They have done well with a rather difficulty situation and they've been very proactive. They have been very helpful and pleasant about number of difficulties we've been faced. Given the circumstances they've done all that they could. The only thing they could have done is explained the time frame that we needed for getting release forms from the doctors filled out.

This tour was nice, I was not happy to know that the staff changes a lot. The residents did not seem active. The community is clean, but the rooms are smaller and seem like a hotel. This community has no green space to enjoy. The menu is an appealing. I recommend families tour this community. They need more outdoor area for the residents to enjoy.

I toured this community. The staff was nice and did answer my questions on the care that is given. They do have a lot of activities but it did not seem like a lot of residents participate. The community appeared to be very clean and maintained. They had a nice menu I would recommend this community.

We found the place that we needed and appreciate A Place For Mom's for helping us with this search. The overall care and experience is working out well for my mom and us.

We toured this community when looking for my mother. We got a good impression but chose another Atria location closer to us. Overall, I would recommend this location.

Sunflower Gardens was the first senior living option I visited and [Removed] was very kind, understanding and compassionate. The surrounding property is secure as well as magnificent for the clients to walk around without feeling locked up. The rooms each have a window facing out which only adds to the feeling of "living". There are activities for the clients as well as transportation to doctor appointments. The 60,000 per year is within my price range thus making this an option. I need to do a bit more research (e.g. eventual hospice needs, power of..., as well as speaking with [Removed] doctors to ensure we are all on the same path.

Really liked the floor plan of the room my parents would share on the assisted living side. It was somewhat split between two separate sides with a kitchenette in the middle. My parents could have a small fridge, a microwave and have their own meals in the room if they so chose. This place seemed to offer everything we'd need at competitive prices, but looked a little more dated than the other three places we toured.

I toured this community. This was not was I was looking for. They did not socialize like my mom wanted. The staff was not giving me the information that I needed. I did not feel comfortable here. I suggest that families tour the community for the care needed for a loved one.

Excellent help here for those looking for a place for themselves or their loved ones. Nice location in West Hills with plenty of space and good facilities.

This is a nice community. The staff is caring. They community was not ready for us when we moved in. This is a clean and older building. He was happy with the meals. They had nice activities and he was happy playing cards with the other residents. We would recommend this community for other families

We toured this community when looking for a place for my father. It was very nice during our tour and well maintained.The staff was friendly and able to answer our questions. We just didn't feel like it was the best fit for my father and chose another community in the area.

The staff were caring, attentive, friendly and professional. The food was delicious and they offered a lot of daily activities. My husband did a respite stay at this community and they do charge you for an entire month. If you are not going to be there the whole time they prorate the bill and refund you the difference. I liked that they have community animals as well as the residents are able to have animals on site.

My mother moved from another fountain to this one and they made it a very smooth transition. We are very pleased with how these communities are run. The place is clean and the meals provided are very good. The staff are very friendly and take very good care of my mother. We are happy with our choice.

Still under construction so no tour given. Staff very pleasant and very interested in getting to know my senior's needs. Size of 3 studio rooms varied, but same price for all. I can imagine the view some of the rooms will have and am envious! With 26 other facilities in California, there is no doubt in my mind this will be a stellar addition for our senior's housing options. Price will be a deciding factor.

During my tour of the Atria, I noticed that the place was nice and the staff were all very friendly. The problem was the level of care, they did not have what my mother needed.

We really liked the Sunrise od Sacramento. It was clean and everyone was friendly, but unfortunately by the time that we were able to move my parents in, they had no availability. Other than that, it was a nice place.

The Oakmont was a beautiful place. They had a 5-star restaurant for a dining room. The place was absolutely beautiful and a lot of the residents seemed more upscale, they had their own cars. They did not have many activities and I felt like we were paying more for the meals than for the care.

My dear friend has really made a smooth transition into this community and the staff have been a huge help on making sure that her needs are being accommodated as promised. She has had no complaints about the meals and is slowly starting to get involved with the various activities they have available for the residents throughout the week. I would defiantly recommend them to anyone looking into retirement.

I have to say everything is going as expected for my mother at this community. She has had no complaints about the food and has adjusted well in her new living environment. This facility has a great memory care unit with high tech security that really helped me have a peace of mind that my mother will be safe. They also have some great amenities for there residents like access to a park on campus and two community dogs. I am very pleased with everything that they have provided my mother and would defiantly recommend them to anyone.
