The facility is working out well for my sister except for the cleaning of her room and for awhile on Sundays the cat box wasn't being cleaned enough, but after complaining a few times, the cat box issue has been resolved

The staff was wonderful. [name removed] has passed away but the staff was very caring with him and took such good care of him, they made sure that he was well taken care of and comfortable in his last days. They are an A+ facility in mine and my family's book.

5 for all. This is a great facility and the staff are all very kind and friendly and the food is very good. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had

Our loved one says she loves the meals and dining. I like that Everyone seems engaged (employees and residents). Staff is visible, friendly, and attentive. My mom seems happy there. She is not declining as rapidly as she was at her previous place.

We had to relocate our 92 year young mom, just about a year ago, from a home our dad built 60 years ago and although it was a tough emotional transition The Oakmont staff made the rest of the move almost painless. We all know moving can be tough but once mom was settled The Oakmont staff was and still is amazing in all aspects of her care. Mom loves the food, the wait staff is so kind and thoughtful and when we visit we enjoy getting a meal with her in the beautifully appointed dining room. The health care staff is very thoughtful, attentive and we are assured she is being properly looked after. The concierge, maintenance staff, activities staff and ALL others have been so kind to her and she is happy in her surroundings along with all the beautiful residents that she sees daily. Lots more could be said, but for now, Thank You to The Oakmont!

My dad lived in Oakmont of Carmichael since it opened 10 years ago and everything has been excellent, love this community.

I would rate Ivy all 5s. The cost is significant, but they have worked hard and made suggestions that help keep it stable. It is a wonderful facility and program. The staff is terrific, caring, and kind.

The new director is very responsive and approachable. Staff is warm and helpful. I do wish they could wash the carpets more often. They also need to provide more activities.

5 for all categories (except food). The section for dementia residents did not get nice meals like the assisted living residents (I rate his food a 2). They were working on improving. Not sure now if it's better. He really loved Oakmont. We visited often and we were very happy with the facility, staff & the care he received. The staff treat the residents like their own family. I could see that they cared deeply for each and every resident.

I knew from the moment I walked into this wonderful community that I had found my new home. I have only positive things to say about Westmont of San Jose! The care staff and everyone here is so friendly and warm, they say hello to me each morning and ask about my day. They are very attentive to all my needs. I would give them a 15 out of 10!

All of my experiences have been excellent. Capriana is the best in every way and should always be on your list of recommendations.

Friendliness of the staff is a 5 +++++ everyone is fantastic. All very skilled at handling the various stages. And teaching and showing me! We would give the care services a 4.5, I can see almost everyone is experienced. The lesser experienced are always being observed and b being trained. The food is fine. My mom is a foodie but by this stage she can't really remember what she likes. There is always something happening. And my mom who never likes to participate does! My mom feels safe and I am comfortable with her there. I try to be there once a week but I know if I can't make it she is ok

I fell in love with the Westmont Milpitas when I first came and did the tour. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Everything was explained to us until we understood. Five star all over!

The facility, Westmont- San Jose is super amazing. All the staff are very efficient and extremely helpful. I love how clean the facility. The room is beautiful! I can go on and on how pleased we are with everything!

Nice, friendly atmosphere, clean, staff truly compassionate to the folks. New Director is very competent. She has started several new programs & activities for residents

The staff are very good, they give the place a family atmosphere and we would recommend Ivy Park at Playa Vista to other families based on the experience we have had.

It’s like being in Heaven on Earth. I had a dream last night, coming here is like being placed in the hand of God for me. With constant love coming from the employees. 24 hours a day. It is the best place in the world and I’ve been in every country in the world. Aubrey is the greatest little girl dog in the world and she loves it here too.

The care and staff are great but there have been problems with their billing being consistently incorrect.

After visiting and reviewing several placement facilities, this was the first where I actually felt it would be a "home" for my sister in law. The caregivers and managers have been so welcoming and caring. Her cottage and room/apartment are kept very clean and bright. What makes it even more special, I think, is the diversity in staff and clients. She is very happy, safe and content there as am I!
