Overall, a good experience. however, I can see where there is a major problem with the parking situation.

Some things we like the most about the community are the activities, the chef made meals which my mom loves, and the overall nice environment. Half of the facility has people that are still coherent and can be friends with my mom.

The staff are so friendly and caring! And I love that day schedule wonderful events so that the families can participate with the residence.

[Name Removed] is working on getting my mother moved in in about 20 days. She’s been keeping in touch with us which has been wonderful. We picked mom’s apartment & hopefully she be moved in on a couple of weeks. Ivy Park is exactly what we were looking for.

A Place for mom recommended Oakmont of Redding. They were right on the money. The facility is beautiful with a variety of activities including movies in their theater, special dinners, live bands, a top notch restaurant to eat in, and the most thoughtful, generous staff I have ever met. They greeted all the residents by name with a cheerful hello. They checked in on my mom every few hours. The entire place is top notch.

Overall experience was great. Staff was great easy to work with and caring. Facility is a bit dated but clean.

We were impressed by the quality of the premises. The presentation was beautiful, and it made us feel that we were in a 5 star hotel. The rooms are well appointed, spacious, with plenty of storage space, and cabinets in the kitchen. We have not sampled the dining but we are in the process of arranging an appointment to have dinner there.

The sales agent did a great job, but we did not care for individual cottages We also did not care for separation of residents.

We’re impressed with apartments, larger and with more closet space as well as full kitchens. Did not see many guests in common areas. Day was a bit cool, may be the reason.

I stopped by unannounced once and they were willing to give me a full tour. Then 2 weeks later I went to their Valentine luncheon. Both were very successful and good experiences. The Commuinity is gorgeous and their layout, garden setting, food, and activities were terrific. I would highly recommend this place.

Very nice place. Now go have to convince my dad to go. I am hoping to get him on board by the end of the year.

Overall - seemed like a great place. The staff was friendly and plentiful - food was great and the residents were happy to give good recommendations. I liked the assisted living with transition to dementia care.

The facility was clean, bright and well-maintained. [name removed], who gave us the tour, was informative and friendly, and our lunch was very good. Very favorable impression.

The director ([name removed]) and her assistant ([name removed]) were excellent. She is very responsive to all follow up questions. The residence is beautiful, very clean, quiet, and a great location. There are many activities and a widely varied menu from a chef. Many choices. We have already reserved a unit for my sister who doesn't want the responsibility for a large home any longer.

Great experience with all of the staff there, even the residents were very friendly and seem to put on a smile for newcomers like they were paid actors lol

Absolutely beautiful. The apartment choices are roomy and lovely. The staff was so helpful and nice A special shout out to [name removed] who gave us a great tour and lots of information.

We have had a very positive experience with Ivy Park at Milpitas. The staff has been flexible with our visit requests. They take their time to ensure all of our questions are answered. We don't feel rushed. The amenities are top notch. Living spaces are large and well equipped. Residents are very friendly.
