The environment is warm and welcoming, and I enjoy the independence I have while knowing that help is available whenever I need it. The staff is attentive, the facilities are well-maintained, and there’s a real sense of community. It’s the perfect balance of living on my own with the peace of mind that care is just a call away. Placing my mom in memory care was one of the hardest decisions our family has had to make, but Oakmont of Westpark has truly been a lifesaver. From the moment we walked in, we felt the warmth and compassion of the staff, which has continued to be a constant source of comfort. The memory care unit at Oakmont is exceptional. The staff members are not only professional and highly trained, but they genuinely care about the residents. They take the time to connect with my mom, making sure she feels seen, heard, and valued. It’s clear that the team is dedicated to maintaining a calm and supportive environment for individuals with Alzheimer’s and other memory-related conditions. One of the things that stands out the most is how individualized the care is. The staff works closely with our family to understand my mom’s specific needs, preferences, and routines. They have even adapted her environment to make it as familiar and comforting as possible.

We couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional care my dad has received at this memory care facility. It is always impeccably clean, and you can truly feel the dedication from the staff. They genuinely care about the residents and it shows in everything they do. This place has been such a gift to our family, providing us with peace of mind knowing that my dad is in such capable hands. I would rate them a 10, if I could. I would absolutely recommend Ivy Park at Bonita to others. It is a GREAT place and my Dad is very happy there.

My father does not like the food. The staff is very attentive and the nurses keep me in the loop on all matters. They communicate concerns with my dad's doctor. The rooms are a nice size. Perfect for my father's needs. My father is wheelchair bound so the bathrooms is ADA accessible.

Love the size of Ivy park. Love the staff and people. The food is the number one complaint and annual costs are number one complaints.

I toured the Community and it is really clean; it smells wonderful. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind! It is a great place to trust and know your family and friends will receive great care. Please check it out!!!

Staff is great. Really great. Yes, we would recommend Ivy Park at Studio City to other families who may need a place for their loved ones, but the care cost is pretty high compared to other communities

The staff at this facility was very nice and accommodating, made it very easy to transfer my family member in. The facility is very nice and clean and many activities to join in. The rooms are bright and just enough space. We moved in before Christmas and the facility was all decorated and had many activities for the season. We are happy we chose this facility and are secure knowing our family member is getting very good care.

Oakmont has been our extended family for years. I couldn’t have imagined what an incredible role they would play. They have come along side us at every turn. In sickness and in health, in times of celebration & during health challenges. The care and teamwork are evident from the top down. Every staff member and I mean EVERY ONE of them have exceeded our expectations for the daily care and loving attention especially medical care. Every one of our requests have been met with respect and caring attention. I have NEVER been disappointed. Oakmont IS FAMILY to us.

Staff and facilities are excellent. Surroundings are comfortable, well designed and very accessible. I interviewed 9 sites and while each had adequate care services, Ivy Park was overall the most suitable for my wife’s issues.

From the 1st meeting with the staff of Oatmont I was sold. They help us with everything. Checked up on us almost daily. It took us a while to finalize the plans for mom. They were very patient with us. In the end. We decided that mom needed the memory care unit. I feel that she is in the best place possible for her. The facility is very clean & decorated very nice. The memory care staff are sensational.

The individual made the process very easy and painless help expedite the process in getting my dad from hospital to home. Worked very closely with the hospital on getting them to complete their part so we could move him.

The staff is very caring, friendly and empathetic. They go out of their way to make sure the residents are comfortable and looked after. Someone is always nearby to help and be available to tend to their needs.
