Excellent help and move in. Staff friendly!

The staff at this facility was very nice and accommodating, made it very easy to transfer my family member in. The facility is very nice and clean and many activities to join in. The rooms are bright and just enough space. We moved in before Christmas and the facility was all decorated and had many activities for the season. We are happy we chose this facility and are secure knowing our family member is getting very good care.

Bonaventure has been nothing but exceptional. They welcomed Bea with open arms. She’s made so many friends. She’s eating wholesome meals, doing fun activities and has her spunk for life back! The staff are incredible and kind! We’re so very grateful to have found this home for [name removed]!

Oakmont has been our extended family for years. I couldn’t have imagined what an incredible role they would play. They have come along side us at every turn. In sickness and in health, in times of celebration & during health challenges. The care and teamwork are evident from the top down. Every staff member and I mean EVERY ONE of them have exceeded our expectations for the daily care and loving attention especially medical care. Every one of our requests have been met with respect and caring attention. I have NEVER been disappointed. Oakmont IS FAMILY to us.

Staff and facilities are excellent. Surroundings are comfortable, well designed and very accessible. I interviewed 9 sites and while each had adequate care services, Ivy Park was overall the most suitable for my wife’s issues.

I moved my mom in November and the experience has been great. The staff has been flexible when adapting my mom's care plan as she settles in. The caregivers seem to care, which is a great improvement over her prior home. There is much for her to do at Bonaventure. She plays bingo and cards regularly with the new friends she has made. The facility is clean and well-maintained. Having her primary care doctor and home health care nurses visit regularly is wonderful. They take good care of my mom and it's covered by her Medicare insurance. I would recommend Bonaventure to anyone looking for assisted living for their loved ones.

From the 1st meeting with the staff of Oatmont I was sold. They help us with everything. Checked up on us almost daily. It took us a while to finalize the plans for mom. They were very patient with us. In the end. We decided that mom needed the memory care unit. I feel that she is in the best place possible for her. The facility is very clean & decorated very nice. The memory care staff are sensational.

The individual made the process very easy and painless help expedite the process in getting my dad from hospital to home. Worked very closely with the hospital on getting them to complete their part so we could move him.

The staff is very caring, friendly and empathetic. They go out of their way to make sure the residents are comfortable and looked after. Someone is always nearby to help and be available to tend to their needs.

Everyone at this facility was so supportive, comforting, and caring. They helped my sister and I through a difficult time and took outstanding care of our mother. I will be forever grateful to Oakmont Folsom. They changed my life.

I recommend Oakmont Folsom without any hesitation. As a nurse, I am aware of how important the staff are when placing your loved ones in their care. All the staff at Oakmont Folsom are friendly, caring, and kind. Each visit when I passed any staff—janitorial, maintenance, salon, caregivers, kitchen, and administration—I was greeted and made to feel welcome. I was able to ask for help even if not their specific responsibility and the need would be met. The caregivers would step in and go above and beyond to help with doctor’s appointments, lab tests, etc. I also learned a lot about caregiving for loved ones with dementia. Oakmont offers support classes, but their staff are experts, too. As our loved one declined and her husband also in the facility struggled, I felt supported during this trying time. This helped me spend quality time with my loved ones during their last months. If you are looking for kind, caring, and expert care for your loved ones, I highly recommend Oakmont Folsom.

It is a very welcoming home. Everyone seemed to know who I was and who I was visiting. Other residents were very kind as well. The activities and entertainment were helpful and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this assisted living/ memory care facility/home.

I can't say enough about our experience with Oakmont of Folsom. Before we chose Oakmont, we toured 8 other facilities in the area and Oakmont of Folsom was by far the best. From the concierge to the engagement coordinator, to the staff, and the director, everyone was so kind and caring. The food is so good, and the variety is excellent. I highly recommend Oakmont of Folsom!

The staff were incredibly caring and professional. Quick to help and answer questions. The facility is beautiful, and kept up to date with fresh paint and clean carpets. A variety of comfortable sitting areas made visits enjoyable. The food is excellent, with a varied and healthy menu. Smell of warm cookies is divine!

A relative was on minced food and they really didn't making it look or taste appetizing. It was expensive for what they provided, however, they were transparent from the start on their pricing. No points to dollars ratio that you had to figure out yourself. And they did call us to let us know when they were gonna have to increase the rate

Loved every moment there and made some great friends. The 2br 1 ba apt was a little small for our extra heavy large furniture and junk. if we could have do-overs we would still be living at Ivy Park having minimized our "STUFF"

Oakmont really is a great and friendly place for a loved one. Not only is the staff friendly but interactive as well. I went on a weekend to visit my grandma and they even had entertainment playing the piano for the residents. The room is spacious and private and I enjoyed being able to visit with her going through photos on my tablet and taking pictures with her on Snapchat…

My mother is very happy at The Oakmont! Staff is excellent, facility is beautiful they could do with better entertainment. There has been a couple different Chefs and the present one isn't very imaginative menu is pretty boring.

Oakmont is beautiful inside and out. Dad moved into the community within the last year, and he has adjusted better than we thought. Each and every staff member has been, and are, amazing. From the minute you walk in the door, you are greeted with a friendly welcome. Most importantly, Dad feels at home and loved. Dad feeling at home, safe and happy is the most important thing to me.
