My loved one's stay at Villa Sam Ramon is going just fine! The facility and staff are great, and they are taking great care of my loved one! My primary concern is that the food has left something to be desired. Other than this, I don't have many complaints about this facility!

The facility is very clean and the staff are extremely friendly and caring. Would like to see more variety of meals in the dining room. I would like to see a wider variety of daily activities in and outside of the facility.

The most beautiful out of all the facilities I visited. The corner rooms have turrets with windows so it's very bright and airy. The facility is located next to a park which they utilize for activities and summer meals. Personal staff assigned so my father will be able to get comfortable with them. I had to cross them off the list since I am trying to keep within my budget of $9000/mont

Our visit at the Sunrise was very pleasant. The rooms are very bright and bathrooms large enough to get in with a wheelchair. They offer a variety of mouth-watering menus and the dining room has large window-panes and doors overlooking a lovely garden. The personnel seem to be very kind and friendly and the residents, smiling and happy. The activities offered to the resident is varied and suited to the needs of the individuals. Even though it is a little pricey, this facility is a contender on our list.

Oakmont was the 1st of 3 facilities that I toured. I was pleased with the time spent with me to tour the facility, and cover some initial details and costs that were important for me in order to convey the information to a family member. [Removed] was very patient both in person and on the phone and emails as the month progressed and were still trying to make this huge decision. [Removed] and [Removed] both are very warm and caring and were respectful of us regardless of our decision.

My loved one has only been at this community for a short time and they are still trying to adjust to living here. The staff are friendly and are trying very hard to help her get adjusted. She is impressed with the food and they do offer daily activities. The community is extremely nice and well taken care of.

We have been so pleased with Brookdale over the last three weeks. The star has gone out of their way to make us (the family) feel comfortable in caring for my grandmother. I love how the staff members all treat her with dignity and respect.

My brother is doing very well since moving into this community. He has been improving much better and settling in very well. I have no no complaints for now. Housekeeping is doing a good job keeping up with his room. His room has more than adequate space and cozy feel. He likes that he is in a familiar neighborhood.

The staff at this community are nice, polite and competent. My brother enjoys some of the daily activities. He likes the food and they keep the community very clean. I would recommend this community.

This looked like a nice community when I visited. the people I met were nice and helpful. The kitchen is only open at meal times. This community was just a little farther away than what we were looking for.

The staff is friendly and caring. Facility is clean with a variety of areas to enjoy.

When I toured Oakmont of Concord, I thought it went very well. The place was beautiful and very well maintained. The staff was very nice and the tour guide was knowledgeable. I toured many communities and they were all very nice. It was a good experience.

The community looks like a nice hotel. They offer a lot of activities as well as trips out. The staff have been great. They are helpful and mom feels she can talk to anyone about her needs. The food is hit or miss and sometimes there is a wait to get your food. They only change the menu three times a quarter, however they are willing to accommodate special orders. The main thing that helped us chose this community was the friendliness of the staff and residents.

When mom first moved into this community it was great. It was owned by a family and it was family oriented. Once the new owners took over things changed. They cut the staff and the prices went up. They started to nickel and dime everything. They did not seem to care about the residents as much as the previous owners. We did move mom out of this community due to this.

[Removed] was great; staff is bilingual in various languages which I believe would make my mother more comfortable; has option of companion suite; assisted living portion has small outside area and not gated in; memory care area has a nice small courtyard section; provided pricing on both parents if decided to go that route.

Cypress was a nice community but they were telling me that my aunt would need 24-hour care in addition. It was going to me so much more expensive and they would still try to separate my aunt and uncle when we wanted to keep them together.

This place was one of my top choices out of all the different communities I had looked at. The property was beautiful and I loved the floor plan set up that they had. They had a meal plan as well as activities provided for the residents throughout the week that I was impressed with. Overall this place was great and had a lot to offer, it just was out of budget for my mother.

The Sunrise of Playa Vista was very nice as well. Like the other Sunrise's that I toured, it had a very nice floor plan and was decorated very nicely. They just needed more things going on, more residents outside interacting and activities going on.

I initially looked at several facilities in the area and found Brush Creek to be the most desirable situation. One of my criteria was that my mom be able to bring her small dog and they were able to make this happen for her. I found Brush Creek to be more expensive that other assisted living homes. It's been nearly 3 years now and I feel good about my choice. My mom participates in pretty much ALL of the activities offered and that's probably the best part. The staff know her well and are easily able to adapt as her needs change. The core staff has been great to work with.

This seemed like a nice clean community when I visited. The people I met were nice. This community allows pets and they offer daily activities. This community was just a little out of our budget.
