We looked at this place but we didn't like it as much as another one. I think the residents are more older and need more help here. I knew my mother-in-law would be more comfortable in a place that had people who were a little more active.

This place seemed nice as well. I would say they're more profit based. They are bigger and probably spent the least amount of time with me. Of course, by then I had already seen so many places that I kind of knew what to ask.

We looked at a couple of places and we did not like that one either. If my mom needed a different kind of care eventually we would have to move her again to a different building. For assisted living they have two floors and once you go off that you have to go to a different floor. If I'd had to move her she would had to learn everything all over again. Where she's at now she doesn't' have that problem.

I wasn't too impressed. The building is nice. It has a real homey atmosphere to it. I was only there for a tour but I got a chance to kind of observe some of the staff and I wasn't impressed with what I saw. They didn't seem very happy to be there. It was like it was just a job. They didn't look like they enjoyed being there or wanted to be there. I didn't like the feel of the place that well.

I knew that wasn't going to work pretty much as soon as I walked in. I didn't get a good sort of feel from it. I guess, to some extent they kind of seemed disorganized. I had made and appointment to go look at it and when I go there, there wasn't anyone at the front. They had a front desk but there just wasn't anybody there. The residents were trying to help me. In talking to their marketing person she didn't really answer my questions very well. She would start to answer my question and then switch to talking about their other programs and things that weren't really a part of the question that I was asking. They were the one place that absolutely refused to let me look at the contract before I came in and was going to sign it. That was not going to work for me.

That was too spread apart for me. There were very long halls to walk and it was up there price wise. It was definitely more expensive than the place we chose. The staff was kind of friendly.

Nice place, expensive, no pool, view not great

The deposit Is way Too High and then Monthly rent is more than I pay now Plus it is way up in Santa Rosa - I Like where I Live-

My father was there and they had a lot of good activities but I wasn't comfortable with the caregiver to resident ratio that they had there so I found a smaller place.

They're a little more affordable but they're HUGE. They're beautiful and everyone's nice but they're just so big.

Good facility! Very clean and bright. Laundry service is part of the monthly fee (minimal). No odors noted during the tour. Did witness facility resident activities, appears to engage residents and last a good portion of the day. During the tour staff attitude was positive and friendly. Outdoor spaces, clean and neat, appears to be safe for residents. Nutrition opportunity available around the clock. Level of care includes retirement living, assisted and memory care to include medication management. Contracts run month-to-month with 30 days notice for termination. Overall, this a nice facility.

Nice ambiance and surroundings

Very nice place. I was greeted by "everyone". Maybe a little bit too much. I was given a tour of the dining room, computer/game room, lobby area and all of the new Recollections wing that they are about to open. The new area is very nice. Of course nobody lives there yet. I discussed prices, and we talked a little about what they had to offer. I did not see any of the active areas of the building (other than lobby and dining room). I will want to go back and see a lot more and have further discussions with them. The areas I observed were clean, well maintained, and functional.
