We have had a very positive experience with Ivy Park at Milpitas. The staff has been flexible with our visit requests. They take their time to ensure all of our questions are answered. We don't feel rushed. The amenities are top notch. Living spaces are large and well equipped. Residents are very friendly.

I had such a fantastic experience at The Ivy Blue Oaks! The atmosphere is peaceful and refined, yet still feels comfortable and welcoming. Every detail — from the décor to the overall ambiance — reflects quality and care. It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel relaxed the moment you walk in. What stood out most to me was the exceptional service. The team goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect, and their professionalism combined with genuine kindness really makes a difference. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. The Ivy Blue Oaks absolutely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the attention to detail throughout the property. Excellent staff, chef is extremely thoughtful and will make personalized meals upon request. Extremely clean throughout, diligent services of care, adequate room size and appropriate support. Beautiful view which is important when patient can't leave or go far due to medical reasons. The entire area is set up to support a memory card need alarms on all doors. Members are given a life alert type token to wear on their neck at all times to call for help for any need.

This place is amazing! It’s clean the food is great and there is ALWAYS something going on for all the residents. The nursing staff is great they listen and are caring. Everyone knows who my mom is there too! The cleaning staff is through! The PT people are ALWAYS working you see them everywhere working with the clients. The administration staff is the best they answered all our questions and helped us with the transition. This was the best thing we could have done for our mom.

They showed genuine interest in learning about the person to ensure a warm welcome and smooth acclimation.

The advisors were always very nice and attentive to both me and also my brother. They are always willing to answer questions and always there with help. I am getting ready to move my brother from the Ivy at hawaii kai to The Moanalua.

Personal kindness, professionalism, quality of care, quality of the facility, everything really. [name removed] went above and beyond for me and my Aunt who now calls Oakmont home. She is very happy and her health is improving with each day.

Cleanliness, staff was welcoming and nice. Great customer service. My parents are very happy there. The staff speaks Spanish, which my mother responds better to. The staff is wonderful! I would recommend to others.

Rose Garden has been great. My sister-in-law [name removed] has made a very nice transition. The nursing faculty is wonderful very helpful, making sure everyone is comfortable. there has been a change of hands so now Rose Garden has been changed to Ivy park. It was actually one of the facilities we were looking at in Hayward so they are incorporating a lot of their activity ideas into Rose garden. The assisted-living area is actually very nice We also know a resident in that area. They have a very nice dining area and lots of activities for them and they're able to come and go when necessary overall it's been a good experience.

I have had to make some changes due to my health so did not go to Ivy Park. However, my experience with the staff was excellent and my Sacramento doctor also gave them high marks.

It's a wonderful place. Their caretakers are amazing. The food is delicious and there's a lot of activities. I don't think you can get a better place for your loved ones. I'm very active and there's many things for me to do. I am truly blessed to be here.

Ivy Park is a lovely place, lots of bustling activity, and friendly staff. I can see my mom living here, with her little dog, and able to stay even as her memory issues progress. That's a big plus.

Lovely and home facility. Found that the residents seemed happy and engaged. The director was answered questions and was very nice.

We are sorry that we are not able to move my mom from N Idaho (due to health restrictions). However, I want to comment on your staff. They were very friendly, your facilities were clean and the kitchen, and other rooms were very inviting.

They are quite expensive. But I am confident that my mother is receiving compassionate care with dignity. I'd say the only issue I have with any of these facilities is that information does not get passed along to other staff members on other shifts. I would like to see more activities. They have bingo and game days and occasionally some entertainment. But daily activities I would like to see a little bit more of. The apartment is clean and easily accessible. They have luggage carts to help you get things up to the rooms. The food seems good. My mother is on a purée diet but all the puréed food taste good, and they actually have a menu in the dining room where you can order what you want. Guests can eat also for a fee. I'd say my only issue is that they serve dinner a little early because lunch is at 12 and then dinner is at five and I think it should be a little later in the day. Mom's not that hungry and such a close proximity of time. There is a physical and occupational therapist there in the building and they work with Mom every day. But they were not able to secure a speech pathologist that could be there every day so she only gets seen one day a week by the speech pathologist. And the staff is always warm and welcoming. They're always using her name, stopping to say hello if they walk by, and my mother is actually more responsive from the stroke since she's been there.

Our tour was very complete and satisfactory. Our tour guide, [name removed], was very professional, knowledgeable, and gave us wonderful insight on being an Ivy Park tenant. The facility is remarkably open and well maintained, and the numerous activities and facilities are easily accessible. We will, when time dictates making a change in our shelter requirements, be in contact with Ivy Park Santa Rosa. As a footnote, [name removed] father, who passed in early 2008, spent his last year there, when it was known as [removed]. He was very happy there, as we were to have him a resident, The facility was very good at that time, and has improved a lot more since then.

The staff at Ivy Park is amazing! They really know there residents from the nurses to waiting staff in the restaurant! They are all so helpful and kind.
