Wonderful, attentive, caring staff, lovely, updated apartment units, overall positive community feel.

Overall the activities are good. The caregivers here are excellent. The food is absolutely terrible. I have a lovely room. I found this community because it was in my personal neighborhood, a few block away.

After trying other assisted living residences for my mother, I am so releived to have finally found a place she can truly call home. The happiness I feel knowing she is not just cared for but genuinely cared about is immense. There is a warmth about the community at Ivy that is uncommon at other places and you feel it the moment you walk in. The staff is warm and patient and provides the personal attention my mother needs to feel safe and happy. For anyone looking for high- quality assisted living consider Ivy Park.

My mom passed away 4 weeks ago. She lived at Oakmont for 6 months. I'm generally happy with them and not sure if there is much more we could have done about her over all health. I had a feeling they weren't feeding her enough, but she was very resistant to eating so I'm not sure much could have been done, although maybe she would have stuck around longer with a private caregiver. But sticking around longer isn't always the goal. The staff was very sweet and attentive and they are had tears in their eyes when she passed - they truly cared and clearly loved their jobs.

Staff interaction with my aunt was top notch. My aunt enjoys going to meals and activities. Her room is very comfortable. We enjoy visiting our aunt at Ivy Park. It is inviting for patrons and visitors.

I would give 5's to all categories. Their staff works hard to take great care of their residents. Yes, we would recommend Ivy Park at Cathedral Hill to other families based on the experience so far.

What we like the most about the community is the Communication with all levels of staff. Cleanliness and activities. Yes, I would recommend Ivy Terrace at Fullerton to other families and have already recommend them.

I toured this beautiful facility for my aging father. The staff was very welcoming and thorough. The amenities were wonderful and the support services are just what my father needs to continue to live somewhat independent.

I have made some wonderful new friends at 90 years old. You have to put yourself out there and make friends and then living here can be rewarding. There are wonderful and varied activities. I can be as busy as I choose. The personnel drive me to doctor, dentist appointments so I don’t have to worry about a car. This is retirement made easy and special!

The community is staffed by a very friendly team who are warm and welcoming to both residents and visitors. The facility is clean, well maintained, and feels like a hotel to my mother-in-law, who lives there.

Mom moved in (she's 100 yrs old) and loves it there. Her room is more like an apartment, we were able to bring almost all of her furniture. The staff is all over and greets everyone with a smile. Food is great, we have eaten with mom several times! My husband and I can't get over how perfect Oakmont is!!! Thank you for all your help, A place for mom...found us the perfect place for our mom??.

I would give a 5 rating for all categories 1-8. So far I've been happy with the experience at The Watermark. The staff is always available to speak with and pleasant. Yes, I would recommend the community to other families based on the experience.

My 87-year old mother moved into the memory care unit called Evergreen in mid-[date removed] after being diagnosed with vascular dementia. The staff has been supportive, helpful and cooperative from the Executive Director to the Care providers. The 2 stars are the Activities Coordinator [name removed] and the front receptionist [name removed]. This place is well maintained, organized and very clean. It sits on a beautiful property very accessible. I highly recommend it for consideration.

The Ivy Semi Valley gets a 5 from us. The Director [name removed]is on it and has appropriate staff attending in memory care. Staff are trained well. There is constant cleaning being done from a cheerful crew.

I am very happy with Ivy Park La Palma. They are taking very good care of her. I'm grateful A Place for Mom helped me find her a great facility.

Everything about Ivy Park is outstanding. They are compassionate about what they do.

Staff is very caring of my mom and our family. Activities, staff have daily activities that keep my mom stimulated to keep her mind being used, instead of just watching TV. Food is excellent, 2 entree options are provided at each meal. And the good is good quality. The room is neat, clean and well kept. I couldn't ask for more of the staff orcghe administration in taking care of my mom

The facility is beautiful! Very nice and clean. Staff have all been great. Answering all questions and helping get her settled. Dining room is lovely. Other residents have been welcoming as well. My mom has already made friends there. The food is well prepared and good. The apartment is fantastic... floor plan is easy for her to navigate. It's bright and cheerful.

I come here from once a week for a resident and all the staff is friendly. They have great activities that all the residents enjoy. As well the food is very delicious. A good place to have your loved ones.

What we like the most about Oakmont of Roseville is that there is a lot of staff....very clean facility....there is a front desk area manned all the time...easy to talk to a specific dept or representative
