I would definitely recommend Ivy to family and friends. My sister is in charge of my mother's care. She would be the better person to ask. I can tell you that[name removed]is very pleased with your assisted living facility.

What we liked the most about Ivy Park at San Jose is the staff. The staff was very friendly. Activities were fun and we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

I had to work remotely on this and [name removed] was so great to arrange a virtual tour with me and gave me so much great information. My sister and nephew brought our mother for an in-person tour and immediately fell in love with it! Mom’s been there for 2.5 months now and, while she is still adjusting to her new home, we have the peace of mind knowing that she is well cared for and safe. The staff are patient and treat our mom, as well as the other residents, with such aloha that my nephew jokingly (kind of) asked Mom if he could move in with her. ?? We love all the activities that are available to the residents. Naturally, my sister and I only want the very best for our mother. We’re very pleased to know that we have that with The Ivy at Hawaii Kai.

Staff are friendly and respectful and professional Room sizes in memory care are adequate, my friend has a private room with window closet for clothes.

Great communication, especially with the on site nurses. The administrators always check in with me to ensure all ok.

Everything gets a 5. The friendliest people live and work here. I highly recommend Oakmont of Las Vegas.

For each category I give a 5! The people are friendly. I love to walk and average at least 3 miles each day. I can't smell anything or taste anything but that doesn't seem to matter.

What I like the most about the community is the dining service, the food and the staff. Yes I would recommend this community to other families, If they can afford it. Everyone knows everyone.

The Lodge at Piner Road is a beautiful, thoughtfully designed new construction facility with exceptional care. My mom was the first assisted living resident, and is happy to be living in a courtside studio. Staff has been welcoming, patient, kind and attentive, meals are fresh and well balanced, and activities are fun and inviting. We highly recommend The Lodge, and thank the owners and staff for being in Sonoma County. Our elderly community needs you.

The food service people and med staff are so very friendly and helpful. I am very content living here. My apartment here is a one bedroom and it works well for me and my double bed. It is a very comfortable place.

Navigating the search for an assisted living facility for a loved one can be overwhelming, but our experience with Oakmont of West Park took the guesswork out of it. From the moment we toured the facility, we felt reassured by the warm atmosphere and exceptional care provided by the staff. The facility is beautifully maintained, offering a comfortable and inviting environment. Residents are actively engaged in activities, and it's clear they have positive experiences here. We give the value for cost a 4 1/2 (it's not inexpensive, but I don't know how much other places cost to compare). I'm so pleased with Ivy Park and everyone that works there is so kind and caring. And most importantly, my mom is happy! Based on the experience we have had so far, we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

We initially chose Oakmont because there was a noticeable difference in the staff — they all seemed kind, patient, and helpful. And that has remained true well after being there for some time. But we also love it because the rooms are laid out well, there’s generous space, and everything seems new and modern. My parents are very happy there and we plan to stay.

We had a great experience at Oakmont Las Vegas. I rarely everything a 5 and we would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far with Oakmont of Las Vegas community.

We had a tour at Ivy Park and it was so welcoming. From the moment we walked in, they had a sign with our name on it. We are looking for assisted living for our dad. Residents were all friendly and the rooms are light an spacious. We are still in the process of making our final decision, but we feel Ivy Park is on the very top of our list.

My mom is extremely happy at Santianna. The food is great and the facility itself is well-maintained.

Looks like it another company took it over after my mom left. It's now called Ivy Park at LaPalma located on LaPalma Avenue. I loved everything about the place when it was called Sunrise, and the people, though cost would definitely be prohibitive for some. Most of the staff had been there for 10 years or more, which gives me a good indication that they are very happy to be working there.

My loved one was previously a resident at The Carlotta and overall the experience at this facility was great for her. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The staff, care services, meals and activities were also great. Everything was good during her stay at The Carlotta.

CARING, FRIENDLY STAFF AND ADMIN. MY PARENTS SEEMED TO HAVE SETTLED IN AND THEIR HEALTH HAS IMPROVED THRU MEALS, INTERACTION WITH OTHERS, AND ACTIVITIES. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IF YOU CAN AFFORD. FOR US THE LOCATION IS VERY CONVENIENT AND COMPENSATES FOR THE HIGHER COST.

I wanted my husband to be both attended to but also socialized and stimulated. They have daily activities and interactions and their meals and snacks are delicious and nutritious. Staff are friendly and caring.
