All 5s! Room is 2X size for about the same price as Atria - very fine dining served at our convenience - assisted living at no added cost - laundry & full housecleaning checking in and out of building & if are eating meals. Atria treated their employees better than the residents as a stated policy - they allowed them to be rude and discriminate. Ex. They refused to take my food order & made false claims. Now we are being given both respect and privacy even with more services gladly provided.

It's a beautiful open and warm environment. I have visited several assisted-living facilities and this one just felt like home. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and are really good with residence who need a little more attention when it comes to memory and things like that

The staff is great. The care top notch and the facility is modern, clean and meets my stepmoms needs. She really likes the hairdressing service. More importantly. As my Dad was dying they kept their promise to me. That meant the world.

Oakmont is a wonderful community. I would especially like to recognize the housekeeping staff for the excellent job they do keeping my room and bathroom spotless. The other residents are pleasant and enjoyable to talk with during mealtimes and activities. One thing I truly appreciate about Oakmont is the calm, peaceful atmosphere—it is never overly noisy.

My mother moved to IVY Park Roseville 3 months ago and she is very happy, the care is amazing, food is delicious and it feels like home. The events that they do and invite families to are amazing. I totally recommend this facility for your loved one.

My husband and I are very happy at Oakmont of Orange. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and everyone is always willing to help. The dining experience is fantastic—the kitchen consistently adds wonderful flavor to the meals without oversalting. The wide variety of activities has truly enriched our experience, and we couldn’t have found a better place to call home.

I truly love Oakmont—there is something for everyone. For those who prefer not to participate in activities, there are plenty of comfortable spaces throughout the community to relax and unwind. The amenities are exceptional, far exceeding those of any other place I have experienced. The staff are wonderful, with a special thank-you to the dining room servers for their outstanding service. Oakmont also offers a wide variety of engaging activities. I especially appreciate the mini church services, visiting painting instructors, and the weekly Wednesday shopping trips to Target and Trader Joe’s.

My wife and I have been residents of Oakmont of Orange for several years, and one of its greatest strengths is the exceptional staff. Everyone is consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. We also truly enjoy the food—especially the eggs Benedict, which is a favorite of mine.

ivy Park always has the best love music. I especially live music! I especially love their happy hour with [name removed] great entertainment every time.

We love Ivy Park but they are expensive. What we like the most about the community is that the staff members there care. Gives us a peace of mind knowing that our family member is well taken care of.

Oakmont is a wonderful place to live. From the moment I moved in, the staff knew my name and consistently greeted me with genuine friendliness. Oakmont has created a strong sense of community where residents value one another’s presence and truly notice when someone is absent. The facility itself is beautiful and consistently well maintained.

I really enjoy living at Oakmont of Orange. I moved here to be closer to my daughter, and it has been a wonderful decision. Oakmont is a very welcoming community, and the staff are exceptional—always kind, attentive, and eager to help. I recently had the opportunity to visit Ivy Park Seal Beach from the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The Directors, Care Coordinator and Caregivers at Ivy Park Seal Beach truly stand out. They are not only professional but also genuinely caring. During my visit, I observed several interactions between staff and residents, and it was heartwarming to see the kindness and patience they exhibited. The caregivers are attentive and take the time to engage with the residents, ensuring that their needs are met with compassion. While no place is perfect, I believe Ivy Park Seal Beach does an excellent job of providing a supportive and nurturing environment for its residents. The combination of compassionate staff, comfortable facilities, and engaging activities makes it a great choice for anyone seeking assisted living options.

Oakmont of Valencia is the real deal. They walk their talk. My mother has been a resident for 1.5 years so far and is treated kindly by the staff who are caring and observant. Even as my mother’s cognition is declining, her physical being is monitored and helped by their concierge physician and his team. The apartments at Oakmont of Valencia are beautiful and well-maintained. The staff is a cohesive team who have managed any situation with my mother with their grace and professionalism while keeping her dignity in mind. I have peace of mind knowing that my mother is safe and being monitored 24/7. She is having fun in the process. Highly recommend Oakmont.

We were in the process of moving in when I fell and broke my hip. I pushed the call button they gave me when we first moved here and help was right there. I concerned about my husband has senile dementia and I am his care giver. The executive director assured me my husband would be cared for and our relative not find to provide assistance. It was early morning when I fell and after admission to the hospital I was schedule for an 8om surgery. The director called to let me know that family was not bad at arriving the next day. She assured me that my husband was bang card for in the memory unit. Several hour after that she came to see me in the hospital and shared pictures of my husband enjoying stay in the memory unit engaging with other and participating. Because of this I was able to relax knowing that my husband was well cared for and I could concentrate on getting through surgery. We were "Blessed" that this occurred after we moved in and not when we were home alone"

Wonderful staff at Ivy Park Roseville. Everyone always has a smile on their face. I enjoy the live music and all the laughter.

The Oakmont senior living facility looks like a wonderful place. The staff warmly received me throughout the tour, and all the residents appeared happy and comfortable. The rooms were reasonably spacious
