My mom loves the staff/caregivers. She really likes the food too (which is a compliment coming from her). She has a studio but it's plenty large enough for her. Fits her queen bed, night stand on each side of bed, large dresser, small table with 3 chairs, huge walk-in closet, small kitchen with a microwave, sink and mini-fridge and a full size bathroom with walk in shower. I would highly recommend. The only downfall is that it's quite expensive. But I know she's safe there and well taken care of so it's worth the money to me.

Being friendly and personable. Maybe explaining a little more about themselves, and why they enjoy working with the people there. They took care of my mother when she was at her most vulnerable. They built trust.

Clean, well managed, many activities for residents, and well staffed.

The staff are all helpful and friendly. The location was great for me as well.

We chose The Watermark at Rosewood Gardens because it was very close to me--less than a mile and we knew 3 others who had or do have a family member there. the front room of the apartment is spacious in comparison to some.

The staff was very caring, taking care of Dad as if he was their own grandpa. Housekeeping kept his room very clean. Meals were good quality. Move in process was flawless. I would definitely recommend The Palms of San Lauren.

All residents are very clean and you can tell they are well taken care of. They're all helpful they're like family mom loves it there they keep her busy with bingo field trips.

They are absolutely amazing. I have nothing but 100% great things to say about them. To me, there is no other option for anyone to live anywhere unless they have different needs.

There is a lot to like. The caregivers are great. They keep me informed when anything happens. We moved my dad to the assisted living side and he is getting great care. Meals are restaurant quality and he likes several of the activities. The only negative is the high cost. Of course it's one of those "you get what you pay for " things.

I love the range of activities and the atmosphere is very upbeat and engaging.

A dear friend of mine lives at Segovia and is very pleased. The staff is incredible, the food delicious and the service from the nursing staff has been great! They are attentive and caring. Segovia is beautiful, with upscale , tasteful design and landscaping.

Great executive director and a new activities director. Executive ????? director very responsive to Residents. As far as activities go, there could be a greater variety and more involvement through promotion and participation.

There's just a consistency to the staff's reliably positive attitude that makes Ivy Park such an attractive option for our mom

Oakmont of Folsom is a wonderful choice for my husband with memory and physical issues. He has been a resident for 4 months and says he is comfortable there and loves his caregivers. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, fun-loving, and have a camaraderie that shows that they enjoy working with each other and at Oakmont. The activities provided are varied and residents are involved at their individual capacity levels. It matters to our family that Oakmont of Folsom feels small and intimate. Families of residents get to know one another as well as the staff members. Oakmont’s team approach supports and nurtures each resident and is exactly what we had hoped to find.

Staff are friendly. The communication is not the best though because they wait until diapers or meds are out before we hear about it and then there's a delay. We would like this part to be better. The meals look good enough. We would recommend The Lodge.

We love the facility and the entire staff!! I would recommend to my friends. They are so friendly and helpful. Move in they made easy for us. It feels like family there. The food is just okay and sometimes they run out. That's my only complaint. Communication is great. Love that the housekeeping is every week. Also, the front door staff is amazing!

The staff in the memory care unit treat the people in their care with kindness,affection and respect. They are truly a godsend for people with dementia.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions that we had.

The staff is wonderful, very helpful and caring. LPN's are on top of the residents' health and care needs. Other residents have been welcoming. The meals are good, although service in the dining room is sometimes slow. Music played in dining room seems more suited to a younger crowd. Overall, I would recommend Oakmont of Burlingame to other families.

I would tell them to not hesitate to live there. I picked this place because when I first visited it had a sense of peace about it, and it looked well run, clean, the staff was very friendly and inviting and the price was affordable. It didn't look like a dingy old person's place to live, but really open, airy and beautiful like a cruise ship on land. Lots of activities for the seniors to engage in. The dining area is like a well run restaurant and snacks are always available. Just beautiful. The staff is very attentive and helpful. They plan season-specific activities which is a real plus for seniors' social needs - and their friends and family. I can't say enough good things about it![names removed] are the BEST!
