I had an absolutely amazing experience visiting Ivy Park at Sacramento. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth, kindness, and care from every single person I encountered. I recently volunteered as Santa at Ivy Park at Sacramento and it was one of the most rewarding experiences I have had in a long time. The people were all smiles which in my opinion is indicative of a warm loving environment. Watching the staff interact with the residents and the reciprocation of love back brought a true tear to this old grump's eye. With all the wishes I listened to that night, not one was to go home like other places I have been in, and I completely understand why. Thank you, Ivy Park at Sacramento for providing a loving and fun environment for our Seniors.

I don't usually leave reviews but I think others should know that Ivy Park Sacramento is a very caring place for elderly. My aunt lives here and is very happy with the quality of care and interactions with staff. I am happy to see she is more social now and I am relieved that she has caregivers around the clock to help her. Her favorite things at Ivy Park are the food and the people. I would recommend this place.

I recently visited a dear friend living at this community and I was surprised that everyone seemed so happy and engaged. My friend lives in memory care and we had trouble keeping her busy at home. It was so nice to see her talking to other residents and doing activities. Thank you Ivy Park Sacramento!

We are finding my mom needs a bit more assistance and reached out to tour some facilities. Our tour here was very welcoming and everyone was exceptionally kind. The current residents seemed happy and I love that the admin is a nurse!

I recently visited this community looking into options for my loved one. The community was warm and comforting. Walking and and seeing ladies playing cards, choir practicing, and a couple sitting on the couch holding hands. The community was clean and the dinner smell coming from the kitchen made my stomach growl. Everyone was smiling and looked happy. It was unfortunately out of my families price range. If ever our financial situation changes, this will be where all my loved ones live.

While touring later in the day, there was a guitarist (playing great songs) and they were setting up wine and appetizers. All the residents were laughing and talking and you can see they really enjoy being there.. I liked how the property was set within lots of trees. The room was set up similar to other properties I’ve seen. They have a nice theater area. There’s even a massage room with a large walk-in tub. Dining area was nice, not cafeteria style, which is very important for my mom to feel like she’s out in a restaurant. I really like the place, but it was just too far for me to drive for visits.

[name removed] spent time with us to answer all of our questions and he did it with knowledge and understanding of our issues. The facility was immaculate and very inviting. No question this will be a great place and one that feels welcoming and warm.

My parents were refusing to move to assisted living but after they toured Ivy Park at Roseville, they fell in love with it. It is a warm community, feels like home, customer service is above and beyond. They have live entertainment twice a week. Great food and staff. Thank you Ivy Roseville for all you do.

Overall, a top notch facility. Excellent living quarters. Outdoor space is open and welcoming. Everything an older adult needs, this place has. However the cost makes it a non starter. There is no value.
