Our family was VERY impressed with Ivy Park at Seal Beach community as well as the staff members they have working there. We can't really say enough good things about them and we would recommend this community to other families.

The quality with which every thing done stood out to us.

My mother is currently a resident at Ivy Park at Sabre Springs and everything has been mostly great for her at this facility. The staff is great. The cleanliness, friendliness, care services and value for cost are great. The meals and the activities are good. My mother continuously tells me how nice everyone is at this facility. I would recommend Ivy Park at Sabre Springs to others.

The whole team at Crescent Landing made this transition of moving my husband here as easy as possible. Everyone was so supportive and kept me informed as my husband adjusted to this. All the employees treat the residents with respect and are so caring. When I visit I absolutely don’t see anything I don’t like. Our entire family & many friends have visited and say the same, they love what they see. I can’t thank Crescent Landing enough for the loving care you give my husband.

The staff at Ivy Park at Bonita are ALL friendly and try to help, even if it's outside of their job description (e.g., helping to enter the secured Memory Care even though they are kitchen or housekeeping staff). They remember names and are welcoming. The staff try to find answers to your questions if they don't have them. The housekeepers seem to be cleaning all the time. The move-in process was made easy by the maintenance people and the care givers. The meals are good and Mom eats them more than she did in our home. We have recommended Ivy Park at Bonita and I will in the future.

I toured Ivy Park at Salinas during my search for an Assisted Living facility for my loved one. This facility was a definite 5. It was very nice! The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The atmosphere was great. Unfortunately, they could not meet my loved one's needs.

When it comes to the activities department for Memory Care, Elk Grove Park is excellent! The lovely young lady by the name of "[name removed]" does a beautiful job at getting the residents excited and engaged in the activity that she does with them, whether it be Bingo, or Balloon Volley Ball- she is most definitely wonderful at what she does, and I would absolutely recommend your loved one that may be struggling with memory care to Elk Grove Park Assisted Living straight to [name removed]!

We picked this community, because it was a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, homey feeling, location. I would highly recommend Ivy Park SJC for anyone seeking an assisted living community.

We had an amazing experience at Ivy Park at Cerritos. The only thing regrettable was that mom was too sick by the time she got there. She was only there for six weeks. The staff were well trained and supervised. There was almost always enough staff. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough. The food was great -- there were always options. If mom was not feeling well, there was room service or pick up. Communication with the family was good-- my sister was contacted whenever needed. Our family felt welcome to visit. The facility was beautiful. Mom's room was by a garden courtyard. I would definitely recommend Ivy Park Cerritos to others.

My loved one is currently a resident at Ivy Park at San Jose and everything has been great for her at this facility so far. She loves it! This facility was the best out of the 9 facilities that we toured in the area and it is way nicer/better and also cheaper. Ivy Park's tour was better prepared than the others and the studio apartment that they had available clinched it. When we sat down to discuss price, etc it was laid out very well and we just picked what we wanted/needed. No surprise fees.

I was able to have a tour at Oakmont of SIlver Creek and I had a very good tour experience and would like to live there, but the price was just much higher.

What we like the most about Ivy Park at San Jose is that the residents themselves were all so friendly and very welcoming. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families who are looking for a community for their loved ones.

The Crescent Landing Garden Grove team was incredibly helpful at the very difficult time of knowing that we needed more care for our father than we could provide at home.[name removed] was in touch with us from the very beginning of this journey. He, [name removed], [name removed] and the entire team, were helpful and responsive and they have gone above and beyond to make the transition as comfortable as possible for dad and our family. The Crescent Landing team was there to welcome our dad on his first day and have done so much to make him feel safe and comfortable in his new home - like family. The entire team is caring, patient, helpful, professional and have genuine heart. Thank you.

Mom has been here since April. They take amazing care of her. She was at another facility where the care was not the greatest. Everyone there really cares about the residence and it shows. They spend time with the residents every day. You can tell that they really care about them.

Crescent Landing provides a safe and nurturing environment for their residents. Unlike other senior residences that have memory care, this is all that they do. Their staff is knowledgeable and patient with the residents in their charge. The grounds are spacious enough for walks, gardening or just to sit and chat.

I have such a huge peace of mind having my dad stay at Crescent Landing Garden Grove. The property is spacious, bright, clean, easy to navigate, and has beautiful grounds. The lobby is welcoming. It smells clean and has nice furniture. There is coffee/tea and fresh cookies! The staff is exceptional; from reception to admin, the nurses, the med-techs, caregivers, kitchen and maintenance crew; are all top notch!!! My dad’s room is always clean and so are his clothes. The food is plated nicely and it’s prepared fresh and tasty. Whenever there has been a situation, Crescent Landing Garden Grove is quick to notify me. When I go to see my dad, everyone is friendly and helpful. I have family and friends visit my dad and they always tell me how kind and caring everyone is there. Whenever I have had a concern, every effort to address it is met right away. BECAUSE OF ALL OF THIS I HAVE SUCH A HUGE PEACE OF MIND KNOWING CRESCENT LANDING GARDEN GROVE is taking such great care of my dad

Ideal new home for my cherished husband. The location has a spacious walking path and areas for the patient to walk in or just sit in the sun. The staff is knowledgeable, caring and hard-working. In particular the award-winning activity Director is always offering some special patient directed past time for the patient. Every season has a party in which relatives are invited. The medical care is very very excellent. On top of all this the rates are reasonable. My relative has been there since last December and I’m very happy with how they take care of him.

I feel so blessed I found such a fabulous group of people that care so much and the facility is lively and upbeat, and I can put my head down on my pillow at night and know my husband is being taken care of !

All the staff and management are helpful and friendly and the place is well taken care of. I think my mom is going to enjoy her stay at Cresent Landing they seem to really care about their residence really really care about the people they take care of and they seem to enjoy what they are doing
