Cleanliness of the facility-10! Well taken care of. Had snacks to take anytime... but no special needs diet for diabetics. Bingo, puzzles, group exercise, movies; large TV screen. Ivy includes free: 3 meals a day, Laundry service ,Vacuum room, Physical therapy/exercise room, Activities, Free WiFi, Transportation to Dr/stores. I checked other places; this is great price for an unfurnished studio. Not know what they offer to new people now. Good mixture of old people.

My mother and father-in-law have lived at Oakmont of Roseville for the last 6 months and loved it. My wife and I did a tour of ranch and couldn't be happier with the staff and facility would highly recommend Oakmont of Roseville..

The care given is with warmth and caring. Very beautiful modern clean community. Communication is import and they listen and adjust to the needs of the resident. The first month I was my mom's advocate and able to customize her care. That was very important and to ask questions that pertain to your needs. Everyone is always available to support.

I would say 5 all the way across except #6-food. Can always be better and tough to get consistent help. Give it a 3. The staff are very caring in especially tough Memory care. They go way above what is expected. This floor is included in all facility activities. They also have their own separate schedule. Those in assisted living seem pleased although the management transition has given them so pause. Change is tough but we see most as being positive and to make the facility run more smoothly and safer.

Activities Director [name removed] goes over and beyond to keep smile on Residents. Today is my Mom’s birthday and it was celebrated big . Activities in Ivy park is amazing and residents enjoy. It is amazing that we still have people like her around who are so patient and kind. Thank-you Ivy park of Walnut Creek to hire amazing Activities Director.

Ivy Park staff consistently display true caring for residents. The facility is always clean, the food quality is usually good and activities offered well meet expectations. Overall my mother is quite content and I can rest assured she is well looked after. I am very pleased with Ivy Park in Walnut Creek.

A new company has taken over management and the practices are corporate focused. Morningstar was family and client led, happy staff, happy clients a really great community. That is shifting and changing is always hard. I prefer a client focused approach to care and we are looking. The food could be improved by adding more vegetables and offering healthier options.

Thought the tours and general interaction with the staff was professional yet personable. The room sizes are very nice there. My loved ones opted for a 2 bedroom apartment and it is perfect for their needs.

The staff is kind, loving and caring. The facility is maintained clean and lots of things that keep the residents engaged.

When eating lunch there or dinner I just noticed the silverware and the glassware is not the cleanest. The bathroom downstairs needs some attention as well. I would recommend this facility as a staff is excellent and my mom's room is beautiful all newly renovated. They've been very helpful and very kind during a difficult time

My mom was living independently but was becoming increasingly isolated and alone so we started looking for a place with more support. I really struggled with the thought of my mom being in an assisted living place, but this has been a wonderful move for my mom. She has found a home at Ivy Park. The staff are wonderful and considerate. They really listen to my mom's requests and do everything they can to make her happy. The grounds are lovely and there is always something to do. My mom has made good friends there and she is honestly happier than she has been in a long time.

She is having a great experience there. Overall we are very happy with the quality of life she is having. The staff are great and make her feel at home. She has made a lot of friends in her neighbors and the staff.

My mom is happy at the Ridge. She feels safe, made friends within a couple of days, has a lot to do. There’s varied activities from group exercise classes, to games, live music, creative activities, and excursions. The staff is wonderful.

The Ivy is a nice facility situated in a beautiful setting. We did not participate in what looks to be good activities or eat in the nice restaurant. The staff we encountered always seemed cheerful and attentive.

Comfortable rooms, good staff, lots of activities inside and outside. Weekly bus ride around the area. Food is good Everyone there seemed to enjoy being there. Good number of staff so everyone had guidance in activities and help if they needed extra assistance

The Lodge at Piner Road is an amazing place for those who need assisted living. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and very professional. Their rooms are great and their food is great. There are plenty of activities to join in on. I highly recommend The Lodge at Piner Road!

It's a wonderful facility BUT they want to charge/raise rent [percent removed]% yearly. It's highway robbery. They also charge $[fee removed]/month in "re-direction" for my mom. Overall it is a nice place. I have toured many- and for the price it's once of the better ones

Everyone are so kind and helpful. You feel good about leaving your love one there. I would definitely recommend.

What we like the most about Ivy Park is the location, cleanliness and the staff. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

They were quick to respond to a request for an interview and walk thru. The facility was clean and seemed very organized. But since we only stayed 2 weeks hard to rate the rest # 4-8.
