This community was my first choice and I really like the community. they were my first choice, but we could not get in at the time. I was happy with the staff and the way the community was clean and nice. The staff was great. I would of been happy with my father being here, but now know we made a good decesion.

The majority of the staff are lovely. The marketing director is fabulous. Mom loves the food. The community is clean and beautiful. They offer daily activities and the staff do encourage her to participate. They previously changed the indoor garden from a grassy area to rock and wood chips. I would recommend this community.

I had noticed during my visit that all of the residents seemed happy and joyful and involved in different activities throughout the complex.

My mother's experience was wonderful. Mom could not stop talking about her stay. Mom loved the food (which is rare). Mom thought the meal choices were incredible. Mom was very impressed how friendly the residents and staff were to her. Rest assured if mom needs another short term stay you will be hearing from us. Many thanks to all of you for taking such good care of my mother.

Sunrise of Walnut Creek provided a great tour. The staff that i got to meet during the tour were very friendly. The community was well organized and updated. Activities are offered to the residents on site. The guide also explained the amenities that are offered and their complimentary services.

A good variety of activities for the residents. A previous facility offered mostly shopping as an activity, which my sister who's a resident at Sunrise absolutely hates. She loves the special off-site excursions like the one to Half Moon Bay that she recently went on.

Make sure you understand what care level you are going to be getting. There's a level of unresponsiveness with some of their departments. I think the community is very, very cool. I love it! The responsiveness is the biggest concern.
