We love the place and the people. The only complaint at this time is I would like a correct invoice. We were involved [removed]. But had to pay over [removed].

What really makes Oakmont of Concord stand out from other assisted living facilities is the staff. Our mother was treated like a much loved family member and it made such a difference in the quality of her life during the years she lived at Oakmont. She was there for 7 years and it was truly a home for her. Our family took great comfort in knowing she was happy and well cared for. We’re very grateful to have found this particular assisted living facility.

I am very impressed with Ivy Park Mission Viejo. I toured multiple communities to find the right place for my in-laws. My mother-in law has dementia and my father-in-law is in decline, but still pretty clear. This review is for the memory-care building. While touring I was impressed by how the staff was engaging the residents and there were very few people sitting in their rooms. I quickly learned that this is what happens there all day - every day and this is NOT what happens at other communities. My in-laws were welcomed in like family. They now live in a beautiful suite where they can be together. Per my father-in-law, the food is very tasty. There are urns of both plain and fruit infused water out and available for residents to have 24/7. They have a great doctor that comes to Ivy Park and they bring service like lab work, imaging and PT to reduce the need for residents to have to go elsewhere. Finally... the staff. You'll never find a more caring group of people.

Love this place! It is perfect for our dad! The staff really like each other, the guests and seem to really care. Always open to recommendations. My dad is safe, clean, well dressed and has told us when he is "older he would like to come back". The food is good([name removed] runs a good kitchen). Dad has participated in chair yoga, cutting flowers for the tables and has made friends

I have lived at 6 other Independent & Assisted Living communities. Ivy Park is by far the best at keeping its word to provide a happy, wholesome, nurturing atmosphere and serves the best food of all. The staff members are cheerfully helpful and attentive to our needs. Activities are always fun and the transportation to medical facilities, shopping and interesting, fun destinations is always appreciated.

My loved one is a resident at Rockville Terrace and it has been mostly great. However, the food needs improvement.

[name removed] only was alive for only 9 days and those were under hospice care. Overall we really thought the place would be great but his health decline so fast. A place for mom was very helpful to give us ideas to tour. We chose The Ivy based on being close to where we lived. What little experience we had the staff was friendly, the room was very clean and nice. They worked with us to move [name removed] in and his stuff out. Very fair on the financial stuff. It just didn't go well because of hisfast decline after being released from a skilled nursing facility to the Assisted living facility. I would think based on our brief experience I would recommend to other family members.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The facility is very homey with a lot of enriching activities. The room sizes are nice and we really like the layout which makes it very comfortable for my mom.

The food could be improved, some dishes are not so good. Fruits would be a good option for lunch and dinner. The elevator often goes down and my mom does need the elevator to go to the cafeteria. Overall though, the facility is nice, airy and open, lots of natural daylight, high public area ceilings which are lacking in other facilities I've been to. I would let other families know that there is a one-time fee of $[removed]k + the 1st months rent. There is no telephone landline, wifi and basic cable included, apartment is unfurnished, move in was okay.

The facility looks to be well-maintained and clean. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Ivy Park to others.

I was happy with Oakmont, I liked the way Memory Care was separate from the regular Assisted Living. The place my sister is in now doesn't have that separation. The staff at Oakmont was great, Oakmont was the best place my loved one was at.

Oakmont of the Lakes get all 5 stars across the board. The staff know who all of the residents are. They encourage getting out their room.. They have Bible study.. Beautiful rooms. I would recommend Oakmont of the Lakes to others. But they should know that there's a 7 percent a year raise in rent...

I highly recommend this facility to others. The food is really good. The décor is very nice and perfectly suited to the tastes of my mother's generation. The high ceiling in her room is nice. The staff are kind and thoughtful. They made moving in easy. I'm pleased that the new Director is sending a regular newsletter. I also like the small size of Ivy Park, not confusing to my mother.

Every interaction, every visit, every phone call or text has been excellent. The facility is beautiful and clean, and smells clean, not masked. Every employee from executive director to maintenance staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. I am so happy that my mom is here, and I would recommend Oakmont Concord to anyone.

This is a wonderful home. Our grandmother is happy, the staff are all amazing, the dining is delicious, and the classes are wonderful. This is where she chose to go, and it was a excellent choice. Very happy.

My siblings and I had to make the difficult decision of placing our mother in a community. We are so happy that we found Oakmont of Chino Hills. We had a wonderful tour with Emily. Her patience and understanding helped our mother feel comfortable and excited to move. She has been there 3 weeks and loves the food, activities and the people. We would highly recommend Oakmont of Chino Hills!
