My wife’s mother is 86 and likes her independence. She walks without a cane or walker, but there is pretty wall molding that also works as hand rails of needed and plenty of attractive padded “benches” to sit if needed. She occasionally still likes to cook and can if she wants, but ask meals are taken care of in the nice downstairs dining room. We’ve eaten there with her several times and the food is great. The head chef [name removed] is also very nice and charming. One of the best services provided is pill management. They’ve got it down. Across the board the staff is great. The food is great. Lots of activities and entertainment for mom from bingo and dominos to movies and musicians. It’s kind of like it has all the benefits of a cruise ship!

Moved dad in about 2 months ago. The staff is caring and attentive. Communication to family members has been excellent. There are a wide variety of activities but dad doesn't participate with everything. The activities director has been trying some new activities that seem to suit his interests. They offer several family activities each month. Sometime dad eats all of the food on his plate and sometimes he says he doesn't like it. He is still seeking to "go home" but he was doing that at home and at least we know he is safe. The staff redirects him as much as possible.

Excellent care, beautiful, clean and homey facility. Outdoor campus is lovely. Lots of activities and personalized attention to each resident.Could not be more pleased with the Oakmont and their wonderful and caring staff.

My loved one recently moved into Ivy Park at Culver City (Memory Care) and my family and I couldn't be any happier with the communication, consistency and care that is provided. The food is great and we enjoy how welcoming everyone is. Another great thing about the memory care is the outside secure space inside. Our loved one is able to come and go outside without feeling like they are being locked in.

Beautiful facility and grounds , quickly responsive and patient staff, smart active and engaged management, conscious and active around needs of individuals…meeting them where they are, actually actively adjust care plan to accommodate complex and changing or cycling assistance needs, good safety beeper system, tasty and creative food in fine dining atmosphered restaurant. 6-8 activities a day meet many needs although room needs updating.

I would highly recommend them to anyone. They took great care of my dad and went above and beyond to accommodate our family.Oakmont of Carmichael was great.

What I like the most about Ivy Park at Studio City is how wonderful the staff members are to my mom. She has felt very at home there. They update me with any concerns. I know my mom is taken care of.

I am very happy with my parents there. Mom thinks the food can be better but dad is ok with it. I've eaten there and it was good. The staff is very friendly. I feel my parents are in a safe place and I know when something happens the staff is there to help

I would definitely recommend Lakeside Park. The staff were amazing and really paid attention to what my loved one's needs were and created activities specifically to his needs. They were all so friendly and even texted me recently to see how he is doing. My loved one had alcohol onset dementia, which unlike other dementia, can get better. His did, with the help of the staff.

I have told friends that it was a very good experience for our family member. She like games and activities & socializing. She likes the other guests and the staff all know here name.

The move in process was great. The executive director helped us on a Sunday by opening the side door while we moved items in because it was much closer to the room and would not disturb as many other residents. The staff is extremely friendly. The caregivers check in with my mom several times a day just to see if she is okay and if she needs anything. Housekeeping is done once a week and her apartment seems very clean. So far, communication with me has been very good. They alert me if there are things that they have concerns over so we can discuss them and decide on next steps. My mom loves the food! It's almost all she talks about, but as I am a dietitian, they are also nutritious and well balanced. I would absolutely recommend this facility.

More training in the quality of care area would be helpful, I think the facility may be understaffed also. However, overall I think Ivy Park at Studio City is a very good place for loved ones.

I am very happy here. The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. The food is is usually quite enjoyable, as is the entertainment provided. My husband died while here, and everything was handled, medically, religiously and emotionally, incredibly well! I had spent many hours online to find a facility that offered what Oakmont does - larger sized apartments with a balcony, attractive interior courtyard, well located, attractively designed, and as quite newly constructed. The Oakmont facilities will always be highly recommended by me!!!

I would wholeheartedly recommend The Lodge. I think they have a caring staff and good admin structure. The nursing care is particularly great. The nursing director is phenomenal.

What our family likes the most about Oakmont of Roseville is the consistently friendly atmosphere. Happy employees who clearly love what they do. Very caring people. Residents, family and visitors can feel the care they receive. The staff are great! Expensive but worth it. They take great care of Mom.

A safe, secure and inviting Care facility. Memory Care checks all the boxes. For the price it’s still a great environment for residents and their families. The daily activities welcome family in most cases. In memory care all is inclusive in price. No extras like many facilities and we visited 8. Housekeeping, laundry, meals delivered, 24 hour care are all in monthly cost. All employees from maintenance to the sales people are excellent. They are very patient especially with the demands of dementia folks.

Everything would be a 5. There are some great caregivers and some of them have left due to being unhappy with management. I spend at least 5 days a week there so I see it all. The grounds are beautiful. Most other homes are all cement. No outside beauty. They have rose gardens and a lot of greenery which is very peaceful and encourages the resident to get out and get fresh air. Additionally, it is off the freeway far enough to where you don't hear the stinking freeway noise.

I was looking for a place in a very short period of time to rehome my mother from her house in Henderson Nevada. I only had about a week and they came through for me! They were very helpful with all the paperwork and for finding the perfect room for her. She’s not an easy personality to deal with and I appreciate that they take that into consideration. I highly recommend.

Mom is now in memory care/hospice in the Evergreen section of Ivy Park. I would recommend this facility highly. All the staff have been extremely helpful in transitioning from assisted living to memory care. The caregivers are terrific. Mom didn't participate in any activities, but there is an abundance to choose from.

I would give all a 5 for Westmont of Milpitas . Unfortunately, my father passed away last July. The staff and the other people living there. They really looked out for my dad.
