Ivy Park is a nice facility. The apartments are nice, clean, and modern. Good amenities at the facility. The staff is friendly and helpful. The dining menu is also good and offers a lot of options. Happy to have found this place for my mom.

The grounds were always well kept the staff was outstanding my mother was always clean and well taken care of. She loved the food, they had Christmas dinners, Thanksgiving dinner, we had barbecues on the Fourth of July. Valentine's Day they had entertainment come in all the time with sing-alongs. They had activities arts, and crafts . They had daily activities such as gardening, travel, videos. I was very impressed with everything.

Ivy Park has been a great option for us. I am pleased with their care and attention to my mother. I would absolutely recommend

My experience with Ivy Park at Milpitas so far. This facility is clean and bright, most of the people works there are friendly and responsible. The food is fine too. Since my mom only knows little English, it is too bad she couldn't attend and enjoy most of the activities there, and she couldn't make lots of friends there neither. Those are the only drawback for her, I think.

Of all the facilities we toured Ivy Terrace was the best fit for our mom. Not too small and not too big with a large gorgeous garden. Very caring staff and fun activities.

Staff was really helpful and friendly. They worked with us to fully understand her Long Term Care Policy requirements and have been on time with providing confinement confirmation to my mother in law's insurance policy which has been so appreciated.

Mom is THRIVING at Ivy Park Mission Viejo ! I visit her regularly and other family members visit Mom daily. I am always very welcomed when I arrive and delighted to see how happy Mom is with all the social activities, entertainment, and excellent staff who treat her like their own Mom or grandmother! Ivy Park is immaculately clean with updated furnishings a beautiful outdoor patio and fresh flowers everywhere! Mom’s apt. beautiful and cleaned weekly by the best housekeeping staff ! She loves everyone who assists with all she needs . Mom has lived here for 18mo. and we would not have her anywhere else!

Relative to our mother’s previous experience in another assisted living facility Sea Bluffs is a resort. It’s clean, decorated nicely, and the dining room is first class with a talented Chef. Our decision to move Mom to Sea Bluffs was the best thing we could have done for her. [name removed]and [name removed] were exceptional. They were warm, nurturing and made her feel like she was part of the family. Soon Mom began to refer to Sea Bluffs as her home. The aides are caring and attentive. [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed]were favorites but she loved them all. They treated her as they would their own mother. After returning her home we would ask if we could help her get ready for bed. “Oh no,” she would say, “[name removed] will take care of me.” She loved the music activities. She would dance with the aides who made sure that everyone got out there, even those in wheelchairs that they moved around the dance floor. Small personalized, customized food as necessary, caring staff. Memory care is segregated good communication with nurse manager and director. Very Important, they have good interface with hospice and allow for 24hr visiting at the end.

We selected Oakmont Assisted Living Facility for many reasons: (1) the facility itself is beautiful inside and outside, lovely public spaces to relax, read a book, listen to music, or take a stroll; (2) it's in a safe community; (3) the staff is incredibly friendly and wants you to have a great experience not just on your visit but in your daily living as well; (4) the Bistro is a nice touch which provides snacks and beverages for the residents' enjoyment; (5) the Dining Room is massive and is open all day until 7pm which is great for people like my Mom who don't like to eat early--also, their menu is quite large and has something for everyone's palette; (6) the Movie Theater is very large and comfortable; (7) finally, the activities are vast and include small trips to spots in Las Vegas and the surrounding area, which is a wonderful plus. Overall, Oakmont provides an incredible facility and affordable living situation for your family members.

The caregiving staff by Guardian Senior Care is really good. Yes, we would recommend The Ivy at Hawaii Kai to other families base on the experience so far.

It is a new, functional , and friendly place. It appears to be first class facility. I will seriously consider the facility. I do have a feeling it is for my later years. I feel now is too early to be in such worry free environment.

I was the family that dropped off my uncle and just from the brief time I was there I felt that it was very pretty and welcoming upon arrival. The staff were very kind and the location was perfect for his needs. His apartment and set up was also perfect!

For every category, I would rate it 5. It is not inexpensive, however good care does cost quite a bit. The facility is beautiful. Very nice central courtyard. Regular activities to engage residents. Good snacks. Very good meals. Theater area. Caring and responsive staff.
