that they had one vacancy available I accepted on the spot. It has lived up to all of our expectations. When we brought my mother into the facility she was excited that she would be living here. She loves being a resident at Ivy Park and I do not hesitate to let anyone who asks about, we tell the this is the place to be.

As most families we were hesitant and emotional about checking my parents into a facility. But, wow, has it been a blessing! The facility and staff at Ivy North Tustin are fantastic. My parents are getting the care they need and deserve. The reduction in stress for everyone involved has been great, especially for my Mom, who could no longer care for my Dad by herself. It is great they can stay together at this point in my Dad’s illness.

The entire experience has been a positive one. My husband has been there six weeks and has just blossomed. He likes the routine and has made a friend. The staff is wonderful and couldn’t be more accommodating. I have been in the hospital and they have even driven him over to visit me. It is definitely the right placement for us.

Ivy park was a great facility, it was a pretty good fit for my father but circumstances being as they were it didn’t work out , if my dad wouldn’t have had a UTI and a broken left shoulder he might have been more social and would have thrived at Ivy Park . But the management and staff at ivy park tried everything and went out of their way to make sure he was properly treated and cared for .

This is strictly from the memory care perspective of Oakmont. We chose this location because of how nice and upscale the facility was and seeing how happy the other residents were there during our visit. The facility is "Top Notch". The Staff is caring and very patient with my mother.

We like that it's a clean, safe, and friendly environment. My brother doesn't drive anymore, so he is glad for the van trips here and there, and he Ubers too. He's glad he can get communion once a week, and the food is good. He'd probably like a bigger room, but we'll have to see about that. He says the staff are all very nice.

She is in a locked memory care unit for safety reasons (she wanders off). Activities are geared towards residents in the more severe category. She has memory issues but is basically still "with it" and there is nothing available at her level that I can tell. Otherwise, it is a very well run facility. Regular care side has a lot available. Excellent dining, very pleasant grounds, weekly field trips on both sides.

They are always checking on my loved one and keeping me informed of her group outings and any incidents that may occur. Both make me very comfortable that she is being well taken care of at Ivy Park West Hills.

Ivy Park at Culver City is a great place. They have an outdoor area within the Memory Care Community that mom loves. It allows her to be outside and enjoy the sunshine yet provides the secure environment she needs to remain safe. The staff at Ivy Park is attentive to mom and her needs and they are super friendly. Administrative staff are very accessible and have answered all of my questions in a timely manner.

Ivy Park at Bonita was picked by[names removed] who flew in from Germany to select a place. He toured many places he found in the internet and selected this one. He was impressed with how happy and well cared for the residents were.

Open outdoor space for residents and guests to safely occupy. Very good experience at Crescent Landing at Garden Grove. Big improvement over our last facility, [facility name removed].

Today is Friday [date removed]. My experience is the best being here at Westmont of Milpitas.

I have been very pleased with the Palms. It took my mom about 9 months to make the transition then 1 day she just did the flip and is very happy there. The entry is beautiful. I just like the overall facility. I like the setup. The cafeteria is in the middle, so no one has to walk very far, and they have a court all the way down the middle so everyone has a wonderful view and back door.

My sister has been a resident at Ivy Park for two and a half years. We selected that facility because it was designed for assisted living. The carpeted floors keep the noise down. It is intimate, I have always been able to find her, unlike other larger facilities. The place is clean, and the staff has treated my sister with kindness.

I had a wonderful tour, even though I arrived without an appointment. I was very impressed with facility and its accommodations> I will stay on the list for the future. My daughter and I had a choice of any food item on the menu, even though it was not mealtime. Food and service was excellent.

The staff are very helpful, friendly, and caring to the residents and their visitors. The facility and landscape are very clean and manicured. There are lots of activities for the seniors. A very safe and comfortable environment for the seniors.

I will have to give Oakmont 5 star rating for all of the above. Friendly , caring Staff great activities and good food. It's a great place for mom or dad.

Westmont in Milpitas is a beautiful place! It's clean friendly and well organized! I met the sale Director she guided me though it all and made everything smooth for me. ( all within a week) I am very thankful and grateful.

Westmont has the best services and price. We are very pleased with the personal service and friendly staff here.
